These guys are great! I had forgotten my appointment the previous day for tires and an alignment, and they took me right in the next day. No questions asked. We've bought several jeep vehicles from Charlie's and every experience was great, fast and easy. Service and parts rock as well! Great job!

Having bought my previous Jeep from Charlie s, and enjoying exceptional experiences with the service team through the years- I headed right back when it was time to buy again. Devin was awesome! He answered all my questions, helped me compare and contrast some different vehicles, and most importantly never made me feel pressured or rushed (even when I was dragging him all over the lot in the cold, pouring rain). While I didn t find the exact vehicle I wanted, I d definitely recommend Charlie s (and Devin). Important side note- both times I ve shopped there, they have been the dealership that offered me the most for my trade.

10 stars. Our visit was very relaxed and welcoming. We joked around and got down to business all the while, professional. Our salesman was Luke and he was very informative and accommodating. This is not the stereotypical car dealer with slicked back hair, they were top notch. We plan on using them for our service needs as well and hoping for the same experience.

My salesman Josh was very easy to deal with and well informed about the vehicle I was purchasing. Also if I had any questions he was extremely prompt to respond. If you are considering buying or leasing a new Wrangler , I would absolutely recommend Josh and Randy to anyone in the market for a new Jeep!

Your sales employee Cody Martin, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable, courteous. He was patient and was not pushy at all. I would recommend him and your business to anyone when or if they ask me where a good place to buy a vehicle is.Actually, everyone I met at your establishment was great, even the person that got me signed into the service Dept. who set me up to have the garage install the the side steps on my new Jeep[ on Feb 1.thank you all.Steve

I was looking to trade my Jeep renegade for a wrangler. I went to several dealerships who wouldn't give me what I wanted for my trade or help me get to the price point I was looking for. I called Charlie s because they had a good selection of Jeeps and that s how I met Luke. Luke was super knowledgeable he made sure I had all the information before I made the trip into the dealership and he helped me through the whole process. Once my lease is up I ll be going back to Charlie s 100%

I'm actually quite happy that the Jeep Dealership in my own backyard provided me ZERO customer service. Without that experience, I would have never found Charlie's in Augusta. Every experience I have had has been terrific. It started with the best sales team ever and now I am hooked on the service providers. Thank you so much. I appreciate you!

The purchasing process at Charlie's Jeep was fairly simple and did the staff helped me get what I truly wanted rather than trying to pressure me into something then and there.So far my experiences with their service department (for regular maintenance and one warranty repair) have been positive.Their parts department has been helpful on a few occasions as I've been modifying my Jeep. I have had to replace a few cosmetic items that I have damaged in the process. (Only concern here is back ordered parts which is outside their control)

Service is always friendly and efficient ! They did have my Jeep for longer than I would have liked but it was the holidays and I didn't have an appointment prior to dropping off And they still worked my Jeep in when they could . I have 2 vehicles I bought from Charlie'sThe first was a wrangler I bought new in 2016 and I will go back for my service and new vehicle needs!

Our sales Associate Joshua was amazing. This was our second experience in purchasing a vehicle from this gentleman. We would recommend this salesman to our nearest and dearest. He was informative and customer service savvy. The car I test drove was warm and comfortable on a cold Maine night.Joshua explained all of features of the Jeep Wrangler vs my Nissan Rouge.Zach was equally personable. Zach s presentation of the service warranty and pricing was phenomenal.He was informed and helpful.The lead floor manager. Mike I believe was his name.Dampened our joyful experience with poor service.He appeared uninformed and ill prepared to provide the simplest information on incentives.My husband and I present him with incentives that we had researched ourselves. He was flippant and dismissive. We were eligible for a military incentive.This staff person spent at least 15 minutes explaining why the owners would not allow for negotiations of the sticker price nor negotiate the trade in price. He also explained another customers purchase and he was was unable to negotiate a better sale.I would advise any future customer to check to make sure it was his day off to enjoy their car buying experience.

I leased a Jeep Gladiator from this dealership recently. Here is my experience.The Good: The Sales Rep that I worked with (Andrew?) was excellent. He was very polite, professional, and prompt in his communication. When I arrived at the dealer to test drive the car (I live about an hour away), the vehicle was ready out front, and warmed up for me. He answered all of my questions about the car and was very informative.The Bad: The rest of my experience was not so positive. After the test drive, we "ran the numbers" and I was left in a cubicle for nearly an hour without any kind of update. I had no idea what was going on, what I was waiting for, what the status was, or how long I was supposed to sit there. No one seemed to be able to add clarity to this. Also, the waiting area / showroom was abysmal. There were no comfortable seats (instead, they have a plastic picnic table in the center of their sales floor), no television, magazines, or materials to peruse. I work in the Customer Success industry, and I felt there was a lot of room for improvement. Keep in mind, I was there to lease a brand new vehicle and to give them my business that I drove an hour for. When customers are waiting to finalize a deal on a new vehicle, this is a good opportunity to get a tour of the dealership and service facility; to explain the benefits of working with their company; and to go over the ownership experience of being their customer. There was none of this. The car I purchased has a million accessories available for it...why not try and go over them with me (upsell me?)...I would have taken the bait had they actually hung the lure appropriately. This is a period of time when they can cultivate a relationship with their customer, and it was a completely missed opportunity on their part. It was not a customer-focused experience. Rather, it was impersonal, muddled with confusion, and a lot of time just sitting around without any kind of updates.The Ugly: There are two things here. First, the decorum of the sales floor personnel was not up to par. A lot of standing around, laughing, cursing, and scrolling through videos on their cell phones. If that was my sales floor my head would explode. I couldn't help but wonder how people are actually getting paid to just stand around and scroll through videos out in the middle of the sales floor. It was not in good taste and reflected poorly on the management's oversight. Second, after some negotiating, I had to make the trip a second time to finalize the deal. I was told specifically on the phone that my paperwork was all set and ready to go, and that I would be in and out when I came back. Not the case. More sitting around for two hours without any updates. Eventually, someone told me "maybe we shouldn't have called you back so soon" I almost lost my mind. I explained that I live far away, there was a snowstorm coming, and that I'd like to come when everything was ready to go. They did not deliver.For such a big purchase, I was disappointed with the service I received at this dealership and would not continue my business based on my experience. The initial rep was great. He made a solid first impression and was really doing the best he could. The management, however, has a lot of room for improvement.

As soon as we walked in the people treated us like a friend. Generous with their time and answers the customer service at Charlie's in Augusta can't be beat. The prices are exceptional..better than any others we looked at. Charlie's is my new 'go-to' for vehicles.

I have always had great luck with Charlie's. They also helped me out a lot when I needed to have work done to my car with a loaner car and communicated right with my insurance company to make it easier for me. So far I have purchased three vehicles from Charlie's and I don't see that stopping!

I lease a car through Charlie's and unfortunately it has needed quite a bit of service for a routine issue. I have been seen 13 times in the past 2 years and Judy, who I have worked with every time is such a warm presence when I arrive. Always smiling, always willing to listen and always always offering actual help. It is for her service alone that I choose to return to charlies time after time.

I would actually give them no stars!! Their service sucks. Told I had 8 am appointment the 29th called at 2 pm to tell me technician had to leave...6 hours and never looked at my car. Was then told I would have an answer before 12 pm the 30th. I had to call them at 3 pm just to be told AGAIN my car had not been seen. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!! Very very unsatisfied should have taken my car to South Portland where they are actually trustworthy and know how to communicate and get the job done. Lesson learned never to trust anything to this company!!!

Had a check engine light come on weeks ago on my vehicle. I called up the service department and they scheduled me an appointment. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and i was able to rent a car from them under my warranty. They called me a few hours later and said my car was finished being worked on and told me what was fixed. The guy was very helpful in service department and even said I can go to the show room if I am not back before 4:30 pm and get the keys back to my vehicle. I would recommend charlies motor mall.

Excellent customer service!!!!! I have bought numerous vehicles from them and have always been happy with the process. As always they lived up to my expectations. The only reason I can't not give them 5 stars at this time is because there were several times that I went there to try out cars and the sales department and managers were not wearing masks. This made me a little uncomfortable so I just waited outside.
