I ve been dealing with damage caused by a collision with a turkey nearly a year ago and I was hoping that I could rate this business a five star, however, they apparently did not want to do business with me since I have Progressive for insurance.My first contact was with Jim, who advised that they don t work with Progressive, however, they could still help. Go to Moody s and get an estimate and we ll take a look at it . Well, I had already received one directly from the insurance company and Jim asked me to send it to him to review.Fast forward to multiple calls and emails to Jim requesting updates I kept getting the same response, I haven t heard back from Progressive . This went on for at least a couple of months and to the point that Jim stopped responding to my calls and emails.I decided it was time to go higher up and emailed the owner, Tony, and advised him of the situation. His response was that he will look in to it and let me know. Again, several days turned into weeks, with me following up a couple of times to Tony, only to get crickets for a response.I guess if you have insurance that they decide they don t want to work with, then they also decide they don t want or need your business as well and you re out of luck.Thanks for the lack of help in this matter and I will NOT be recommending Bernatche Auto Body to anyone I know.Off to Moody s on Monday to actually get repairs completed.

Tell me you don't want me hear without saying you don't want me here. That's the literal vibe from the robot at the desk that does the estimates. They tell you "come in any time between 8-4." Well, just don't actually take them up on that. Dude would not even stand up out of his seat. Refused to look at my bumper because of who my insurance company is (State Farm.)

I went in last week to this auto body shop based off of google reviews, as I am a travel nurse and not familiar with the area. Went in for an estimate and Tony helped me out right then and there! So personable, so helpful, honest with what I needed done and what it would cost me. Would go here a million times over and recommend to anyone in the area!!

The service and work are excellent. My 6-week-old car was unfortunate enough to get a chip and dent down to the metal on one of the doors. Most places I called did not pick up or answer voicemails. Bernatche was the only one who got back to me who could tend to the car with less than a 4 month wait period. At every stage of the process, the gentlemen I dealt with (including the owner) were knowledgeable and courteous. The entire process was really quite easy and, given the circumstances, pleasant. The damage was fixed as close to brand new as what is probably possible. I'll be recommending Bernatche to folks in need of car repair. A+.Service: Body & Trim

Great service from Bernatche. They worked with myself and my insurance company to ensure that the damage to my truck was taken care of quickly and professionally. They did the repairs while I was away on vacation, and handled any questions over the phone. I came back to my truck, good as new, and even washed. I m impressed with the professionalism and service, to say the least. I will return if ever I need Bodywork performed in the future. Bernatche Auto Body was highly recommended, and I will recommend them in the future.

Stopped in to get an estimate, day and time that the work could be done. 15 minutes before closing. Tony took my vehicle right in fixed the small dent, attached the antenna and didn t charge me a huge bill. Thank you for your kindness. Customer for life!! Highly recommend.

Hit a dog and insurance sent me to them for my front bumper in January. Seemed like the no BS, straight to the point kind of establishment which I appreciated.Got the car back in a decent amount of time. But realized they didn t fix the temp sensor on the car. Called and was told they would fix it, they would call me back when they got the sensor in (which wasn t the same guy I dealt wirh in person). Never got a call. Sensor is still broken as of today.Finally got to looking at it and the front grill is popping out, one side is pinching and now there is a gap. It s pretty obvious no other damage was done to the vehicle and looks like it was just installed improperly, but didn t really notice until I left Maine and had it detailed in early May (I was told to wait until April-May then because of the risk of damaging paint).Called insurance and was told I needed to first resolve with them. Called and was again told I d get a call back.Still nothing.

Personable. Honest. It could have been a rough experience, but they were great. I hope I never have to, but I would go there again if I ever found myself in need of body repair or paint once more.

They treat you like family. I took my "new" used car there for a second opinion on a cut in the paint and some scrapes along the underside of the door. Not only did they do a thorough assessment and give me an estimate, but they also gave the car a once over and gave me their opinion (which I trusted). Needless to say, I bought the car and took it right back to them to get the side door fixed and repainted.You would not be able to tell the difference (and it was a satin pearl white color-not easy to match with all of the shades out there these days!) Tony and his team want to be sure you are a happy and satisfied customer. I definitely am!

I own a local commercial landscaping company C and M Integrity Services. My personal plow truck ended up having both rear corner panels, bumper, tail light and exhaust damaged this past winter. I took it in for an estimate than repair. I was in shock at how amazing the truck came out!! Since the repair people keep on saying how nice of a truck I have or ask if my truck is new!!! I tell them all that it was fixed at Bernatche!!! Thank you all for all your hard work and dedication in everything you do!!

I can't give 5 stars because they didn't get to fix my car. They did talk to me in a wonderful friendly manner and fight on my behalf with what they saw as wronging me. If or when I do need work they will be my 1st call. Thank you guys so much

I highly recommend these folks! I used them to repair my car after an accident and they were quick, efficient and compassionate. They had great communication and kept me informed on the progress every step of the way!

After an accident I was referred to Bernatche by people I trust. Nobody has eyes as sharp as these guys. They pointed out structural damage in my Honda Hybrid that the claim adjuster hadn't even noticed but agreed with in the end. This all happened a few days before I was about to move out of state for good so they did all the repairs in less than half the allotted time. Their work is impeccable and they will work long hours to make you happy.

I run a medium size fleet of rental vehicle and I ve had the pleasure of dealing with Bernatche Auto body on many occasions. Tony and Anthony do an excellent cost effective job and better yet they do it quickly, which is so important to me because I need to get those cars back out on the road. The drop off process is seamless and the price is right! They are versatile and can help you make the right decisions for the job, I ve brought them both small and large jobs and it never is an issue. Thank you so much for the great work that you do.

Emailed to get a quote on the repair of my rocker, all I got for a response was "we don't repair rust.". So apparently if your vehicle has rust this body repair shop will refuse to even look at it. Although online under their services it states multiple things that would include rocker repair.

I will never bring anything back here. These ppl are thieves who didn't even complete the work but we're too happy to take the money. They told us they would fix a problem then when scheduled for pick up wasn't fixed. So as a customer I asked for them to honor that commitment and they did so, however when leaving was berated by the owner and was told I was rude and I quote, "only fixed it to get u the hell out of the office". He then told me i was obnoxious, at that point i asked for my keys and left. All i did was ask why it wasnt done, id think anyone would wonder that. I never been made to feel like that to someone I trusted my car with.As a new mom I work hard and try to be polite where ever I go as example so my feelings were hurt. I went in with more than half tank of gas and picked it up with the gas light somehow on and the oil light is now on too when it wasn't before...?! The paneling it went in to get fixed was not attached. Would add pics if i could. Please think twice before going there as I won't again. The better business Bureau should know how customers are treated there! Make sure u trust who takes your car!Would give zero stars if I could. Altogether horrible experience. Also they had the car for 2.5weeks, completion date was supposed to be 2wks.

Bernatche's is the best. Tony is the best! Brought my car in on a Monday at 8am and it was ready (part replaced and painted) on Tuesday at 9:45. Can't beat that. Excellent work, too!!

SUPERB customer service. Excellent work and detail. My old car looks brand new on the side that got hit, and I see they did some detailing on the inside after I got my car. Went out of their way to make sure my insurance paid, and had car ready DAYS before insurance estimated ready date. I live alone and so they dropped me off at homd and then picked me up when it was ready AFTER HOURS!!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SEVICE. Referred to by my insurance co., but I will ask for, and confidently refer any one to BERNATCHE for life. Most satisfaction from an autobody shop after any car accident, ever.

The employees and people of Bernatche's are peopleof integrity. When I seek a service I desire to work with people of integrity and when I went there that is what I got. I trust them. Good people, who do good work.

Tried for weeks to just get a call back to make a appointment. Didnt seem to want my business. Gliddens gave me an estimate and made me an appointment the same day!!
