It was my first time going there. They was very nice and my appointment wasn t until 2:30 p.m and they got me in like five minutes after I showed up at 11:40 a.m thank y all so much

They don't do good business, sold me 70k mile warrantied tires on an inspection and the tires blew with less than 5k on them and they refused to honor their warranty as well as almost inspected my vehicle as safe sending me away with a compromised frame in 2 different locations as well as toasted brake lines and cylinders and other items that shouldn't have passed inspection and had to go to Vip to have a proper inspection done. Do not suggest business with these people, my car fish tailed and almost went off the road had it been a teenager or elderly they would likely have died.

I brought my truck here for an alignment. I was told I needed a camber kit, so I purchased one and installed it. I then brought my truck back for the alignment. Their alignment tech told me that there was something wrong with the camber kit I had installed and the alignment could not be done. They offered to sell me a camber kit of their own for $95 that only costs $35 online. Plus they wanted a half hour labor, plus the cost of the alignment. I left after being charged $45 for absolutely nothing and drove to another local alignment shop. This alignment shop was able to get my alignment done in 25 minutes and did not try to sell me anything. They also were able to do the alignment with the camber kit that I had installed. Beware of this place. This is exactly the reason I do not trust any mechanics. I fully understand that a small business will mark up parts a little bit. But a 200% mark up is absolutely ludicrous.Go to Town Fair Tire !!! $85 in and out !!!

I m not one who leaves reviews often, whether they be positive or negative. That said, I felt the guys at Stratham Tire Augusta deserved an excellent review from me! I ve had an alignment done there and it came out of the shop perfect. I ve had a Mercedes rim that leaked air on the TPMS valve and Ozzie fixed that in minutes! I just had 4 snow tires mounted this week and they got me in and out quickly, put my summer tires in bags, and charged me a very fair price. I ve mentioned my great experiences with my kids and coworkers, because it s hard to find a place I feel comfortable with them working on my cars. Other garages have over tightened lug bolts, left greasy boot prints on the rug, etc but these guys really take care of the car like it s their own. So thank you so much, and I ll be back often with my 3 vehicles.

Brought my truck in for 4 new 285 s mount and balance along with a 4 wheel alignment . After waiting 2.75hrs for the work to be completed the truck went down the road sideways. It pulled to left and the front end felt loose and was all over the place . I made an appointment at Tire warehouse in Waterville to have them double check the alignment and it happened to still be out of alignment . After 32 mins at tire warehouse I was on my way with a fully aligned truck that drove straight down the road. I went back to Stratham and presented the evidence of the print out from tire warehouse showing how out aligned it was before they began . The gentlemen at the counter at Stratham stated that they can t guarantee a truck with a 3 leveling kit and 285 s to be fully aligned . I ve owed 4 trucks in 21 years and all have gotten 3 leveling kit with 285 s and never once did tire warehouse tell me it couldn t be fully aligned because of these 2 reasons . And I ve gotten full milage out of all my NITTOS no issue . Needless to say they did no want to help the customer out with a refund . One upset customer here that will never go back.

I received exceptional service at Stratham Tire! Justin, the manager--- is very knowledgeable, proficient, and courteous. He is excellent at his job, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. This location exceeded my expectations for service...

They wouldn't give me an inspection sticker because they said all four brakes were metal to metal, the rotors were warped, the ball joints were trash, and they didn't like the windshield wipers just cause they're cheap. A few days later, I brought it to another garage, and they gave it a sticker no problem, and said there was nothing wrong with my car.

I went there in the first time I did they charged me for a front end alignment I turned around went there today and they charged me for a four wheel alignment which my truck does not need a rear alignment they said well they checked it it wasn't worth $107 for an alignment give me a break again I got screwed and I would never go there again because they are not transparent in their prices

Knowledge of tires good but told counter man I had 2 bad tires and two good tires . They put on new set . Thought like any other place would have placed good tires in car. I didn't check before leaving next day no tires ? Got back to them about it said you have to tell them to save tires ! What does U have 2 bad tires and two good tires mean to YOU ??????????????????Guess if you work for STRATHAM YOU'LL NEVER HAVE TO BUY TIRES JUST KEEP STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS! One hit wonders never again learned my lesson !
