Took my car for a second opinion as the first one said it couldn't be fixed. My car is 16 years old. I was happy I could get it fixed. Did not want a car payment at my age, 71. It took awhile and yes it cost a bit more than I was quoted, but it was brought down some. I'm happy with the work that was done, I feel safe driving my car. It drives like a brand new car. cannot recommend Bill's Garage enough. we are visiting the area and realized our car was making loud scary noises and got worried about making the drive back home to CT the next day (Thanksgiving). Brandon and Kristin were so nice and helpful and fixed us up right away. Their lobby area is also really cute. THANK YOU BILL'S GARAGE!!!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

First timers at Bill s and could not be more impressed. They are super friendly and went out of their way to explain engine diagnostics. We kind of needed our truck and they got us in and out in more than reasonable fashion. Brandon even followed up a couple of days later with a text asking if things were good. This is not a recent event. I was too angry to leave a review previously.Communicated with owner via text. Made an appointment. Evening prior dropped my car off. Next day called later in day as had not heard anything. They didn t have an appointment listed so no one had worked on the car. Said they would fit me in asap. Got a call to pick the car up. The quote from the owner for the requested work was just over 300. On pick up the charge was over 600. They did a bunch of work not requested with NO communication. Outrageous. I m a woman and I believe they took advantage of that. As a consequence I have not been back and do not recommend them.

EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!I took my car there for an inspection knowing there were issues with the frame. The mechanic said he couldn't pass it because of the frame rust which is what I pretty much expected. However, he said there might be a recall on my car (that there was at one point anyway) and I should call the dealership. He was 100% correct there was a recall that expired in two months (the car is 10+ years old). This saved me $3,500 and from scraping the car. Really top notch mechanic!

Be prepared to get ripped off, I'm not sure how these places continue to get away with the overpricing $90.. per hour for labor with additional charges for a testing, (guess I should have been a mechanic instead of health care provider) and who is tracking the time actually spent? This whole service industry need to have some accountability and oversite. I have yet to NOT be taking advantage of at one of these places . I there an honest reasonable garage out there? Bill's Garage is definitely NOT one of them !! Do not recommend!!!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Brandon is excellent. As a young female that worked on my own cars I appreciate his approach and decency to talk to me like I know what I m talking about. A couple of times I got myself in a sticky situation with a broken bolt as I finished a water pump installation or couldn t quite get my rear breaks right.He periodically checks in on work he has done and makes sure things are going well which means a lot! He s the best in the area!

They always take great care of my car in good time and at a very fair price. Very friendly and always call to check in before starting repairs. They came highly recommended and I always recommend them to anyone I know who is having issues with their vehicle.

Guy told me vehicle was so new parts had to be factory replacement and had to be ordered.. it's a 2019 and literally went 1/4 mile up the street that afternoon and parts were available for under $400.. he quoted me $1200.. waste of time and money for a lie

My knowledge of vehicles and vehicle repair is really basic. So when I seek out a mechanic I look for one that s not only affordable but honest. I ve found Bill s Garage to be not only Honest with me, but they keep me in the loop about we re things are at with my vehicle. They also keep an eye out for additional things that may need my attention on my vehicle and give me an honest idea of the urgency of wether any issues need immediate addressing or can wait. I am also pleased to see that they keep their garage clean and organized. They are always friendly. I highly recommend taken your vehicle to Bill s Garage for repairs and maintenance work.

When packing up to head home from a visit with family in Bath, I found that the brake and battery lights were both on in my Subaru. By the time I was driving the last mile to Bill's Garage first thing (7:30am) on Monday morning, all of the dashboard lights were flashing on and off and the car was shuddering as the braking system kept trying to engage. Even though I did not have an appointment, Brandon immediately agreed to take a look at the car and reassured me that it was likely an electrical issue and nothing major with the brakes. They quickly diagnosed a failed alternator, told me how much it would cost and said they could fix it in an hour or so if I was willing to wait. Within an hour, my car was fixed for the quoted price and I was able to pack up and head home to Massachusetts. Brandon and his team were friendly, professional, and quick. Thanks for the great service and for getting me back on the road home!

I moved up here 4 years ago, and being new to the area my first garage experience which I'll leave unnamed was horrible. A friend recommended Bills, and I haven't looked back. Top notch service, they really go out of their way to keep the customer happy. Great work, great service, great prices...

Bills is my go-to place for car repairs. They are very knowledgeable and reasonable. My car is always done when they say it will be! If there are ever questions, they are always there to answer them.
