This Augusta, Maine store is a decent parts store. Some Knowledgeable staff, best hours in the business. They only can t beat EBAY MOTORS for price.!! But then again,NOBODY can!! Example,they list a front hub wheel-bearing assembly for 74.$ each. I thought to myself not bad, until I saw and purchased a pair of them. Same one year warranty , Same Brand new in the box. For the incredible price of only 52.$ that s right only $FIFTY TWO DOLLARS$. 52!! THAT IS IT! And get this,,, FREE SHIPPING. I had it in my hands in 48 hours. So really, a no brainer.!

I go here a lot as I like to fix/take care of my own vehicle transport units.They even have specialty tools for rent, although it's only 48 hours. If I need it longer, I will call them to let them know.They always say, "No problem as long as you have the receipt."Also, people like to say, "They gave me the wrong part, well honestly that's not 100% their faults.A really simple way to ovoid this is to look up the part number or call the Steelership to verify you're getting the right part the first time for your application.

I have been super particular about local auto shops due to some bad experiences previously. But I will say, that most of the employees here, have been very knowledgeable, eager to help, never tried to upsell, and overall had great customer service. Sadly, on the other hand, the manager, Todd, is one of the most disrespectful to his employees, yells at his employees with faul language, showed no care for customers entering or leaving, and just sits in the back and is hardly even in the store. I was told that this location has the highest turn over rate due to the lack of management skills, and the severe disrespect to his employees. I will have to order online any future purchases as I refuse to support a place that accepts management to treat their employees like this. Good luck finding people who stay employed here longer than a month. Because when one person sells you an item trust me they won't be there next time you need something else.

Quick in and out for parts. Clean and easy to get in from main St. Just make sure to use the correct exit if you need to turn left out of the parking lot.

If they re was half a star option, that is what you would receive.. Customer service is terrible, walked in to get a code read etc. , (saw managers in the back just talking). Girl working register had no idea what was being asked or what I needed done, explained it three times and she still looked confused. Until a gentleman came up to help me, read the code, he wrote it down. (He provided great service) Assistant Cynthia was giving corrective action on what he said in just the nastiest tone and getting physical with her hands, when he was just trying to help. An I said it was not his fault that no-one else was around doing their jobs, so you don t need to disrespect a fellow work who is trying to help and go above and beyond. I asked for a corporate number and she was directing to the front door for it, instead of telling me. The front door only displayed the store number for curbside pick up If this is how you treat your customers I will not be buying anything further from this establishment. And as for the Assistant Manager Cynthia should be retrained on how to approach customers as well as employees, in a correct manner and not talk down to the companies workers, while back seat driving. Ive managed and trained people in varies jobs and not ever would I have disrespected a fellow worker and customer the way she did Things need correcting..

This is a busy auto parts and service store on busy rt 202 in augusta. It's been here for as long as I remember and has built a reputation as a reliable parts store and for fast, cheap maintenance services, especially for tires. This is a busy, no frills place but gets the job done and fills the need if you are on a budget. This place is always busy so schedule service in advance if you can. They are good about working jobs in when they can and usually finish by the estimated time. Great choice if you are visiting town and need emergency repair.

I spent 180$ on some tire chains here. They broke after the 3rd use, i had them repairred and the broke again the next use. I asked about any return policy and they said no chance. Just terrible. Never wast your time or money here, buy good products that a store stands behind.

There were plenty of appointments to select from to fit my schedule, and the guys at the front counter were quick to assist me when I arrived. I took advantage of their holiday coupon book to get 3 oil changes for less than the price of 1. Best service I ve found so far in Augusta.

The sales people are very helpful. They ll even come to your car and check the code on your dashboard if your engine light pad on.

I highly recommend John at VIP O'Reilly Auto Parts for any of your car needs. I called and he was able to get me in the same day, answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. He explained what was happening with my car in terms I could understand and gave unbiased advice on what needed to be done. I will definitely be taking my car here for any of her needs from now on!

Wow..... went here to get an oil change and inspection sticker. They advised of some different issues I needed to have fixed before they would pass inspection, one of which was a new cabin air filter. They showed me a cabin air filter that looked horrendous and they said "a mouse got into it and chewed a hole straight through". I was shocked because it hadn't been that long since I had last changed it myself. I declined their offer to change it because I typically do it myself anyways. Just went to change my filter and lo and behold, MY FILTER WAS PERFECTLY FINE! THEY SHOWED ME SOMEONE ELSES AWFUL AIR FILTER AND LIED TO ME JUST TO TRY AND MAKE AN EXTRA BUCK! I will not be going back and don't recommend anyone else trust their word either. Awful!

Best car parts store in town. Their informative and professional and they'll go out of their way to find the best prices. Even if it's at another store. So if you like good service and good people... you should definitely go to O'Reilly Auto Parts.

I was there when the manager came out with an attitude. I watched as the manager named Todd tried to get my fiance to try and fight him. And then as my fiance was walking towards the back of our truck to put his tools away he leaned right into him causing him to graze his shoulder. He is the most arrogant and unprofessional manager I have ever met in my life.

I bought a battery from here 8 months ago with warrenty and they would not replace it. Then the manager Todd didn't care about people how go there or Google reviews and he tried to fight me in the parking lot. I suggest not going there for anything go to Auto Zone much friendly service

tl;dr - terrible cust. service. Took 2hr15min to replace one wheel. With no effort on their part to make it right.Had a 4:45 appt simply to have a new wheel installed. Waiting an hour and a half in their waiting room (basically chairs, an unstocked keurig and a TV that didn't work) and then I asked them if it was almost done yet, or what. "Hmm, lemme go check on that for you" she went out back and came right back out saying thay my car wasn't even being worked on yet!Even after that it was still another 45 minutes before if was finished. So I was there for well over two hours for a simple wheel replacement, and they didn't offer any kind of discount or even apology for wasting my time.Why even make appointments If you can't keep them. I understand stuff happens sometimes but in that case, call your xcustomers and tell them you are running 90 minutes behind so they can have the choice to wait or just make a different appointment. I'll never go back and I recommend nobody else does either.

I have live in many states and have shopped at MANY O Reilly Stores. This has been one of the best experiences I ve had when picking up parts. Cynthia was EXTREMELY helpful!!

Ordered inner tubes last year and had them serviced same day. Went in to have it done again. Now, tubes cant be ordered and VIP and O'Reilly associate argued back and forth. Probably never saw me leave the store.

Big selection which is great. But customers were not wearing Masks nor was one of the employees. They were very confused on simple parts and didn t no where to find anything.
