When I went there to buy tires, service was great! Very friendly staff, always got the door for me. Then, I had a ball joint go on the car and sensor. Not good $550 dollars later everything was still lighting up on the dash. I was told they had to order a part and they would callme. 3 months later, no part, no call. I took it elsewhere to be fixed and was told the ball joint was put in backwards and one of the sensors was not on it ( which I paid for) and this was causing all the lights on dash to light up. And it was mesding up my 4 wheel drive. So I got it fixed correctly and my car is running great! What a difference. Stratham gave me half the money back for incorrectly doing the repair. They have lost a good customer! I will never go there again.

I brought my Subaru Outback in for an alignment. When I picked up my car, the traction control light is lit on the dashboard. When I called Stratham Tire to inquire what they had done to my car, they were unable to give me the specs for my alignment. They did not have the numbers before the adjustment and they did not have the numbers after the adjustment.. In fact there's no proof they adjusted anything except my bank account! I'll never go back!

This has become my go-to shop! I ve taken my car to places prior and have gotten ripped off numerous times, but here I know I can trust them, they do excellent work at an affordable price! Super friendly, helpful, and the service is always quick!

I have taken several different vehicles here over the years and my father had always spoken highly of them for the work done on vehicles at his business.They take their customer service seriously and as a woman, I appreciate the fact that they talk to me honestly and respectfully taking time to explain exactly what they ended up doing or what they were suggesting I do and why.Chris Fletcher treated me very well and saw to it that my vehicle left in tip top shape at a fair price. Thank you again, very much. I will be back and I'll pass the word along! Keep hold of your great staff!

Excellent experience. Highly recommend. I consider Stratham Tire a trusted adviser for vehicle repair and maintenance.My experience: while visiting Maine for a few months, my alternator failed and I decided to give Stratham Tire a try based on Google reviews, ratings, and proximity. They quickly and correctly diagnosed the root cause, provided a fair quote and the performed the repair on time. Very thankful for the service.

Excellent experience. Chris is a good man fix my skidder tire in a timely manner. Much appreciated now I can get back to work. They are lucky to have him. I will definitely go back there for repairs or tires.

Chris and his staff are excellent. Polite, professional, and willing to get you on and out quickly.Chris has helped to get my company trucks on the road expeditiously. The best large truck tire service I have ever worked with.Came in this morning with a flat on our equipment trailer and they jumped right on it!Thanks Chris!

Very disappointed. Had my own parts that I bought offline and put in the car for them to use, they still charged me for the parts from them. Along with not stickering like agreed upon after work was done AND no alignment like agreed on. Then when brought to managers attention he tries to lie his way out saying it was never mentioned. Would not recommend.

Chris and his staff are just great , we have gone there for years,I know when I need repairs done that is the place to go. We have been very happy with there service. Best place in town to get your car repaired , and was also very happy to see they all were wearing masks .

I am from out of state and I purchased 4 new tires from here, the Lady (jerri) was very polite and informative about the brand i was wanting, within a couple of days they arrived and she got me in quickly to have them put on. The men in the shop area were very polite.

Our RV got a flat tire on our way home from camping. We were over 250 miles from home. Our roadside assistance contacted a different company that left us stranded on the side of the road for 23 hours. The next morning, Stratham Tire was contacted. They arrived ahead of estimate, replaced our tire, replaced a defective valve stem and inflated our spare and checked our other tires for safety. Within an hour, we were ready to roll. Chris Moyse was so professional and really had our family's safety in the front of his mind. He even gave us a God Bless on his way out. I have recommended Stratham Tire to my family and friends, and if ever needed we won't hesitate to call them again. Thank you, Stratham Tire.

I shopped around. Was happy with strathams price. Got 4 new tires, alignment, and a little front end work and the end price was still lower than the 2nd best quote I received for just tires.

I called looking for a set of 4 new tires for my 2011 Subaru Forester. The phone was instantly picked up by an exceptionally friendly man (I'm ashamed to say I can't remember his name), and found me a set of Nankang SP-9's in under 5 minutes. Quoted me $479.00 for everything (including a full alignment). Very impressed with their prices and service!

I by default am pretty untrusting of vehicle repair places. The stratham tire in auburn has been excellent since the first time i came in. Very informative and incredibly helpful. Ive been very happy with the cost of work and them making sure you know why you do or do not need something done.Theyve definitely earned my trust.

Convenient location and decent turn around time. We have used them for years for oil changes and tires with no complaints. Lately we have noticed that the counter service could be better.

Last time I buy my tires there! They want your business for buying tires, but after that forget it. I was told they were not taking appointments for winter tire changeover until after Thanksgiving. I will definitely go someplace else!
