If I could give them 0 stars I would. We bought 4 new tires and loaded up on the road hazard. We thought we could have the rotation and any flats taken care of we were SO WRONG. Our first 5k miles we got a nail. Took it in to fix it and rotate the tires. Next 7k took it in to rotate and we were told we can t rotate your tires ! Explanation given was overinflated tires caused the middle of the tire to wear unevenly . What are my options? Buy a new set of 4 & oh btw the warranty is voided! This being my wife s Subaru nobody had done any maintenance to the 4 tires except Walmart. Clerk says nothing we can do! Seriously? As I questioned more the tire tech looks up the history turns out they didn t rotate them at all! Only the flat was fixed. So frustrating! The only answer she ever gave sorry there s nothing we can do .Service: Tires

Donte in the auto care center was absolutely amazing. He was So friendly and has an amazing attitude. In the short time that I spent buying tires, he treated all of his customers and coworkers with respect and went above and beyond to be accommodating and helpful. Walmart give this man a raise!!! He s one of the rare people you meet throughout the day who leave a positive impression on your day.Service: Auto maintenance

Online hours updated one week ago. Says 7am-7pm. Actually only open 8am-5pm. It must be a requirement to have not graduated high school to be employed here.Service: TiresService: Tires

All the basic done while you shop. Tires, batteries, wipers, lights, oil change & headlight restore . Now open , Sun -Sat 8am-5pm. Starting December 9th open 7 am -7pm.

Called to order tires and the woman that answered the phone obviously didn't want to be there.Their inventory is incorrect; she checked and they had two sets in my desired size and rating. She checked on the name brand and they had 3 instead of the 7 she read off inventory.I was going to ask about the other set and she started rattling off about just ordering them online and they'd probably be there within a week.Went to Stratham and had new tires, an alignment, and new pressure sensors the next day.

I stopped in yesterday to get my mothers tire patched. I did call ahead of time to make sure I did not have to make an appointment. My boyfriend made the call for me and was not impressed with the women s tone over the phone. He did not mention anything to her because we figured maybe she was just having a bad day, we try our best to be considerate of what others are going through.As someone who has always worked with people and in customer service I am disappointed with the person I first encountered when arriving. I did read the very bold sign letting customers know that the door was not an entrance but I wasn t able to figure out where I should wait so I entered with every intention of asking where to speak to someone about getting my tire done. I saw all the employees of the auto centers working hard and was not going to step into their work area. Sadie was the Walmart employee who told me very rudely that it was not an entrance and the big sign in the front says so even after I apologized. Not only was her tone rude but so was the look she gave me. I would say it is safe to assume Sadie was also the one who answered the phone beforehand. I now refer to you as Sadie the rude Walmart lady. I understand the safety of everyone is very important during these times and I admit I made a mistake but that I had good intentions. I am human and deserve respect. As a paying customer I should not have been talked to that way or given such a nasty look. Even over the phone you were rude with my significant other Sadie. If you don t like working with people or can t show them a bit of respect then don t work in customer service at all. You don t ever know what someone is going through.On the bright side the other woman who helped me with getting the tire patched was so polite! I even told her while I was there how much I appreciated her kindness and patience. Thank you Casey for being thorough, patient, and kind. Thank you for holding the door for me as well. I think Casey deserves a raise! Casey made an experience that could ve been overall horrible so much better. Thank you Casey.

Times posted online are inaccurate. Website states 7a7p. In actuality they are open 8a-5p. So call ahead so you don t have a wasted trip. I went 2/09 to find out the times were wrong. Arrived at 7:30am the next day. I waited until 8:20. For 20mins I stood in a hall/entryway (where they want you to check in) while I dodged parts carts, trash carts, employees and other customers until a foot shuffling employee told me they wouldn t mount my tires. My car asks for 255/60/18. I attempted to get 255/55/18 s mounted. They would not mount because the circumference difference was greater than 3%. The diameter difference is 3.3%. Stratham tire mounted tires without problem.Service: Tires

Augusta did away with there's so I had to go here and I love in GardnierQuick fast to the point in and out in less than 45 mins place to go for tired and fast prompt friendly service.

I was hesitant about having walmart take care of something like tires for my vehicle but the same tire elsewhere would have been 200.00 more. This was an emergency situation for me and I needed it taken care of. They did the job and actually they fixed a problem that the dealership couldn't fix. Thank you!

I have had my oil changed at walmarts from coast to coast, this is the worst customer service I have evert received in my life. They were rude, put other people in front of me when I was there first. This is the 2nd time they have treated me this way in as many visits , I will never return!!!

First and foremost waited for someone to help my family and I for almost 20 minutes as these guys stand around talking. Very rude and poor customer service. Waited 1.5 hr for them to repair a tire rim. Was being VERY problematic the entire service. Almost 2 hours in and they fix the tire...great. We ask them to put the tire on and it s a whole problem and a half because we didn t tell them in the beginning if they could place the tire back onto the car. Seriously? this is a mechanic not a mcdonald s these people are more than qualified to re-place ONE SINGLE tire. There was no need to be complicated as if we were asking them to re-wire the whole engine and add on a turbo charged motor.I would NOT recommend any person to bring their $$ and time here. These people are rude and couldn t be bothered to assist in the most simplest of tasks.

The runaround we've had to put up for the last couple weeks with the people that work has been ridiculous. It's one thing after another and no one here knows what they're doing. They're all incompetent and should be fired. Don't ever go here if you want something conveniently taken care of. Wish I could give a review lower than 1*, they don't even deserve that.

this is a great place to get your headlights cleaned so you can see much better at night and safer.the price on Goodyear tires is good but they will not warranty them or rotate them any longer than 5 years they claim that is the life of a tire

Great customer service, yet lousy computer system. They have to use wireless devices that require a WiFi connection. They were having tons of problems with it. But the service I received was great. Very kind staff and no problems finding the right battery for my car. Even asking me if I had my security code for the radio, because with Honda, it resets when the car battery dies or when disconnected. I went on a Friday during the day, they were done within 5 minutes. PS. If looking online for your parts, call the location to verify quantity. Online it said, this location had 1 battery in my size but after calling in, they had at least 4 of them in stock.

I went in on a Friday at 4:00 p.m. because I needed a battery mine was dying already had to have it boosted 4 times only to be told that they didn t have time to put one in and wasn t even going to sell me one because he had too many cars to get done because they close at 5:00 p.m. yet if my car didn t start he could boost my car, then I said well just sell me one and I ll find someone to put it in. So I got my battery and checked their service hours so I could take my core back and saw they closed at 7:00 p.m. the man was rude and refused to help me. I will never get anything from their auto service center again.

I had two tires put on my car. It took a very long time for my car to be ready. Longer then I was quoted. The staff at the desk were awful, I ended up having to ask someone elsewhere on the walmart floor to check on the status of my car. Otherwise the job was done well.

Nice people, terrible at scheduling appointments. If you make an appointment do not expect them to keep that. They do not account for how long things take for appointments prior and you are basically stuck waiting around until they are done.

If I could give a negative I would and I've had at least one set of tires done every year for last 5-6yrs at the Oxford wal mart but was in auburn so figured it would be similar I was there at 7:00 and supposedly everything was paid for (I did it online night before).Well after taking until almost 10:00 to finish I go in to pay ( I needed air pressure sensor so I knew would have to pay for that 20$)but then they charged me another 30$ to balance tires and the first guy had attitude rite out of the gate was worst service I've ever seen my window doesn't go up down so I had it so it stayedopen little where I wanted it and for some reason they decided to open it and also found them in my trunk wich I never gave permission for and why would would they need to be in my trunk to CHANGE two front tires???!!!! I'm still wound up about it and I had even said few times I should just go to Oxford Idk why I didn't these guys are joke the guy couldn't figure out the sensors is what took so long but so I should have to wIt 3 hrs for what should only been 1 Max and then u charge me more?!?!

Their auto care workers have no idea what they are doing. Dont even have the right equipment for the work they do. They said they couldn't get our tires off and my husband got them off on his own when we left.They are completely incompetent.
