This business did a good job repairing the visible damage, so if you already know everything wrong with your vehicle take it here (with the exception of all of the primer that was on my center console and my driver seat that will not come up easily). However, after receiving my vehicle and noticing an issue with a switch on the door that they replaced as well as a mechanical problem from my accident they looked and decided that a completely unrelated thing that isn t even an issue (only aesthetic) was the cause, not the accident. Now my insurance will not cover the further damages to my vehicle because of Moody s determining that a problem that never existed prior to an accident couldn t possibly have been caused by the impact of an accident. I cannot recommend enough to stay away from this shop, because they clearly don t want to admit when they messed something up despite their warrantee on all repairs done.

Bad Service. Bad Liars.Lie #1: After scheduling my service in June for an appointment in October... calling me to make sure I bring my car in two days before, having me drop off my car, pick up a rental, then a couple days later, calling me to tell me that you messed up and did not get the part and you usually order parts at least 30 days in advance, but you didn't adhere to your own policy and "don't know why that didn't happen."Omission = LieLie #2: Calling me after reading a review you requested directly from me (that I did not post publicly) and apologizing and saying that you would mail gas cards to me to smooth it over.Then NEVER mailing them.Direct lie. I'm more upset about being lied to than ALL the mistakes you made which aren't all listed here.

Terrible. Never been able to match the color of the car. Tried 3 times. Now the car looks like a patch of 2 different colors. And an ignorant guy, when I went to pick up the car, he said that for him it was fine. Seriously, this guy should have been fired on the spot.

Same as Glidden's. The estimate for an insurance became the offer State Farm made for totalling it. They would've fixed it for $4438. Since it's totaled, no shop will fix it. It has structural damage and hidden rust.

I had a terrible experience trying to deal with this location, they were uncommunicative, unprofessional, and all around just a pain to deal with. I brought my car in to be fixed after an accident in January, never really heard anything until it was about ready, I couldn t get updated estimates on my car to see what was approved to be fixed or not to get it back 3 months later to find out they didn t do ANYTHING mechanically they just did the cosmetics. After finding my car still had a transmission issue they gave me a rental car to drive until I got it back, or at least that s what I thought until I was at work one day and was told I had 6 hours to return my rental so they basically left me stranded in Bangor 30 miles from home with no way to coordinate a ride home. My car was really totaled from the accident and they did what they could to keep it under to keep the work. And when I expressed my concern and how I was treated I got a sorry you feel that way I ll never step foot in another Moody s establishment for as long as I own cars. Terrible way of doing business and really made me regret trusting the Moody s nameServices: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Moody's Collision is phenomenal! The tech did an exceptional job on my vehicle. I would go back time and time again. Cathy at the front desk is very professional and is an awesome person. Peggy was my adjuster and she is phenomenal as well. When you want perfection, you can reassure that you have come to the right place.

This my first time having Moody's do any work on my vehicle and so far the staff have been great. When they called with an update on my car they had already takin care of extending my rental for me I was impressed. I feel confident about my car being fixed properly and that I will be back on the road soon and will be safe once again. Thank You Moody's

They were very pleasant to work with and was able to get me an estimate to repair my car in less than 24 hours even though they were busy. Of course they can't get me in until March to repair my car but I'm still pleased with them

Receptionist woman was extremely rude. She seemed like she didn t want to give us the time of day just because she was confused about what we were asking for help with. Denied us the service without saying why. It takes a lot for me to complain about customer service workers but her tone was infuriating.

They did a great job. Patient. Fixed all remaining concerns. My vehicle was here for an extended amount of time. But worth it for the quality. Great customer service for the most part.

Not good took forever n sounded really bad n when they did fix the loud noise still haveing issues it s worse then it went in as shakes so bad i don t even want to call them to bring it back I ll call somebody else to get it fixed
