Would go back in 2 seconds! Put my application in and heard back within a half hour, went there after work and was there for about 45 minutes and then was off with the new car! Usually at most car places, it takes forever and this was the fastest ive ever been in and out and Michele who got me into my car, is fantastic and so friendly! See her if your looking for a car for sure! Thanks again for all the help and making this so easy!!! My 2018 Chevrolet Malibu is amazing.

We highly recommend Linnehan's Right Way Auto in Bangor. We had checked on their website after unsuccessfully contacting some other places about similar vehicles. Michele found the perfect vehicle and a lender to work with us. I had given up on this, for the time being.They were excellent to work with. They gave us a very fair trade in on our old vehicle toward this one we bought. Michele was fun, professional, and made it very easy for us to do this. We will not hesitate to go back to do business with them, take our family to Linnehan's, or recommend them to anyone.

I shopped through out Maine for a 3rd row vehicle that was fairly modern and still within Budget. I went to 3 other dealerships and got the run around at each of them; low trade in values, doc fees, arguments over the new car value, arrogant business tactics. Then I happened on Linnehans by chance. What a difference, the people there were polite, even went out of the way to entertain my four year old and two year old. They don t charge doc fees or anything else ridiculous, they gave the best trade in value for our car and were totally reasonable. When car shopping is like pulling teeth everywhere else, this place is a breath of fresh air. I could not recommend them more enthusiastically.

I would like to say thank you to my saleswoman, Michele Straub! She helped me finance my new SUV while I was at work and all I had to do was go and see her after work to sign paperwork to finalize the deal. This was after she let us spend a whole weekend falling in love with my new-to-me Buick Enclave. Thank you Michele for such an amazing buying experience, I will make sure to recommend you to all of my friends and family that are looking to upgrade their vehicles! It was good to see you and the gang again, it feels like we're visiting family every time we see you!

We bought my car at the Bangor location. My trade in was picked up at my house in Abbot. Everyone was fantastic...so we went back when my husband was ready for a new car. I've been driving down for maintenance. Absolutely the finest place for a used car in the area.

Bought a truck from them and paid for the extended. Owned the truck two and a half months and had to tow it twice and put it in the shop three separate times. The warranty company was awful and was told the owner of right way would contact me after I called about my issues. Never heard from him other than an email about canceling the warranty. I told the salesman I am a disabled veteran with a fixed income and needed a reliable vehicle to travel to my doctors appointments. I don t call a vehicle with electric issues and brake issues reliable. Took a huge loss on the truck when I traded it in at Darlings. A company that knows how to treat people! Oh and don t bother trying to contact me now because you had your chance.

We purchased a Jeep Compass TrailHawk from Michelle Staub at RightWayAuto about a month ago. Our buying experience was very positive and quick, which we really needed. Buying a car is stressful, expensive and can be emotional for lots of reasons and we were not looking forward to it at all! Michelle was very helpful and encouraged us to take the Jeep home for the weekend. This enabled us to really get a feel for the new-to-us vehicle. It s obviously a very good pro customer sales initiative as well.We did have one after sale issue come up that Michelle went above and beyond to correct for us thereby winning this 5 star review.

My husband and I recently sold a vehicle to Chadd at Linnehan's Right Way Auto; our experience was exceptional. Chadd was incredibly fair and reasonable with his offer and made the entire process so simple for us. He was honest and kind we felt very comfortable. Working with the folks at Linnehan's Right Way Auto was unlike any other car dealership experience we have had. Highly recommend!

Have had mechanical work done several times work very well done. Workers very friendly and polite. Kirk Storman the Supervisor of Repairs very expierenced mechanic himself and supervisors all repair work done by the mechanics under him

Michele and Chad sold my wife and I our most recent suv. Our daughter went to Michele on her eighteenth birthday to purchase her first caron her own. Chad and Michele did everything possible so that she was able to get her first car. They made the experience fun, stress free, and exciting. I can't thank you guys enough. We really feel like family

We have bought several vehicles from Michelle and she has been wonderful to deal with before you by from the big dealers id recommend going to see them they work very hard to get you what you need. Where do i begin? We have bought 8 vehicles from Michelle granted she was working for another dealership when we started buying but now it has become even better with her at Right Way Auto. We have bought 5 vehicles from them since they have opened i would strongly recommend giving them a try i have looked other places and always end up back with them. Chad, Brian, Rusty, Michelle and staff are all a great fit and Truly care about the customer. I have never felt pressured

Definitely the best buying experience I've ever had. Chad the owner and Rusty the salesperson were absolutely the best people anyone could ask for. Rusty had the paperwork work done when I arrived to pick up the truck. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in buying a car or truck. I've already had several people wanting to know where I bought the vehicle. So if you need a vehicle that is clean and dependable go and see this wonderful dealership. I am so excited to be out of my mom van and into something a little more that fits my sass! Michele worked so hard to get us a great rate, a vehicle with all my wants, and even worked hard to get us a car starter installed for no out of pocket costs. I gave her a list and she more than came through for me. I would recommend Michele to anyone in the vehicle market. Thank you 100x over, you're amazing.

Friendliest staff, all working together to find your perfect vehicle! These guys go above and beyond to sell ready to drive, safe and mechanically sound vehicles all while making you feel like family! I have bought my last three vehicles from Michelle and will never buy from any other sales person!! She is completely thorough in finding your exact fit in a vehicle as well as getting you the best interest available to you! She makes buying a vehicle the most fun possible. I worked with Michelle two years ago in getting my dream car! She was fantastic about working within our wants in a car and was able to get us financing. We were able to test drive a few different options and kept one overnight due to scheduling. Michelle has a big heart and knows her inventory well and works across the different lots to find the car that is right for your family, budget, and credit! 11/10 would recommend to anyone!

This is by far, the best and easiest car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Rusty was our sales consultant and he was amazing. Prompt with responses, kind, helpful; an overall great guy. We would definitely recommend Right Way Auto to anybody we know. What can I say? Every-time I need a vehicle, have questions or need repair I'm treated like family!! I just recently purchased my 3rd vehicle through Michele and everything went so smoothly. Michele Straub is the absolute BEST hands down! I have dealt with countless car salesmen in my time and she made this the best experience ever. No matter what your looking for they will find it! Nicest people I've ever met!I drove in the lot and Michele was greeting me before I made it to the door! If you want a great vehicle, excellent customer service head to Right Way Auto!!!! No need to go to the Quirk or Darlings dealership. Go to the true family own local roots of a car dealership!!! Thank you Chad, Michelle and Brian for all the help. Truly a great bussiness you will not be disappointed!! I highly recommend anyone searching or wanting a New TO YOU vehicle head down to Right Way Auto in Bangor or Ellsworth. This was my first time buying a vehicle and they helped me throughout the whole car buying process. They found the absolute best interest rate and car loan. They went above and beyond trying to find me the best interest rate and payment for my Jeep. They are all pleasant people and don't push you to buy from them. They gave me a great deal on my Jeep and i couldn't be more then happy. No complaints from such a great company!!!! I highly recommend there business from here on out. The mechanics are amazing. They quickly got me in because my wheel was about to fall off. The sales team was also so positive and friendly in a stressful time. I would consider buying a vehicle from them! If I ever get this one fixed!

I would like to thank the best sales lady I have ever encountered in my years of looking for a vehicle Michele Straus was more then willing to listen and work her tail to try and help if your honest upfront and do your part. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good car of many makes and models I know I saw some really nice high scale stuff to but I love my Subaru she is our baby!

Best car buying experience ever! It's hard to go shopping for a new car when you don't already have one. I worked with Michelle over the phone (YAY!) and she helped me to find just the right car. Then she offered the opportunity to take if for a test drive. They delivered the car to my house in Newport and told me to drive it for the weekend. I decided I wanted the car and Michelle found me a great auto loan with terms I could afford. The next day another gentleman from Right Way stopped by with all of the loan paperwork. I signed off on everything and the car was mine! All without leaving the comfort of my own home.Thanks everyone at Right Way. YOU GUYS ROCK!
