The staff at Charlie's Honda is always polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this place. A big shout out to Ben, who helped us today when we brought in our vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation.

My CRV had a recall. Mitchell was very polite and friendly when I dropped my vehicle off. He texted me to let me know I could contact him if I needed. I received a phone call and voice mail when my vehicle was done. Great service .

I needed some work done on my vehicle so it would pass inspection. I brought it to Charlie's Honda, like I always have before. I'm not sure if they have a new service manager or team, or what, but the service was awful compared to how it always used to be. There were several miscommunications resulting in wasted time on both sides. I've given them a 4 star rating because my most recent impression is a 3, but always before it was a 5. I hope that my next appointment there will be better.

I purchased a vehicle from Charlie's earlier this year. Brought it in for my first oil change and regular maintenance and could not have had a better experience. Staff was friendly, shop was clean, waiting area has many amenities, and my wait was shorter than expected. Thank you Charlie's!

Love everything and everyone at Honda especially Lori in finance. The service department is one of the best around. I Will always go to Charle's Family dealerships.
