Honestly some of the rudest people I ve ever met. Scheduled my complementary Hyundai maintenance which they wouldn t honor because the Westbrook location didn t claim my last complimentary service. Told the lady with long black hair that I d like to cancel my appointment so I could try and speak to the Westbrook location first and had my keys flung at me. The other customer service lady was berating the guy next to me who didn t realize he scheduled his vehicle for a drop off appointment instead of a waiting appointment. The ladies acted like he was the biggest inconvenience for saying he d wait anyway understanding it d take longer due to his mistake. Also despite the sign that says no appointments necessary you definitely need an appointment. Have always had great experiences at Rowe Westbrook and Bill Dodge definitely stay away from here.

The service on your vehicle is great...if you can ever get in. What is the purpose of a Quick Lane with a sign that says NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED next to the door if you HAVE to schedule an appointment to get an oil change. Twice I have gone in and been told it will be several hours or not possible...it s an oil change! You have a TRUE service department on the other side of the building. If you are doing big jobs in the Quick Lane then you are Not a Quick Lane. Both bags were open. No cars in them. Nobody in the waiting room but one other person. I ll have to find somewhere else to go I guess.

Went in for an oil change today. They claim to take walk-ins but they are never available to do a walk-in. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me.

Got my oil change at the quicklane in auburn Don Hawley was super funny and made me feel my car was in the best hands,thank you rowe

I got my truck serviced in the quicklane and Don Hawley was very helpful and knowledgeable about my truck and service I need In the future.
