The Auburn location provides excellent & QUICK service! I dealt with John over there who was incredibly helpful in helping me deal with an emergency tire situation. He also went out of his way to provide me with additional information about buying another tire I needed. Top tier service, I highly recommend!

Will and the entire service team at Town Fair Tire have provided me with nothing short of exceptional service on multiple occasions. They are friendly, professional, competitively-priced, and accommodating. On two separate instances I have had tire services completed on a walk-in basis in a timely manner. Had to have a donut tire removed and replaced with a new tire. Nathan at the Auburn store was very helpful and courteous. He took some time and made sure that the spare tire was replaced exactly as it was meant to be as every thing must line up just so to be in correct alignment. Thank you Nathan, much appreciated!

1st experience with Town Fair. Great service. Will took good care of me and my vehicle. 4 tires and an alignment in under an hour and forty-five minutes. Would recomend.

Store manager is amazing and a great guy overall. Kevin had me back on the road with fairly short notice and I managed to make it all the way to mass for a last minute funeral and back with no issues, tweaked my alignment and had it driving straight as can be the whole way too Huge thank you to these guys! Couldn't have happened without you

Will took such good care of me on two occasions. He was quick to check tire pressure and refill and then got me into a quick appointment for balance and alignment. They were all super nice to Colton too! Great job guys.

Will at Town Fair Tire in Auburn, ME greeted me professionally and had a fantastic sense of humor! He promptly assessed the nail in my rear passenger side tire and had his crew working on the replacement within 10-15 minutes of arrival. He also patiently explained the invoice so I understood the fees. I highly recommend the service at Town Fair Tire in Auburn, ME!

I went in to pick up my tuck I had aligned and tires mounted and balanced and the total came a few more dollars then I had on me at the time and Nathan took his own card out to pay the rest of the balance due and for this I can not thank him enough yes it was 3 dollars but the fact he went out of his way to do that shows we do have decent people still around! Also thanks to will and JT also very helpful and this won t be forgotten very great customer service! Keep it up happy holidays!

I came in with a flat tire today on a very tight schedule. Kevin helped me get my tire fixed in a very quick manner. The service was excellent and all the staff was very friendly. The boys in the front checked on me throughout the process to see if there was anything they could get for me and Kevin updated me periodically on what was going on while I waited. I would definitely return for future tire service and recommend this Town Fair Tire to others.

I love going to this place! They are so nice and have a good waiting area to sit in. You can watch them work on your car on the screen they have. And they have drinks too.It don t ever take long for me. And they are very respectful of your property/vehicle. I recommend them to everyone for their car needs.

I waited almost three hours for my tires to be put on balanced and alignment when I left they locked up and head out I didn t realize until I got to main road that my alignment is severely off now and there closed till Monday!!! My steering wheel is straight and this is what I got!

I was extremely impressed with the Auburn ME location of Town Fair Tire! I recently purchased four new tires there, and from the initial phone quote inquiry to the installation just two days later, the entire process went smoothly and the cost was very reasonable. Nathan at the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped make the experience even better. They delivered exactly what was promised, and I will be recommending Nathan and the Auburn team with confidence in the future!

Brought my Tesla in for it's first tire rotation. Was surprised that they offer this service for free! Thanks Gilly for the fast and friendly service. Ended up buying the manager a set of pucks to have on hand for other Tesla owners who may not have them like I did when I first came in last week.

Got all four tires replaced and an alignment for less than I was being offered at 5 other tire shops. Nathan was phenomenal. He was working extremely hard, answered all of my questions, and was extremely personable. He helped me and others with above average customer service skills and had a wealth of knowledge regarding the tires and services provided. Give this man a raise.

They did an amazing job addressing the concern below. Thank you!Let me just start with I never write reviews.. I have been in the customer service industry for years. I have brought my car here for tires multiple times with no issues. My wife brought her car in to get 2 new tires last week, they said she only needed one so they fixed the other, put the new tire on that was the same size but different thread and they said it wouldn t affect handling. She also got an alignment. when we got the car back, anything over 65 mph the car would shake. I called town fair back and told them politely what our concerns were. Brooks kept interrupting me and wouldn t let me finish what I was trying to say, making me feel like she wasn t taking my concerns seriously. She kept saying honey the shaking isn t an alignment issue. ..I wasn t even insinuating that, I just wanted to explain the situation. She put John on the phone, who was nice enough but didn t want to say they did anything wrong. He said it needed to be rebalanced. Brought the car back and after picking up it s still shaking at 70 mph and the lug nuts were so loose she had to tighten them with her hands. I m really disappointed. In this economy, we choose wisely where we go for services and as customers we deserve to feel like where we are putting our money is worth it and not hurting us more in the end. Now we have a brand new issue we are left to figure out and pay for.

Stopped in on my way by because my pressure light was on. Without hesitation they brought a spray bottle out to the parking lot and checked my tire where I thought I had seen a screw. Luckily for me it was not... turns out the pressure was low in all my tires so they topped them off and I was on my way minutes later. Their honesty and prompt service was much appreciated I will definitely be returning when I need tires.

I went here because I had a tire that was losing psi every day. They squeezed me in at the end of the day and it ended up that my tire was not repairable. Will gave me a great deal because I needed 4 tires since I have a AWD vehicle. I will definitely come back here for my tire needs.

This place is the VERY BEST!!! After I bought my 4 new tires, they price matched an online price I found from someone else when I came in to have them installed, I got over $200 back and added an alignment for only $37! So I got a 4 wheel alignment added and saved $176 from my original purchase price!!! Nathan & Brooks helped me and took their time to make it so I got this price and saved a ton! Great products and awesome customer service!!! DON T GO ANYWHERE ELSE! So Happy, I love Town Fair Tire in Auburn ME. This is why customers always come back to TFT! Very Highly recommended.

I had originally asked for tires over the phone that were exactly what I already had on but they were discontinued. The girl on the phone said they had been replaced but had to be ordered. Ok did that and got a date and time. Arrived to have them put on but the very expert tire rep saw that these tires we were no way near the same tread I was replacing. He alerted me. He gave me 2 choices that were so on pare with what I had on. I can't thank him enough for doing more for me then just doing the bare minimum. He was the best . I will always go to turner st. town fire tire. Sorry for the long post.

Drove over a nail that flattened my tire on the way to visit my parents for Easter. Despite being very specific run flat tires, Will was able to find a place that had the right tires and get it replaced in a matter of hours! Highly recommend.

My truck had a vibration at highway speeds. I tried new tires, balanced and installed along with an alignment at the competition, still hade the vibration. I went to my mechanic to look over the truck. Changed front struts and a u-joint, still a vibration. Brought the truck to town fair tire, they balanced the wheels and did an alignment and the vibration is gone. On top of that they gave me one heck of a discount. I will be back when I need new tires. They gained a new customer.

Bought 4 tires a month ago. Great service. I had a tire pressure problem and today I went to see what the problem was. Nathan resolved it right away (my fault). No drama and a smile and a personality. Love Nathan!
