I have always been very satisfied with any work done through moodys,however things went down hill very quickly this morning when dropping of my car. This was bad enough that the rental car company apologized for the way the gentleman from moodys was very rude. I'm sorry if I brought my vehicle in and there was so much confusion that you got kinda pissed well this is your job and if you were having a bad day your customers don't deserve to get the brunt . I probably wouldn't recommend or use them again.

Moody s was very quick to get my SUV taken care of. I got it back way sooner than expected, and Eric called a few different times to keep me updated on the progress. Incredible customer service.

They did a great job of replacing our mirror! It was smashed back in January by a hit and run driver who came at us 2 feet over the centerline at night! Another inch and it could have been fatal. All we saw was their headlights coming at us then their tail lights speeding away! I had $1,000 deductible so that didn't help with the $722. They told us there are a lot of Hit and Runs they repair. We have dents from 2 previous Parking Lot Hit and Runs that we are stuck with.There should be a special "Hit and Run" Insurance or a crackdown on catching Hit and Run Drivers to make them pay for their mistakes!

These people made it so easy for me, came in did the estimate, gave me an appointment and told me that everything would be ready for the rental when I came in for my appointment! Awesome group of people!Thank you!!

Moody s goes above and beyond. They treat you like a family member when you talk with them. I had an exceptional experience every time I have repairs done. Last time I went there, i made an appointment for some body work. The day I took the vehicle in, I mentioned my horn stopped working. Kelly called a dealership, got the horn, and had It installed while my bodywork was being done. She saved me the extra appointment and time away from work. I was so thankful.

I hit a deer late last year and needed to get it fixed. My insurance agent recommended Moody's as one of the businesses they suggested. I picked up my GMC Crew Cab late yesterday afternoon and was extremely pleased. I dealt with Kelly Rogers who from writing the estimate, kept me informed throughout the repair until completion. They did what they said they were going to do and did not cut corners. Best of all, the repair was done ahead of the estimated completion date. I definitely recommend Moody's in Augusta should you need auto body repair!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Kelly and the team at Moody's in Augusta did a remarkable job repairing my low mileage Subaru after I was in an accident on the first day of our 2 week vacation in Maine. They arranged to tow my car from a competitor that said it would take 4-6 weeks to complete the repairs. The Moody's team worked the sluggish supply chain to get the parts and expedited the job in time for me to drive home safely two weeks after the accident. I appreciated Kelly's honesty from the outset that he could not promise to meet my deadline, but that his team would do their best. They patiently answered my status phone calls, but I never even had to visit the shop until I picked up the vehicle after hours. This company with a local focus went out of their way to help my family from "away." Thank you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had to bring my vehicle in after someone else hit it in a parking lot. The work was alright, though had to bring it back due to a failure of their work. Due to my experiences, I probably will not continue to do business with this Moody's.For both visits, I had to call several times to get updates on progress, despite being told their staff would contact me. Even with timelines set by the company, I was not contacted when told I would be.Again, over the course of both visits, I received information (both written and verbally) about other customers from employees. The second time involved being told my vehicle was ready for pickup, despite sitting in it while being on the phone with Moody's, and installing a part ordered for my vehicle on someone else's car!This entire experience really makes me doubt the work that was done to my car and whether the company is capable of managing customer records accurately. Yikes!

I called on 6/23 to see about getting my car repaired and the lady I spoke with her name is Lynn and I just want to say she was such a big help and eased my mind a lot. She got a tow truck to my house within an hour. Absolutely amazing customer service!

Moody s level of customer service was Tremendous. I had scraped up my new vehicle when entering my garage and was looking for a few estimates to repair the damage. They were very honest about the work that needed to be completed. I had gone to 2 other local collision companies prior to visiting Moody s. The other two businesses did not do as thorough of an inspection and quoted an entire paint job on 2 panels when the few marks simply needed to be buffed out. Simply because he took the time to bring my vehicle into the shop to see if the marks could be buffed, Moody s saves me roughly $700. Thank you Moody s! I highly recommend them for their level of care and honesty. They also have a courteous staff and a comfortable waiting area.

I haven't had any work done yet but the estimate process was smooth and reasonable. I drive a fairly unique car and was surprised and how fast they were able to get prices. I'll be back when I have some money to get it done.

great staff there I'm so proud of Sean movie for running for governor and the gentleman that helped me with my car just knew everything not only about cars but about sports too and he had it in with me

Coming from someone who has a little bit of OCD they do a great job! They made my car (which is one year old and I keep really good care of) look like new again after the propane company dragged their sandy hose along the side of my car. They are extremely friendly and gave me a tour of the shop and made me feel at ease knowing where my car is going. It was a plus that they use the foam snow brums to clean your car and not the brushes that will give your car swirl marks everywhere. They kept me up to date through the process with phone calls. It would have been nice to have the car vacuumed and the shoe marks off interior trim but that's all minor, the outside looks like it never happened. I would highly recommend them if you need a top quality repair job.

First time using this shop and it was for a minor repair. I was very impressed from start to finish. Communicated what was going on with my truck each step of the way. When I picked it up it was like new. They washed the inside and outside.

Our first time there everyone was very nice and were honest about what did or didnt need to be done. Hard these days to trust some garages, but I would recommend moodys to my friends and family.

They said they did rust repair on their website called them to get a quote to have my fenders fixed and got told they didn't do that. Was very disapointed.

These people will take care of you every single time! They are so passionate about their work and give extremely fair rates and walk you through all of the steps! I wouldn t be able to go anywhere else after working with them!
