The most excellent experience I have had anywhere!!! Great Customer service but most of all, extremely exceptional work.My truck had a crushed in bed and the whole front end.18,000 dollars worth of damage!They took me in and fixed all plus more.When I pick my truck up it was like new off the lot!!! I am so impressed with their skill and work!I can t say enough about them!If you need any body work especially major, these are your guys! Don t go anywhere else or You ll be sorry. Amazing! I was told at estimate and dropoff that the work would take a couple of days. I received no notice that there was a part that needed to be ordered. When I called on day 4 for a progress report on my vehicle, I was told the work would be finished by the end of the next day. In that call I was also treated very unprofessionally, lectured, and hung up on. Then later that same day the work was miraculously finished.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Good service.Did a fantastic job on my daughter's Subaru Outback. Matching up a paint that I knew want going to be the easiest to match.The waiting process was a little long, although had nothing to do with Maine Collision.The waiting was do to Geico....They really went the extra mile to help us as well.Thank you to all of the folks at Maine Collision for doing a great job on my daughter's car.

These folks took such great care of me and my brand new car. I just bought a Subaru Crosstrek and in the first few days of having it, hit a deer. Not only did MCC do the repairs faster than they estimated, they worked with my insurance behind the scenes to make sure all the work that needed to be done was actually done (over and above the insurance estimate) and that it was done well (took the new car to the dealer for the alignment instead of other places that might have been cheaper).When I got it back, they told me to come right back if I noticed any problems. About a day later, I noticed about a quarter inch gap in the fit between the hood and bumper. No big deal, but I look it back by. They immediately pulled it in the shop and adjusted it in 5 minutes until it was perfect.Just great service. Glad to have a shop I know I can rely on if I meet another deer.

Just had a door replaced and repaint work done on my 2015 Audi S5 - excellent work. Paint matched 100% perfectly. Very professional, made the entire repair/insurance process super easy, and turnaround time was exceptional. Would absolutely recommend.

I crashed into someone who ran a red light, and my front end was decently mangled. Maine Collision went the extra mile to make it look exactly like it did before. I just got my paint overlay done after waiting for the actual paint to finish curing, and the guy they brought in from Lewiston did better than the factory installed overlay that I had. Everything from the repair to the finishing touches exceeded my expectations.Not that I plan on getting in any more crashes anytime soon, but I would definitely come back here and recommend it to anyone who wants their vehicle handled with care.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We had a deer strike while traveling. The folks at. Maine Collision were great. The kept us informed and worked well with our insurance company which wasn t one of their listed partners. The work was all we could ask for. Highly recommend.

I brought my Yellow 2012 Camaro RS to them for some fender and spoiler damage that happened when my car was parked. Great crew of people there that are very pleasant and easy to work with. Plus, my car was done when they said it would be. They did a fantastic job being the perfectionist that I am and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else in future. GREAT JOB GUYS!

Outstanding People, excellent customer service, beautiful work....can t tell anything was ever wrong with my truck, and it cost less than was estimated because it was cheaper to replace and paint bumper than repair the old one (they offered me the option which I jumped at). You won t be sorry if you entrust your car to John and his crew for repair.

SUCH an HONEST and THOUGHTFUL company as THIS is one you SHOULD USEWe have not seen such honest, unselfish and understand people in decades. The owners of this company were very sympathetic to our situation which was created by an out-of-state company without scruples, and another body shop in the Bangor area who were also deceitful. Maine Collision Center did a beautiful job fixing our car and making our costs more than acceptable although they had nothing to gain by this.

I was trying to get my Equinox fixed paid for by my insurance and they blew me off after a month and a half or stringing me along. John Stevens met with me and said he would start ordering parts. I kept reaching out and getting generic responses every once in a while, but after over 6 weeks I just took my business elsewhere. Every week John would say next week and I would try and get in touch with him after I heard nothing only to be told next week again. He never once contacted me first. So unprofessional.

My wife and I dropped off our car for what GEICO thought would be a 5-day repair. They fixed my issue and then some in a day, and didn t even charge a dime.
