Got a great car for a great price at Drew s! Customer service is 5 star! They took awesome care of us and really made this purchase a great experience. Highly recommend and will definitely do business with them again in the future.

Drew s new to you is one of the nicest and professional used car dealerships Iv ever dealt with. Craig ( Owner) has gone over and above in not only insuring my car is up to par but that it is going to last me as long as possible. Every interaction Iv had with Drew s new to you has been positive and I heavily recommend this dealership to friends and family that I want to have safe reliable cars.

The owner Craig is very dishonest and non remorseful. BEWARE. Owner claims lack of commitment I have all messages showing he clearly understood I had intent to buy and he offered to hold the cap for me. He is being very deceptive about this review and this is the exact reason I do not recommend doing business with him.

Friendly, honest and genuine good people who I would trust to buy a vehicle or a shed. Craig is upfront about his cars and cares about matching you to the right one. This is what America was built upon.

I found a rare gem. The people here are knowledgeable, honest, and truly care about their customers. If you are looking for a vehicle you really should stop by. And while you are there, if you are looking for a sweet shed, they sell these, also!!

I've gone through some cars in my life, which means I have dealt with my fair share of dealerships and salesmen.This place is great. My bank made this process unreasonably difficult for everyone involved and these guys held by our deal while the bank took their precious time with everything.John Patten is an incredibly friendly and professional sales guy. Coming to an agreeable price for each side of the table was quick and painless.Craig Drew stayed late on a Wednesday to make delivery to us - thanks bank. -.-10/10 would buy here again.

I m my search for a vehicle I came across an excellent find here at Drews new to you.. the quality of service paired with fair prices on reliable vehicles had me more than comfortable in my decision to purchase through their dealership! Took my husbands car here after he hadn t cleaned it in FOUR YEARS. It was a whole other level of filthy, but when they were done with it, I felt like I bought a brand new car off the lot. Even the stench was gone, it smelled and looked brand new and I am beyond grateful!! They went ABOVE and BEYOND with customer service and I ll definitely be using them again!

Had my car sanitized after some unauthorized visitors and they made my car shine like new, even after my toddler kicked mud all over the back. They were such a pleasure to work with and made sure there wasn't any damage to my car, which was above and beyond what I had expected of them. Such a pleasure to work with! Will definitely be back!

I am very pleased and happy with my 2014 Chevrolet Equinox. Craig came in on his off hours to meet my needs. He was very pleasant, professional and informative. He also went above and beyond for me as I came from some distance and he made all of the amenities he possibly could! Craig does a great job updating and informing potential customers with current and upcoming inventory. He understands that times are tough and he wants to help those in need of a vehicle with offering competitive and fair prices for great, reliable vehicles. I had a terrible experience at a couple other used car dealers then I met Craig Drew at "Drew's New to You" and I was instantly impressed, absolutely no pressure, bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and he let me take the car on an extended test drive so I could show my wife. It has been a month and everything is great, he even followed up to see how the car was doing which is rare these days. You can definitely tell he cares. Thanks Craig, I appreciate your professionalism.

When I visited the business with my boyfriend, Craig showed us everything within the price range we were looking for. He s super friendly, personable, and understanding of your financial circumstances. He was not pushy and was very transparent about the vehicles he was offering. I would 10/10 recommend.

The owner of this establishment is the most trustworthy man I know. When I was in a bind a few years back, he helped me out. I have never met a person who sells cars to be as honest as Craig Drew. He is realistic and resourceful to his customers because their needs come first!

Just bought a 2012 Subaru Impreza with 14,000 miles on it! They made the whole process so simple and the service was super friendly! I just got a new vehicle from Drew s New to You in Augusta. I worked with Craig mostly and he was really great. He communicated with me continuously as I was considering the purchase, even off hours. I work an hour and a half away and he stayed late just so I could see the car and decide if I wanted it. They have a very warm friendly vibe and it s not just for show. I had an unexpected issue after buying the car and without hesitation Craig made it right beyond my expectations. He s a really good man and that s hard to find in car sales. If you want to do business with people that really care, Drew s new to you is where to go. Ask for Craig if he s not the one that greets you!!

Drew s New to You is an AMAZING place! I can say I m very satisfied with my Jeep Patriot. I have moved back and forth from college with it and I m surprised every time by how spacious it is. The customer service experience was above and beyond what I expected! I cannot thank him enough!!

Very nice people, low pressure sales. Didn't buy a car here, but the experience of looking was wonderful, would definitely check here next time we are in the market. The prices were very reasonable and they had a good selection, just not what we needed.

Staring the week with a fresh thorough detailing from the crew at Drews New to You. It had been a few YEARS since I put elbow greese into cleaning my car and they didn t miss a spot. Better job than I ever could have done and at a great rate! While I m not in the market for a car right now, I will be going to them for all of my future detailing and buying needs.
