I recently had my car inspected, tires rotated, and new brake pads and rotors installed. The team here was absolutely wonderful, from the first time I stopped in to ask about making an appointment right through the completed service. I was able to drop my vehicle off in the morning and they got the service done during the day so that they could fit mine into a schedule which already had a number of appointments.Highly recommended and greatly appreciated!

This family owned business was amazing. Customer service, quote, and time to repair estimates were all given honestly and reasonably, work was done efficiently and very professionally and the service was extremely honest and fair. I wish I had a repair service like this near where I lived, as opposed to where I was vacationing. They were extremely gracious to squeeze me into their already full schedule to bail me out of an emergency and repair my car in just a few hours!

Called before I left home was told to come on in we can do your inspection. I arrive I was told oh no we don t work like that by appointment only for inspection. I tell them I know that is why I called. They tell me no problem we will call you in a hour we have a lift opening then. Hour and a half no call I come back I m advised still gonna be awhile after two trips over 80 miles still no inspection. I don t know what happened to good old customer service but this place definitely don t have it should have known better and Seen less at island auto. I know it s only $15 but now I won t return for bigger things such as repairs.

Escalade rear caliper stuck when we got to Acadia, they took us first thing Monday morning and fixed that day. Honest and did great work, made sure everything was good to go. Thank's a bunch!! Would definitely go back.

Our second day of vacation in Mt. Desert we heard the metal on metal sound coming from the right rear wheel. Called them early morning, was told to stop in and after looking at the car was told bring it in at 1:30 for it to be repaired. Sure enough ... all fixed in a short hour with enough of the day left to get to the park! Much appreciated their care and understanding of people on vacation.Service: Brakes
