Needed tires on Mom's car. They replaced two for a very decent price with mounting and balancing. Highly recommend them for most of your auto repairs. Staff was courteous and always contacts me before doing any work

We had an excellent experience with Sullivan Tire! I called around to a few places to get in for new tires since one was shredded and Adam at Sullivan was so helpful and super accommodating. He was able to fit us in when other places wouldn t and was super helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you so much! Will definitely recommend Sullivan.

Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and really took the time to answer my questions to find the best tires for our vehicle. Bought 4 tires and had an alignment done. Great job!

Super friendly and obliging staff. I needed some air in an inside tire on my RV that is really tricky. They helped without question and didn't even charge me. Outstanding!

I bought 4 Snow Tires for my wife's AWD car. Their pricing was good and their service was excellent. The staff there is very knowledgeable and friendly. They are refreshingly honest too - they did not try to sell me services I did not need or charge me for any extras. They also completed the work on time. A good experience overall!I will be back and I would highly recommend them!

We love taking our cars to Sullivan. This time especially, it was a work car and productivity is impacted by not having that car on the road. They fit us in even though we didn't have an appointment. They communicated effectively and efficiently with me throughout the process and set clear expectations for time and cost. Very friendly, good customer service and good work. Very happy, again.

The two employees who were there were extremely helpful. I had low expectations due to the last auto shop I visited trying to charge me nearly triple the normal cost for my repair.However, this couldn't have possibly been better. All I had to do was tell them I was looking for antifreeze for my car and they quickly helped me get the right product, and installed it for me. The price was better than I expected, the service was better than I expected, the speed was faster than I expected, I'm being quite literal when I say they exceeded all my expectations, and definitely will have me coming back if I ever need other help with my car.

I always refer ppl to these guys by the Bangor Mall! As an older, single woman it's refreshing to be treated with respect, not talked down to or treated as if I am stupid and taken advantage of. I really value their service!!! They are great at getting me in in a reasonable time. The prices are competitive and the service men and women are very helpful!!

I went in for a noise in my front driver tire, 1/2 expecting exactly what I was told by Charlie... I needed front brakes! BUT-- Sullivan Tire is AMAZING & PROFESSIONAL, so what Charlie told me next, I didn't expect, although I should have with Bangor Mall Sullivan Tire!! He told me if I left my car, he'd make sure it would be done before end of day!! What?!? So, needless to say, I left my car and he called me just a few short hours later to say my car was ready!! The price was right! The timing was perfect, great service, and all completed in 1 day!! Now that's what I call, keeping a customer, even though I've been a customer for awhile anyways..... And what I can also tell you, they were down 3 mechanics and still worked my car in... Sullivan Tire is my go to for GREAT vehicle service!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Adam and Chuck do a great job running the shop. Been going to that location even before it was Sullivan's. Great service. Today was inspection and oil change. Have lifetime alignment on both our cars and it's worth every penny. Excellent mechanics and service. We buy all our tires fr here.

I needed to have my tires rotated, but purchased them in Windham. This Bangor location not only honored my tire warranty, but also fit me in without an appointment!!Highly recommend Sullivan Tire!!!!!

They got me an 18inch tire in a less than 3 days. They are very thorough and go above and beyond for the customer! Highly recommend. Quick tire rotations as well. Very friendly people.

Sullivan's is always my first choice when I have car problems. Today my battery died after a long stretch of very cold weather and not a lot of driving. When AAA came to jump start the car, I was told that I needed a new battery as this was the original one and had exceeded the usual life span. I drove directly to Sullivan's (late afternoon on a Saturday) and asked if they could get me in for a new battery after I picked up my dog at the groomer's. They said that I might have to wait awhile, but they would get me in. When I returned with my dog, I expected to wait for an hour or more. It wasn't more than 15 or 20 minutes before my car was ready. As usual, they had checked my original battery and confirmed that it was bad before replacing it, also the technician had noticed that my auto starter fob had a low battery warning on the dashboard and had kindly replaced the battery at no charge. I always feel like I am dealing with knowledgeable friends at Sullivan's.

Great place. Been coming here for years. Just got a new set of tires for my truck, install was quick, no surprises..ready on time for the agreed upon price. I ve had flats repaired here, alignments, suspension work, brake work and never had a problem...they honor lifetime service/road hazard packages with no hassles. The Staff is excellent, as is the courtesy shuttle I ve used a few times. I d recommend making an appointment for most things if it s an option....contrary to a lot of places your car normally goes under the knife at the appointment time instead of sitting for hours.....have had nails in tires and slow tire leaks fixed without appointments in the past though. Keep up the good work.

I had a flat while in town and called Sullivan right away as they ve always treated me and my family great. Adam got me right in and was able to repair the tire so I could drive back to NH safely. Thank you Adam and the Sullivan Tire team!

Had an amazing experience with Terry over at the Bangor Maine Mall location. Incredible customer service. Friendly and thoughtful towards myself and my situation. He had exeptional communication so that the whole process was easy to understand. Will definitely be going there from now on for all my services for my vehicle.

Great place! Car wouldnt stop stalling, so it wasnt driveable and they pushed me in between other appointments as quick as possible and I Got my car back earlier then expected and it was fixed. And the cost was great! Def. Recommend

OK I took my truck to get my alignment from one of the big-name alignment garages and it was terrible it was wearing my tires unevenly and pulling to the right really really bad so after taking my vehicle to Sullivan tire my alignment is perfect so save yourself the trouble and take your vehicle to Sullivan tire they are professional they call you back as soon as your vehicle is done they don t make you wait there exactly how a garage should operate. I was so impressed that I also aligned my girlfriends car at Sullivan tire because they re honest and their prices are fair. Very happy

My daughter, a long time Maine resident, recommended Sullivan Tire to me when I moved here in December, and she didn't steer me wrong. I purchased studded snow tires from Sullivan in December and just had them switched out for my regular tires. I could not be happier with the service. The technicians are knowledgeable and explain everything so even I can understand. It's like going to your uncle's garage -- it feels like family.

I went to your store at 47 Bangor Mall Road in Bangor , Maine at 5:00 on Wednesday June 22 in dire straits. The left front tire on my 2018 Mercedes CLA 250 had a slit in the sidewall of the left front tire. Of course, the tire is a ride flat tire and I was 300 miles from home. I explained my dilemma to your store manager, Adam Edgerly, who immediately went into action. He jumped on the computer and found a match at your Brockton, MA warehouse. He made a call and explained the situation. He looked at me and said it could be in Bangor between 10:00-11:00 Friday morning. I nodded my head. I called the store at 10:30 this morning and was told it was in. I got to the store at 11:00 and was on my way at 11:45. Based on past experience with other businesses who make promises, your mann, Adam, actually kept his. He made it happen. He didn't see a 79 year old man with physical issues. He saw a man who had a problem, and he, Adam Edgerly, was the only guy who could solve it. He told me he has worked for Sullivan Tire for 18 years. As a former business owner I know how difficult is to find employees like Adam. He is a credit to Sullivan Tire, and I wanted you to know how fortunate you are to have him on your team.

Adam got me right in for service same day. The bill for services at the end of the appointment was a little less then the estimate given prior to work being performed.

I made an appointment and it wasn't put on the book.When I got there the guy couldn't find it on the books.So he said I would have to wait a couple hours to get my oil changed. He was not nice. Called the same place in Brewer and he told me to come right over. Very nice people there. Had my oil changed within a half hour. Thank you very much.

Picked up 4 new tires was very pleased with the appointment and inspection. They did a check of my 4 wheel alignment. Reset it back to the right setting !!Do my tires will serve me a very long time. Very professional
