I was there yesterday. The staff was super friendly and helpful. An unexpected event happened with my car and they helped get it fix and get me back on the road. I will definitely continue to go here. I also wanna say thank you again to the staff for all there help and hard work. you guys are awesome!

This has been my go-to oil change service for many years. The employees are friendly and quickly get the job done. Prices are reasonable. Went on a Saturday all 3 bays were being used as they were so busy. 14 vehicles in the time I was there in line and getting oil changed. They take the time to make sure maintenance light gets shut off. I HOPE THIS SERVICE NEVER GETS TAKEN AWAY! Thanks, Prompto!

I hated to do it but at 520pm on December 6, 2023 I stopped in to get the oil changed in my Chevy truck. There was a truck ahead of me and both bays were working on vehicles. Within a couple minutes the both bays cleared and I popped the hood at 523pm. I expected to hear complaining about how close to quitting time I had driven in but everyone went right to work and I was out at 531pm. The staff was very courteous and worked quickly. I would recommend Promto to anyone.

Went here for an oil change. They only took about 10 minutes which is what the advertise they do oil changes in. It was a little expensive ($70) for full synthetic oil change and higher quality filter but worth it when it needs to be done and you don't have a lot of time. One thing I really liked was that they didn't try to sell me a bunch of additional stuff I didn't need unlike a lot of places. Employees were polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

A friend was in need of a oil change. There was a bit of a wait but not to long. The guys checked out all fluids and everything was fine. We might have been there 15 minutes.

As long as the line isn't long out the door, stop in and get an oil change if you need one in a hurry on the fly! Guys seemed competent enough

Found everybody friendly price was very reasonable because I have a Volkswagen Eos and it's always more expensive for the European oil.

Speedy and helpful service! They didn't have air filters or wiper blades for my vehicle, which was desperately needed, so I had to go elsewhere

These guys are quick, speak clearly and recognized my US Army service from my lanyard (I was in civies). Their thank you for your service brought me to tears. Many that have served do not understand the bond, and at times the threat of being deployed, and I always get a genuine sense of appreciation from these respectful guys. Last year they got a 1 no one worked as a team and talked nothingToday 5/24/23 there a 4 star what a difference. new management it's making a difference keep friendly keep it up.prompt employees that changed oil checked tires washed windows very polite explained the process. The whole way I never give a 5 star rating as there's always room for improvement but what a difference hearing the process communication teamwork just amazing thank u I'll be back thanks to this experienceService: Oil change

Got my oil changed here 3 times since getting a new car, turns out they have never ONCE changed my oil filter. Funny how you guys specialize in oil changes but don t know when to change a filter. If I could give zero stars I would.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Small space & a little hard to find/get to. Attendants were ok, but not "friendly." Small indoor waiting area not separate from where they perform work. Quick and relatively inexpensive.

Whenever I need an oil change, this is where I come. The staff is nice, the wait is usually not too long, once they get started it's rather quick. They'll explain things to you if you don't understand something. It's unfortunate the price has gone up so much in the past few years though. That's probably my only gripe, capitalism is annoying as ever!

Absolutely terrible I usually do my own oil change someone brought my car into prompto to get an oil change after I let them is oil leaking everywhere I have All kinds of lights showing up about my oil pressure never had this problem before when I do my own oil I would never recommend for anyone to go here much better off doing it yourself go to autozone and pay the $40 you'll get an air filter too. I'll be posting pictures and videos to their Facebook if I can

Most efficient oil change for me in a long time. LOTS of places say they do a 10 minute oil change. In my experience they average 25. These guys had 2 bays working and I was 9th in line. Still under an hour, most of it from moving forward in queue. I was impressed.

This place saves time and money on oil changes. I've been in and out in less than 10 minutes a few times. I've never had an issue. 1 time my dip stick got stuck and the grip ring pulled off. They managed to yet it out with a little ingenuity and had me on my way quickly.

Quick and knowledgeable. The manager was helping out as they were short-handed. He helped me get my giant transit into a bay without smashing into the garage wall or falling in the hole. Very polite and helpful. Will definitely go back.

I go here every 3,000 miles. They will not only change the oil, they check the antifreeze, windshield wash and different filters. They will refill or replace if needed and you would like for them to.
