Don was very prompt, polite, and even scheduled my inspection for me at his local business partner to have it all done seamlessly. Service took 1 hour and was very easy. Also beat most competitors by over $40. Would recommend to anybody!

As any Wrangler owner knows, windshields are pretty much rock magnets. I ve had to replace two windshields and both times I ve used Novus. For a price comparison, another statewide glass company quoted me $700+ to replace the windshield (literally 300% more) than what Novus quoted me for the exact same glass. I m in the Augusta area and I absolutely 10/10 will make the drive to Bangor if (and when) I need a windshield. Definitely worth it in every aspect.Don is most accommodating when it comes to scheduling, and payment (paid in full right over the phone!). He ll even work with your insurance company (if you have glass coverage). You can drop your vehicle off, or you can wait in the waiting room, either way, your vehicle is in great hands and it ll be ready for you in hardly no time at all.

Very easy check in and out process, quick service. Staff was knowledgeable and made sure to warn me of any potential dangers in the first few days of having a windshield replaced. That and being cheaper than anywhere else by about $100 guarantees they ll see my business again if I ever have another auto glass issue.

Went through insurance company for windshield they sent me to another glass company from their web site. Called Novus and they were not only $120 less, they were able to get my car in right away. Very happy with their work! Thanks!

Called 9 other auto glass companies around Bangor, as usual,not only did novas come in at the best value by 50$ but they did an amazing job going above and beyond making the windshield fit where a tree "adjusted" the bodywork on its way through the windshield, great work by a great company

I went in and told them what my mechanic was saying about my floorboard getting wet. They looked at the windshield and determined that there was nothing wrong with it, then showed me what could be a possibility. After all that, I wasn't charged a penny. They were very professional, and listened to everything I said. I will definitely be using them for future repairs and replacements.

Fast and professional service. Had a very large rock hit my windshield they met me and patched my windshield in 10 minutes then I was back to my day. They were Inexpensive as well. This experience made my day a whole lot better. First picture is before and 2nd one is after you can only see the road not the chip.
