Anthony LaVersa was a great sales agent. He explained in detail all answers to my questions. He made sure I was fully informed with my decision to do a lease versus financing. The experience was positive and has given me a different perspective to Charlie's company as a whole. I am happy with this new relationship.

The best period, really. Reliable and extremely friendly, helpful customer service and care. The service they provide to customers is virtually luxury but without the luxury cost, when you come here you know they're putting you first. The experience is very human and not pushy or self interested as car sales culture can often be, my family and I have always been treated well and accommodated. We have also witnessed other customers receive the same level of care, which is great to see. We love Charlie's and intend to be loyal customers for years to come! :)

Anthony LaVersa was our helpful and attentive salesman for the purchase of our Toyota Tundra. He followed up several times to be sure we were happy. We did realize that they keys we were given did not lock the tailgate and called the service department. They scheduled an appointment and cut us a new key at no charge. We highly recommend Charlie s in Augusta!

Horrible experience and I would never return. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They did not schedule my appointment correctly and I'm still left to deal with an open recall item. The service advisor made me feel like it was my fault and was so rude. Don't go there unless you have to, like I did. I had to replace my battery and my airbag light came on after that. Because my trusted mechanic couldn't correct it, I had no choice but to go to the dealership to have them turn it off. I guess they feel like they were giving me a deal because they only charged me $75, not $150. What a sham.

Anthony (sales) was great at helping us select which Outlander was best for our needs. Jeff Sprague (he said I wouldn't remember his name) at the large facility was friendly and helpful with the financing. Overall great experience. I hate to say this as someone who used to like to haggle the price, but this "pay the sticker" trend should stay.

The team squeezed my vehicle in for an issue that suddenly started while traveling. My vehicle is my life line for my job. They were respectful and so helpful and I could not express my appreciation more to them for helping me the day I needed it. My vehicle is great now.

Service people and the mechanic were all good but when i brought my car in i know that their was something wrong with the shifter and i think if it stuck on the mechanic he know right off too so now i get a charge for almost $100 to tell me my shifter is messed up well i know that before i came in that was why i took it in. Now you tell me it is another $550 to fix it and i can bring it back if i want it fixed. Well needless to say i guess i will be working with a shifter that is still sticking when you try to shift it out of park which it was doing when i brought it in. But i did get to pay $100.00 to find out that my shifter is sticking thanks for that you were very helpful. Have a great day...

$140 to simply diagnose an obvious condition is excessive. My car has a $2500 parking brake problem that is the exact subject of a recall for the prior model year. Not even a mention of this from service agent when advocacy with the manufacturer should likely be the care standard. Won t return.
