I have used Darlings Collision several times over the years and I have to say they are great customer advocates and they do impeccable work. This time I worked with Clint and he specifically has great follow up and follow through.I had some questions after the repairs and they took it right back and set me up with a loaner on their own. My truck looks great and they absolutely did right by me.

Very pleased with my front bumper replacement, as good as new, like I never even hit a deer. Doug kept me informed during the process and the rest of the team was helpful, too. I would recommend their facility for your collision repair needs.

We have used Darling's through the pest control company I work for. With over 50 vehicles, we are bound to get a few dings here and there. But I have to say Darling s Collision has been the best. It has always been a pleasure to work with them from start to finish. Every employee has been extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure I/we are happy with service. However, Leon R. has gone above and beyond! He pushed our body damage issue through quickly and got us on the schedule very fast. Top notch for sure!!Service: Body & Trim

I am very impressed with the work that was done on my car .. They replaced the rear bumper and fixed a spot on the passenger side .. the paint and quality of workmanship is amazing! I definitely recommend Darling's Collision Center ..

Darling s Collision was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Literally every person I encountered was extremely helpful and pleasant. Alicia was patient and went above and beyond when explaining the work that would be done and the final cost breakdown. Shout out to the guys in the shop, the repairs and paint job are spot on. I can t remember the paint less dent repair guys name but he is an artist. My Mustang looks like her beautiful new self again, thank you to everyone involved.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought my 2012 Nissan Altima 3.5 SR to Darlings for collision repair to the right rear corner of the vehicle that was damaged from someone backing into it. They replaced the bumper, taillight, and repaired minor damage to the quarter panel. The workmanship at this facility is second to none, and I dare anyone to find a repair shop that blends paint as well they do.Service: Body & Trim

Trying to deal with this facility through Geico since July. Appointments keep getting rescheduled etc. Drove in and a person named Clint did a quick check of my truck and said he would call me for an appointment.. that was in January. I hit a deer in late February and guess where Geico suggested. Yupp Darling's, go figure.I now have 2 claims for body work, one with upto 30 days rental vehicle and very little patience left.

Extremely impressed with the quality and timeliness of repairs that I needed done. Excellent communication throughout the entire process, and some of the friendliest staff you will ever have the pleasure of doing business with. One more time Rene provide excellent service for my Car. He has excellent knowledge of the issue and how to resolve it with saving customer time and money. He went above and beyond to get things done for customers 100% satisfaction. Whole team has good co-ordination and i highly recommend for this place if you have any mechanical issue with your vehicle. Again thanks a lot Rene and his team for all your help.

So far have not had the best experience with them. If I don't call them directly, I get no updates at all. I was told my car would be ready by mid week this week, and now I have been informed of a delay. They didn't advise me of this until I called. The Darlings crew went above and beyond to bring my new car back to what it originally looked like before it had been backed into. The type of paint job was not an easy fix but they persevered through and found a perfect match... they are professional and caring and made sure I was completely satisfied with the job. thank you Alicia, Stacey, Kelly and the rest of the crew... I hope I don t have to see you again soon but I will be in some time visit.... thanks again

Was directed to get vehicle inspected here by progressive insurance company. I was told darlings auto collision would be able to inspect it same day, and I would be able to leave vehicle due to steering issues. I was scheduled out three weeks from date and insurance company has ordered payout to me on my account before I decided what I d like to do or had any further knowledge of the steering issue. I feel the collision shop itself is decent but don t be confused by insurance company telling you it will be diagnosed, as the only person whom looked at vehicle was adjuster.

The workmanship is good. However they washed my truck and didn't rinse the soap off so I had to wash the windshield and mirrors before I could drive it

I had my car bumper fixed after a minor accident, not only did they fix my car like new they also detailed my car. My pups both ahead terrible and they were able to remove it all!!! I would recommend them to ANYONE that needs their car fixed up after an accident!!!!!!

Extremely friendly and flexible. Went out of their way to give me a ride to and from work, and helped install a few aftermarket parts on a basic bummper replacement. You guys/gals are cool.

they returned my car to me with scrapes on side engine light on and completly low on all fluids would rate a 0 if it would let me .
