Took my car down to get a trade in value and check out a couple cars they had on the lot. Walked into the office, wasn t greeted, and approached the desk. I told Jim I was looking to get a trade in value on my car and that a couple cars on the lot piqued my interest. My current car isn t in the best shape, but I wanted to know how much they would give me so I would know how much to pay down to on my current loan. He took a look at the car, and went into the office. While he was in there, I got a chance to speak with a young mechanic, super nice, super knowledgeable. We were talking when the salesman came back and he rudely told the shop worker to take a hike. He turns back to me, refuses to give me any number for trade-in to go off of, and, without even running credit, started talking about down payments, and basically treating me like I m broke. Before Jim decided to make judgements about me and my life, I was ready to get the trade-in value and go to my credit union to get the loan. Well, Jim lost you guys a sale today, maybe he needs a lesson in customer service and not making quick judgements.

Just bought my avenger rt from limbic about. Great price and awesome service. I'd totally go back for another car when I need one. You guys should check them out if your looking for a used car.

The owner called me a liar below. I had bad business with them when I brought the car in with major issues 3 months after buying it.I can still continue the claim with the BBB to rebut their refusal. Won't do it. Cut my losses.I dont know how these ppl stay in business.Check out the reviews on their Meineke page.It's not just me. Bad mistake on my part. Lesson learned.Let me begin and save time and space by saying I reported this company to the Attorney General and filed a complaint with the Better Businees Bureau.The vehicle I bought here had so many problems I had to get rid of due to safety concerns.I refused to go back there for maintenance due to the very poor customer service I got from Rod at the counter. I lost big in this deal. But thank God I'm retired from the Air Force and can afford such a poor situation such as this.The owner called me today and I quote: I think its HILARIOUS that you expect anything from us".I hung up on him because I refuse to be

Emailed about a truck they had. Asked if it had rust i was told no. The bed rails were rotted, rust through the rear cab door, the entire underbody of the truck is rust! I understand its a used truck but its been abused. I also looked it up on KBB and the price they have listed is $3000 ABOVE the value of the truck. I wasnt allowed to take it to my mechanic thats only 15mins away. I have a CLEAN rust free vehicle thats a year older to trade and they tried to tell me it wasnt in as good of condition as I said. My vehicle is IMMACULATE and has been appraised by a Toyota dealership. I know what I own. Seems like a shady business to me.

Bought a car from them last week! Good prices, and customer service. They made the process easy and quick. The paperwork was ready for me to sign, 20 minutes later I owned the car. Thank you!

Only thing I'm going to say is do you're homework. Make sure to read used car reviews on what you're looking at. Also check for any recalls

Wife bought a car that she loved and owner is amazing
