The Tire Warehouse in Auburn will be my new resource for tires and minor service. They were surprisingly open on Saturday and were able to accommodate me without an appointment. I was treated professionally, politely and without feeling rushed. I was so pleased as I had just found out that I was going to have to take my car on a long trip that I wasn t planning on. I have put on a lot of miles and experienced many different weather conditions to check out my new tires. The tires performance was very good and work extremely well in the snow, ice and sleet. They were also on sale so I am an extremely satisfied customer. Thank you for help and exceptional service!!

Prompt service, friendly staff, even though they were working short handed. Willing to help take tire off and put donut on, no charge, ordered the cheapest tires for me, did not try to upsell. Was able to get me an appointment first of the week and early, so I didn't have to miss more work :) would go back again.

Fantastic experience. Amazing customer service. Thought creatively to solve the issue when the tires we ordered didn't arrive as expected to ensure that I didn't have ti rearrange my day to come back.

Thursday 2/8 I made an appointment online for tires and alignment on 2/10 ( Saturday). After making my appointment I called the store to confirm, I was told they don t have the tires in store, and that they would have to order them, and that they also don t do alignments on the weekends. We then re-scheduled for 2/13 (tuesday) at 10am.I showed up at 9:45 on 2/13, to be told that my tires hadn t come in. And the solution was to order them from another vendor and they could have them the next morning 2/14 (Wednesday).I took today off so that I could make it to my appointment and not have to drop my car off ahead of time. $270 worth of pay. To be told that the tires that were ordered for the appointment I had made 5 days before, were not yet in.I didn t receive a phone call, text message, email or carrier pigeon informing me before my appointment. I am very disappointed and discouraged after my experience at the Auburn Maine tire warehouse.

I have done business with Tire Warehouse for about 4 years now and they have provided me with great customer service and pricing every time. I never have to think twice about where to go for anything tire related. Thank you, Rob and the rest of the staff for doing what you do!

They were very overwhelmed and already behind at 8:30 due to being understaffed. Despite this I received amazing service. Rob was great and gave me a deal when he could only find two of the tires I had ordered.During my wait I saw him deal with a number of less-than patient customers with grace and professionalism.Over all a quick and easy experience.

They told me they could replace 2 tires for $187.00. Lewiston wanted $227.00. I brought the 2 tires and rims in, and they had them mounted and balanced in 10 minutes. I brought the tires with me to the shop to save on labor cost and wait times because they're busy; good service always is. These guys did an amazing, quick, cheap service, and it was a great experience. Im rotated and ready for winter with some brand new shoes! Hands down, the best service I've had in any tire shop. Thank you, fellas!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE place if you need need to replace a flat tire on your vehicle. I showed up to the business at 5:25pm on 8/23 (online it says they close at 7) and they told me they couldn t do anything because they were already working on their last vehicle for the day. So the guy working the front desk tells me to return the following day 8/24 and I tell him the earliest I can be at the shop is 5:10pm due to my job. he then tells me to come at 530 instead which I didn t mind,I go the very next day and actually show up 15 mins early to the appointment the guy had made for me the previous day just for them to tell me again that they can t do anything because they don t have any techs that can replace my tire.

Had a misunderstanding with the tires that were delivered for my fifth wheel. Staff was very courteous and competent, had us back on the road to Michigan in no time. Great guys, thanks again!

Woke up one day and found my tire wasn't holding air. The folks at Tire Warehouse were extremely helpful and willing to figure out what was wrong when all the other tire shops in the area turned me away. They quickly diagnosed a bent wheel, temporarily filled it back up for me, and then installed the new wheel when it came in despite being extremely busy. They run an honest business and are very customer focused. If you have any problems with your wheel or tire, the folks at this Tire Warehouse will help you get it figured out and treat you like a valued customer.

BEYOND HAPPY with this location. After other locations have repeatedly let me down this location always comes through. I needed a set of 6 19.5 wheels mounted and dismounted that another location left me in the dirt with. They said no problem and did them in an extremely timely manner to get me back on the road. They have always picked up the slack of locations when they didn t want to do oversize wheels for me. I will be making the drive from now on with all my tire needs!!

I booked an online appointment 11/21/22 for 11/26/22. I picked out the tires I wanted. When we arrived for the appointment, the manager had no notifcation that we had an appointment, and the tires I had chosen were not at the Auburn location. David, the manager made things right in my book. He offered a comparable tire and notified me of an issue with control arm bushings. I also applied for a Tire Warehouse card and that was accepted. I seriously believe your online appointing system needs an overhaul to be run efficiently. Kudos to David for saving the day, as I had traveled an hour for this appointment.

Mostly satisfied, I have only one complaint. I used your website to pick out tires and make the appointment. I put in the make and model of my car and chose from the tires that popped up. When I arrived for my appointment I was told the tires I chose online wouldn t fit my vehicle. The ones I was told would fit (same brand) were more expensive. Seems like a bit of a bait and switch situation. Or the website has a problem and tells you the wrong size for your vehicle? Either way, it s something you should look at and correct.

Been sitting here for 3 hours now. Yes I understand that I was a walk in but they told me that it would be quicker than to make an appointment for the morning. They said it would be less than an hour. 3 hours later and my car is still jacked up and no tire has been touched. Plus guy was so rude and no one is wearing a mask that works here.

The most amazing man helped me today, I ran into every bump in the road that I possibly could today, and the gentleman that was at the front desk when over and beyond to help me. I will never go to any other place to get help with my car.
