I had a fantastic experience with Nick Angello as well as Eric Mendoza at Rowe Auburn. Nick is extremely thorough and helpful. After weeks of stressful car searching with other dealers and going through loops with them I gave Rowe Auburn a call and from the first phone call I knew Nick was my guy! He wasn't agressive and pushy like the other's I was experiencing... especially when it came to financing, he knew I was going with my credit union for financing and he didn't try to force me into going through them and their lendersll, like the other dealers did. He showed me a few vehicles that were in the price range I was looking for via video mail and talked and walked me through the vehicles which was very helpful. The process was so smooth and fast.. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you again Rowe Auburn and especially Nick Angello. Truly appreciate you !

Zane Sanborn was my salesman and he was great. They gave me a better deal than the 4 other dealers I had gone too and litterally saved me thousands. Answered all my questions, also everyone I dealt with had a great personality and they all very easy to deal with.

Normally have had great service however simple ask from the quick service. Now time to get new tires and i called twice to ask about tires but sent to voice mail each time and no response to my voice mail. I ended up doing my tires elsewhere. They would schedule a tire change without having the tires.....seems odd. I have been happy with my purchase and my simple service but 3 years in and now I need more in my service and now i am struggling.

My wife and I just purchased a 2022 Kia Carnival EX. It was our first brand new vehicle, and we had no idea what the process would look like.Our sales consultant, Justin Erskine was very helpful, easy going, and approachable. Every team member we interacted with was super helpful and friendly. I had a phenomenal experience with Rowe Auburn. From the first phone call confirming availability to the last signature the process was smooth, quick, and personable. My sales rep Amanda was nothing short of stellar; I ll refer everyone I meet to her. Her smiles, kindness, and knowledge of the products inspired confidence in Rowe and in the process. I love my new Kia and thanks to the people I interacted with there, I ll be back for servicing too!

Service done to add mudguards and wheel locks to a vehicle I bought a week earlier. Service department rep was extremely nice, and set up the work order in a timely and efficient manner. Stated they would call me in waiting area when completed. Also offered a free car wash. All was completed in about an hour. Waiting room was clean and set up for socially distancing. Car ready in about an hour, and very clean. Completely satisfied with work completed.8/25/2021:. First scheduled maintenance completed today at Rowe Ford Hyundai Kia in Auburn, ME. Scheduled time was 3:00 pm, and my Telluride was taken in right away. Did complete check and all needed services performed as dictated by Kia standards. Waiting room was clean and able to social distance. Beverage and snacks supplied. Completely satisfied with service done and personnel. Scheduling another appointment to have special sill plates I ordered installed. Technician was not available this trip, but that is OK. I would rather wait then have someone not familiar with procedure perform the installation. Car returned clean as I had left it.11/17/2021:Took car in for oil and filter change plus their checks, as well as having sill plates changed. Fast and efficient check in, and given initial estimate of services. Techs checked the car out and found that air cleaner was dirty, which I knew would be. They suggested that I get the 15k mile work done and save an appointment I had in January for that. Rather than wait, they offered complimentary shuttle home. I was given quote of all work to be done. When completed, they arranged to have me shuttled back to dealership. Car was clean and service completed with fair cost. Very happy with services performed.4/6/2022- service needed to fix an issue with sound buffering insulation in front of driver door. Was told that it would take 1 to 1.5 hours to complete. Work was completed less than an hour. Dealership also noted that annual inspection was needed, and that was taken care of after they asked if I wanted it to be done. Very pleased with the way that they have treated me and taken care of my Telluride.05/17/2022 - 25k service done in under an hour. No surprises and reasonable price.

I had a wonderful afternoon buying my first car from a dealership. The salesperson who greeted me in the parking lot was at my side through it all. His respectful but 'real' demeanor and easy conversation without pitching a hard sale, inspired trust. I'd had a very negative experience at another dealership prior to this one and was not looking forward to the process. Very glad I stopped at Rowe Kia Auburn, where I met Agazy and other good people. Best customer service I can ask for!From the minute I got there, I was made to feel welcomed by the lady behind the desk. I was told it will take an hour, and was pleasantly surprised to get a text message in 40 minutes informing me that my car was ready. Since I have a Kia, they washed the car for me!Price compared to other places is very reasonable!I am a Rowe fan and will not buy or service my car else where!

Brought my soul in for a checkup before my vacation car ran fine but I wanted to be sure it was trip worthy. Told it needed minor repairs Was a day late and 200$ more than I was told. On my way home check engine light came on and car broke down (never had an issue with it before)Then I found out they didn't even complete 3 of the repairs I had been told would be done. Terrible. Terrible.Don't use this repair shop.Update: a week later and still no resolution to my vehicle. Everybody is real polite but my car is still not back to me. Was told they had to bring in a special mechanic to try and figure out the issue they caused. So far he hasn't been able to correct the problemAsked for a loaner and was told I couldn't leave the state.Now I'm going to miss my vacation to see my family for first time since pandemic and all the money I spent on reservations is non refundableI regret the day I took my car to Rowe Kia Auburn and you will too if u go here

Friendly and professional group of people at this dealership. My experience was stress free, and smooth. My car was ready, and I was done with the transaction in less than 30 minutes when I showed up for delivery. Ask for Destinee when you go in!

Went in for an oil change....had an appointment for 830 in the morning. I dropped off and was told by early afternoon it would be done....well it didn't get brought in till almost 5pm!...fast forward to the next morning and I notice a puddle of oil under my car. I checked oil level and it's way over filled. I look under the car and there's oil all over the filter area and appeared to be leaking. After calling they got my car back in. I was told that the oil filter may have been over tightened or could be defective. I then asked what about the oil being over filled? I couldn't be given an explanation but now that there was a new filter on oil came out and that it was fine now and that its good...I did get an apology but if I hadn't been observant then my car would have lost more oil leading to possible engine damage...so for a simple oil change appointment it took a whole day and then another morning to fix their mistake.....

If I could leave a 0 star I truly would. They are very unprofessional! I called ahead for two cars, made sure they were there. They said yes, I mentioned more then once I m coming from a hour away. I get there, they re already standing at the door.. I had a feeling it was going to go bad, nothing worse then hawk circling salesmen! Then to be told I can t test drive the one and they don t have the other. I expressed how I was extremely disappointed and upset, I wasted 2 hours of driving. If I knew that I would never have gone there. THEN when I left the sales women went to the front to gossip with the front desk and the stare at me from the front window. REAL PROFESSIONAL grow up and learn to train new hires properly. Not tell customers excuse after excuse and gossip. Never will see a dime of my money.

Yesterday, I went to Rowe Kia in Auburn and traded my Chevy Malibu for the 2021 Kia K5 and I absolutely love it! Not only that but I was helped by a wonderful salesman named Brian that made it all happen! He went above and beyond to make the purchase of the new vehicle hassle free and relaxing. Explained everything In detail and helped me understand everything from top to bottom. I would highly recommend anybody looking to get a new or used vehicle to check them out. They are amazing to say the least. Will most certainly be giving them my business in the future!

I have purchased many new vehicles and have always had the sales person review with me the car functions and safety features. This was not the case with my salesman.He assisted with setting up the UVO and that was it!! No review of where the car jack is located, spare tire (if there is one... idk) how to put rear seats up/down, NOTHING....Today s vehicles have a great deal of wonderful technology making it more and more important to review things with the customerI found the whole experience very disappointing and was really the icing on the cake after many other issues I encountered while trying to purchase this vehicle. I love my new car but would probably not return to Rowe Auburn.I do not complain easily. I work in customer service and know first hand how difficult it can be to please people. I was not a difficult customer despite all my frustrations. I share this experience in the spirit of helping you be aware so that you may you make some needed changes/improvements.

Mike was such a joy to work with. He went out of his way to give us the best experience choosing our new car! So happy we decided to buy at Rowe. Would highly recommend working with Mike and the rest of the staff here. We drove up from South Portland and will definitely be back.

This is our 4th vehicle buying through Rowe and each experience is better than the last. Greg and Agazi went above and beyond, treated us like family, and were honest and sincere from start to finish. I can t recommend them enough. Leah made the paperwork fast and efficient and had us out of there in a timely manner. Will always purchase our vehicles through this team.

The whole experience of buying a car was the best we've ever had! Michael, our salesperson, was very nice, personable and helpful. Everyone was very nice. This is our 3rd time going to Rowe and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I was incredibly furious with my experience, because it never should ve happened. There s no reason for so much confusion in this age of technology and communication. I scheduled an available appoint online on the web site. The website said it was available, a 3pm appointment that same day. A human being called and confirmed the appointment, she said what I needed was NOT a quick service line appointment, but then had me hold to see if the regular service line could fit me in. She confirmed they COULD, she told me I was all set and needed to speak with Nick or Chris upon arrival and sent me a confirmation email. I took off from work early (lost money from my pocket), drove from Portland to Auburn to take this same day appointment. I arrived and they said, not only didn t they have an appointment for me(!!!), that their mechanics leave at 4pm and there s no way they can look at my car in that amount of time. I have so many things to say about all of this. But first and foremost why offer 3pm appointments if your mechanics leave at 4pm!? Do your call center folks KNOW this? Seriously, figure this out. It is unacceptable to not have an appointment for someone when it has been confirmed in at least two different ways. No one has time for that, but it s also just incredibly unprofessional and would not allow me to trust anyone there with my car, if they can t even successfully book appointments.

Honestly the worst service I've ever experienced. Very poor communication. I called several times to check on the status of my car and was lucky to get a response. When I finally got ahold of someone I was told the car "should" be ready the next day but was not notified that it wasn't done until I called several times and texted an unhappy message. Then was informed it would be ready the next day and could get it then. I work a 9-5 job and live an hour away leaving me no way to get there before the service department closes. I was told I could pay my bill and pick up my car Saturday in the Quick Lane before 4pm. I had to pay for a ride to travel the hour to get there only to be told I'd have to come back Monday to get my car. I ask to speak to a manager or anyone that may be able to help me as I've made the arrangements to get my car and I can't leave without it. The Quick Lane employee was no help. I walked into the sales department where I explained what is going on and the manager there went to figure out what was happening. Somehow he was able to get my bill and keys and help me get my car but nobody else could So a big THANK YOU to Eric the sales Manager. I truly appreciate your efforts. Overall the experience has me not likely to return to Rowe Kia in Auburn. I understand all businesses are understaffed as I work in Healthcare and we've been understaffed for 2 years straight. There are other ways to communicate with customers. Simply having a secretary call me and tell me there has been a delay on my car would have been satisfactory for me.

This dealership exceeded expectations. Jamie was super helpful, he listened to what we wanted and didn't push us towards anything else. We had been trying to find a car for weeks and could not get financed. Other dealers were pushing us to get back into a car that we didn't want. Jamie and the finance manager took care of all the hard work and never once made us feel bad for our not so great credit. I really had began to doubt getting the suv we wanted and they made it happen for us. Customers for life. Thank you guys!

Kia Auburn: Amazing, the Saleman Justine Erskine, did a Marvelous job! The best service from beginning to end ever! And I have had great service from another dealership in Auburn Vinny Goulet from Emerson Chevy ! Vinny is awesome too!I have to say the job that Justin did was phenomenal! He went through every step of the entire process, smoothly with amazing attention to detail, he made sure we understood everything, he asked all the right questions and helped with making sure the financing of the car went smooth too!Considering that the supply chain and the shortage of vehicles : Justin kept us in the loop as to exactly when the car would arrive, rolled out the eared carpet treatment !I would highly reccomend if you are looking for a Ford, or a Kia : Rowe Ford Kia is the Cr�me of the Cr�me top of the dealership in Maine!!We will be back for another Kia: from Justin soon!

Buying cars is such a chore, nobody's going to get a five from me. I don't think any earthly power can make it a five-star experience....Helpful, people knew the ropes, didn't do a lot of arm-twisting. I had a specific vehicle in mind, and a specific lease situation, and that was respected. I walked on another dealer earlier the same day who was only interested in playing games. My dealer rep -- Brian Kelsey -- was class all the way.I'm there to lease a vehicle. They're there to make money. Everyone respected boundaries. That's a good thing.

The people of Rowe Kia in Auburn are very friendly. They explain the service and prices clearly. They let me know the results of the check ups and when the next service is due. Even the expected price so I can plan. I feel like my car and I are well cared for!

Very satisfied with the customer service I received, I would Recommend asking for Destinee if she is available,she helped me find a vehicle that suited my needs and I was able to get the vehicle the same day! She also made a few suggestions that helped the process along i.e. calling my bank/credit union to see how much I could put down as a deposit and possibly increase the limit so that was possible. Thank you Destinee now we have a nice family vehicle to enjoy. Will definitely consider Rowe Auburn for my vehicle needs in the future and will most likely recommend to others.

This is my 18 year old daughters car. She received an oil change. They let us know what will be needed at the next service appointment and found a thin spot on the tire that will needs repair.We loved the simple idea of a car wash so that when we picked it up it looked great!!

I had a problem with my 2014 Kia Soul stalling when it slowed down, stopped, or was left to idle. No other repair place could tell what the problem was. Row Kia Auburn was the only place that was able to diagnose the problem and fix my vehicle. Now my car runs as good as new. No more stalling. They are very friendly and have outstanding service. It took a couple of times but they finally found out what causing the problem in my engine. If I ever have any more problems I will go back to them. I recommend them for all your car needs, especially if you have a Kia. I love my Kia and I want it to run as long as possible. Their service was worth every penny I paid.

Not only did he give me the full run down of the cars I was looking at, he also took the time to get to know me a little bit personally as well. I was really pleased with my time spent here. I didn't have car salesman's all over me and being pushy. The man who helped me, Andrew Mokomobi, had a great attitude and was on top of it. When it came time to work on paperwork, the manager was not pushy with adding extra things onto the vehicle, he just explained what there was and let me decide without trying to influence me. As a first time car buyer, I feel like this has set the bar for any future purchases.
