Best car buying experience I've ever had!A huge shout out to Amanda and Cleve for their absolutely stellar assistance throughout the whole process!! They showed an unbelievable amount of customer service from the appointment making process, to driving off the lot! I was extremely anxious about needing to replace my old car, and it'd had been 10 years since I'd been in a dealership, so I wasn't sure what to expect. But I was blown away before I even stepped foot on the lot. The website helped a lot in sifting through the options to find exactly what I was looking for. Spoke with Amanda to set up a time to come in and check it out. She was an absolute pleasure to set up with, and even went above and beyond to assist me in a ride over (on her day off, WOW)!! I was able to see and test the car I'd been interested in, talk about a pleasant surprise! Cleve made the paperwork process of things an ease, and I was in and out of there with a car to my name in under 2 hours! He was even kind enough to assist me with a ride as well! True Customer Service MVP's! These guys really went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed as a Person and not just a sales ticket! It was the most down to earth, no run-of-the-mill experience all together. I appreciated being treated with genuine authenticity along the way, with each Rowe employee.The last month with this new car has been a surreal dream. Like a double rainbow after a storm scenario. Getting a newer truck was easy with all of the staff very friendly and helpful. Sale staff, sales manager and financial manager. This is normal with Rowe Ford and the reason I have been returning there for my vehicle purchase since 2003.

Somehow my window isn t rolling up regularly anymore. I tried to call to cancel but the job was allegedly already done by the time I called less than 15 minutes after initially agreeing at the rounded up price of $280, which changed to $330 after it was too late for reasons I still don t know because if you rounded UP and it was $280, why are you charging me an extra $50?It was an overflow hose, I asked for them not to do it less than 15 minutes later but of course it was already finished because it s literally a $15 part and a 5-10 job that anyone can do! From now on I am going to do my own work on my vehicle, I should have watched the YouTube video first before bringing it in. My father is never going to let me live this down.And I will forever think back to the time Rowe bent me over with no courtesy spit every single time I am replacing my anti-freeze overflow hose from this point on Thanks for the lesson in life. SmhEdit:Also, very unprofessional to have me call my own insurance company, I paid you $50 extra over the rounded up price you quoted me.The least you could have done was make the call yourselves. Even my insurance company said you re wrong for that.1/5 stars, and I wasn t even going to leave a review, just never return. And it would be 0 stars if possible. But since you had the audacity to send me a text asking for a review, this is the one you re getting.

Long story long, after several trips in and a repair that didn t fix the issue (granted it was an intermittent issue so I m cutting some slack, they finally figured out my wipers. Told me it was approved and that parts were ordered. I waited over a month and went in to check on status of the parts. I was advised that they had not been ordered. I was promised they were ordered and should be in within a week. I waited a couple of weeks and went in again. I was told that parts were in and scheduled an appointment to get the work done. I dropped my car off again to get the work done and got a call at the end of the day saying some parts not ordered so they would need my car overnight as the part(s) would not be in till the next day. My wife had to reschedule her car appointment and leave work early to pick up our child from daycare as a result. Then, the next day after I had reached out mid afternoon to check status, I got a call saying it was done but they could not get it back to me till after daycare closed and that they put wiper blades on that I had not requested (I did not end up getting charged for the blades as they are covered under my maintenance contract). I was Also required to pay another deductible to Ford even though nothing was fixed the first time. I m only giving 2 stars for the shop foreman being a great help. It would be 1 if not for that.

Hands down the best car buying experience I ve ever had. The team worked hard to get me into a car, went above and beyond for me and my family. Would definitely recommend anyone who needs a car to go here. Daniel Merrill was amazing, he was patient, and worked hard to ensure we got the best deal possible. He even went above and beyond for my kiddos, showing them cool stuff and asking them engaging questions so they didn t feel left out! Will definitely be buying all my future vehicles from here!

Service registration was quick, courteous, and professional. The appointment was on time. My only issue was, not all my options were presented. A less costly, by a couple of hundred dollars or so was not offered till manager came out and presented it in conversation about another aspect of job. By then parts had been ordered, and I was stuck with whole of bill. The work was done well and everything is good. So overall I am satisfied and will use them again.

I was very disappointed after my service when I found out that it cost almost $600 to replace 6 spark plugs and replace my coolant. I wish they would have provided me with a quote prior to getting the work done. This seemed very expensive

I was able to get into the vehicle I wanted with a great APR on no notice as my prior car fell apart on my way home. With the economy and my less than great credit score. A miracle was made for me.

Throughout our visits, he was courteous and helpful and always went out of his way to ensure that all of our questions were answered and that our needs and concerns were met. Cleves dedication to providing excellent customer service should be commended. Thank you Cleve.We also want to send a shout out to Jake Turner for assisting us with getting our vehicle repaired and working with the warranty company Zurich to get this repair covered. We purchased this used vehicle and within 30 days the transmission failed. Understanding that this was an unfortunate situation, Jake guided us with how to submit a claim and get the appropriate approvals in order to get transmission replaced. His expert guidance allowed us to feel comfortable knowing that this situation would be resolved and that he would be sure to make things right. Another local repair shop, after 2 attempts, was unable to perform an alignment on my Ford escape. So, reluctantly, I brought the car to the dealer - expecting to pay a lot more. The technicians at Rowe completed the alignment with no issues. I was treated with courtesy while waiting and the fee was 58% less than I had been quoted at the other shop. When I drove away, I was immediately aware of the improvement in the ride and handling of the car. Will I come back to Rowe? ABSOLUTELY %

Called me to set up a safety recall. Then called to confirm that I would show up to the scheduled appointment. Then DIDN'T have the part they called about. This happened TWICE! It's an hour drive to the dealership. They only apologized after doing this the second time and I told them I was annoyed. There seems to be no real level of accountability and not much attention to detail. They caused me to lose 2 days pay and offered no reimbursement or proactive apology. A day after the repair my drivers side window was malfunctioning. When I called to ask about it they made a point to tell me it was something I did and couldn't possibly be something on their end.

Slow to answer phones, and didn t return my call/vm, after they left a message about my inspection sticker needing renewal.Very nice in-person. Prices are high for repairs, but they did clean and lube my retractable skylight for $65.Apparently they don t answer the phone for my auto repair guy - he had to send his mechanic over twice in one day to get the parts needed to repair the axle seal. (Rowe quoted me $400+ to repair it and my mechanic was able to do it for under $300.Once when I went to pick up my vehicle at Rowe in Auburn, after a recall repair was completed, they gave me the wrong key fob! There s room for improvement!

Everyone was very friendly. We didn't feel pressured. We loved that Jaime was in flannel and jeans and not some suit and tie which made us feel comfortable. We told him what we wanted and he found us a better deal than we were searching for.

Have given lots of business. Went in looking for a car to fill familys needs made it clear what we needed. Found out car we bought isnt technically capable of doing what we need it to. Have left message after message about how to get a gap refund since we bought it through dealership not sure how it works no one has gotten back to me ever.

However, a different employee made me nervous when trying to convince me to buy extras (warranty, paint protect, seat protect) without time to think/research if I really wanted it. So I declined

The service at rome ford is generally pretty good. But I was just there last week and had to have a recall done on my vehicle. It took less than I would have to say. Maybe 30 minutes and I sat in the lounge for an hour and a 1/2 late. And and I had to go find my vehicle and get the keys so I could leave very unhappy about that.

Dan Merrill is such a great person! We had the best experience! I have bought/ leased 3 cars through Rowe and all were great experiences, but Dan stands out! He made us comfortable and made sure we had all the details to make the best decision. I would recommend Dan a million times if you want a great car buying experience without feeling pressured. The overall experience was fine. However thru out the day I found it difficult to communicate with anyone. At least three times I tried to call to check on the status of my vehicle. No answer and the voicemail was full. And then, even though I had paid for an extended warranty (bumper to bumper) I still had to pay for $200.00 for a repair to a leaky vacuum line which I assume they just cut back and reattached. I'm sure it was spelled out in the fine print of the warranty. However for such a simple repair and customer goodwill as a business owner myself I probably wouldn't have charged the customer.

The customer service was poor and they did not retain any records of why my vehicle was being seen. I had to follow up to see if the part came in order to schedule my appointment. Once my vehicle was brought in for service they failed to have all the parts needed and had to keep my vehicle overnight. The only nice thing that occurred was they picked up my vehicle and dropped off.
