I came back three years later!! Dustin, thank you so much for another great experience! I love being able to go through the process knowing I can trust the people I am dealing with. You also make the process so easy! I really really appreciate you! Just a wonderful atmosphere altogether as I watched Brandon and Sam work with families as well. Still more than 5 stars from me!!

When I say I have purchased numerous cars, I am not joking. I have worked with all kinds of dealerships, with all kinds of different experiences. But Paul Blouin Mazda has topped them all. The professionalism, teamwork, friendly staff goes beyond no other! None of the nonsense of running back and forth to the manager with an offer and counter offer and final offer etc. One sales person does it all and works hard to get you the best deal possible. Sam Blouin was truly amazing. I've never had such a great deal, quick deal and honest deal in all my years of buying cars. It was a total pleasure! We had fun, and I left with a beautiful vehicle and I was completely satisfied from beginning to end. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and I know my next vehicle will be from Sam at Paul Blouin! Thank you so much. I love my CX9 and enjoyed our morning!

My First dealership bought car.I'll never go Anywhere else for a vechile.Blouins is Seriously Top Notch.Service, Vechiles. The Quality,Brandon went above and Beyond for me.I Really Can't Say enough About This Dealership. Very easy to find. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about their vehicles. SUV, cars and trucks and motorcycles. The prices are very reasonable. Service was great. Ask for Sam.Please follow me.

They blocked the handicap parking with merchandise, I get being overfill with products but don't cause an inconvenience to your customers. Very inconsiderate. Also mark up on vehicles is ridiculous you can buy same products for cheaper elsewhere. I would recommend everyone to go somewhere else.

Mazda and specifically the folks at Paul Blouin are top notch. I purchased my first brand new car from them in 2019 and now my second one yesterday. I honestly didn't expect to be purchasing a new vehicle, but Brandon made the process incredibly easy and nearly effortless on my end. In all I got a VERY fair offer for my trade, a great price on a new 22' 3 hatchback turbo, and a lower interest rate than I was paying before. I can't recommend Paul Blouin Mazda more, if you're interested in a new Mazda look here first.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Brandon O'Clair and let me just say it was unlike any other experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. We had just come from the dealership nextdoor (which was not an enjoyable one) and only wanted to test-drive a Mazda. Brandon told me in minutes what he could give me for my trade and ran the numbers... absolutely zero pressure. We drove off a couple hours later with our dream car!! Thanks Brandon

They made buying my first car a great experience. Sam Blouin made sure I was getting the best deal possible and made buying my first car easy. He never missed a step. They really do go above and beyond with their customer service and I highly recommend them!!

Unfortunately we couldn't complete a deal for a Mazda with Paul Blouin but they were amazing. Brandon is fast, to the point, and can get the best deal possible for you. Would definitely be considering working with them next time we are in the market for a car.

I brought my vehicle in for a basic service on my 2021 Mazda CX-5. (oil change, tire rotation, air filter and state inspection)I was very impressed how the staff was so attentive. They sent me a short video, via text message to my cellphone, and thought that was super cool to see what they saw and showed proof of the icky air filter.So, I was about 1 week over due in my registration and they offered to help me process the registration right on their desktop computer. They were very easy to do business with and treated me with respect (unlike the dealership I have previously dealt with)I will be coming back.

Paul Blouin Mazda is awesome! I just bought a new Miata from Dustin, and the entire experience was professional and pleasant. Dustin knows his vehicles and can explain features clearly. There was no pressure, and I felt like I was dealing with a trusted friend. I've dealt with several dealers lately in my search for this Miata and Paul Blouin ranks far above all the others. My next vehicle will definitely come from this dealership, too. Please note, these words of praise come from a person who dreads buying a vehicle. Not any more. I know where to go!

Brandon is amazing! As a young woman I was nervous about buying my first car from a dealership. He took my inquiry seriously and was able to find me a the perfect car within my budget! Made the process stress free and comfortable. If you ask for Brandon you will not be disappointed!

Had a fabulous buying experience at Blouins! Staff were extremely accommodating, helpful, friendly, and NOT PUSHY. My salesman Sam Blouin was knowledgable and very responsive. He made my experience very positive and seamless.

I ve had two cars through this dealership. The first one being the first new car I ve ever bought. Brandon is the salesman I work with, he is knowledgeable, honest, and looks out for your best interest. The service department is always easy to work with as well, they are professional and I have never had an issue. Overall a great dealership.

I was in a less than desirable situation with my old car. I was expecting the same 6 hour high pressure car game when I went to Paul Blouin's. They FAR exceeded any expectations I could of had. Brandon got right to work, finding me the right car and getting me unburied. He made it a very enjoyable, friendly and professional experience. There was no high pressure sales and I only dealt with Brandon throughout the whole process. I was only there for a few hours and all my paperwork was done, car was ready and I was off. I love my new Mazda and they have earned a life time customer here! I came from Bangor and could of stopped at many dealerships closer to my home but I am very glad I made the drive to Augusta. My parents were so impressed with the deal I got and how well I was treated they just bought their first new Mazda from Brandon! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!!

I have purchased a number of vehicles in my time and never have I had and experience like at Paul Bouins. All the staff I have encountered are excellent, friendly, and professional. Their parts and service department are so helpful and I have never had to wait long to get an appointment for service. I have purchased a 2013 Mazda 3 and a 2013 Victory Highball, and was treated more than fairly. They not only wanted to make sure I got a good deal, they went out of their way to make sure I did. I could not recommend them more.

I had a WONDERFUL experience purchasing a new Mazda CX-5 with Brandon O'Clair. Of the three dealerships I went to (one other Mazda dealership and a Honda dealership), this was hands down the best experience, no comparison to the others. Brandon was straightforward, and transparent with the whole process, no whispering in back rooms. This is not a good market to be buying a car due to shortages, but he did not try to take advantage of me at all. Furthermore, when I asked Brandon for a service that the other Mazda dealership tried to upsell to me, Brandon told me that the service isn't needed on Mazdas! Amazing experience and when I finally run this car into the ground, I know where I'll be going back!

I honestly enjoyed buying a Mazda at Blouins. A very friendly place to do business.Dustin is excellent and made buying this car a fun experience. I'm thankful that Paul has employees like Dustin. I couldn't be happier .The price was more than fair and easy to determine. Documentation fees were half of what others charge. I was surprised that it wasn't more.I'm looking forward to doing business here again

After two disastrous attempts to purchase a vehicle this spring, we ended up at Paul Blouin Mazda. The first dealership (Prime VW) had an incredibly rude salesperson but attempted to mitigate the problem. The second (Rockland Ford) accepted our offer and then dragged their feet making a minor repair. I think they were hoping to get more money from another customer. They sold the vehicle out from under us.We found a van at Paul Blouin's dealership. In the first conversation I asked for their rock bottom price. Dustin lowered the price considerably. I went to look at the van, liked it, and finished the deal. Short and sweet! Brandon finished the paperwork when we went back to get the van. In literally five minutes we were on our way. I love their efficiency.My husband, who spent his working years in the car business, was astounded at how immaculate this van is. The detail person does an incredible job. Give him a raise! The parts manager was also a big help in wrapping up the deal.If you are looking for a no-nonsense, efficient experience in buying a vehicle, head for Paul Blouin Mazda!

First of all I called Paul Bluin Mazda , and from sales I talked to a Brandon oclair .His personality was extremely nice and when he explained what I could get for my trade in and how easy he made this for me I was extremely happy !! He then went over and got my Mazda CX-5 all set up for me .so if anyone looking to buy or trade in your car call Brandon he s the best !!!

I see that people on here are happy about the sales department which is great. Unfortunately I can tell you that the parts department is extremely awful. They may have your parts but make sure you have a parts number or the gentleman will let out his toxic personality and make it so you will go anywhere else but there again. It's really to bad because I am a Mazda fan but I guess I will continue to leave state to purchase them. Thank you Paul Blouin Mazda parts department. First impressions are everything and maybe think about that next time.

This place is great. Always get good service here. This time though, took our car in to get snow tires and a wheel alignment and we ended up coming out with a brand new car. Just asked on a whim, the whole process was painless and quick, traded in our 2016 Mazda CX-5 and drove out in a 2019 model. Good times.

Full disclosure: I'm a big fan of Indian and Triumph bikes. That said, there's one salesman who has always greeted me and is a wealth of knowledge about the bikes he sells...Paul. The Blouin family not only has awesome bikes and good deals, they have a Paul who seals the deal by helping you find the bike that defines you. Well done.

Just bought a '21 holder CX-5 and absolutely love it. But Dustin and Brian made the buying experience not only easy, but enjoyable! So glad we bought from Paul Blouin Performance!
