Will never go here again. Oil change and tire rotation. Well, truck was ready and went out to leave. Noticed right off that the tires did not get rotated. Went back in to tell them. They pulled it back in to rotate tires. About half way home the air sensors went off. After rotating tires they never corrected the air pressure. (F350) 60psi in the front 80psi in the rear. So corrected that at home and while doing that noticed the chrome center caps scratched all to hell. These guys know how much it costs to replace 1 center cap? Why the hell would you lay it down on the chrome side anyway? Also no sticker to show when the next oil change it due. Would not recommend this location.

although it s never thrilling when you end up needing a bunch of work done after an inspection, jake and steve made the process of getting my vehicle up to par easy to understand and they both had an awesome sense of humor. everything was done in a matter of hours which was super cool. great vibes all around. i ll definitely be back to see them

The Staff were very friendly and accommodating! Mechanics were knowledgeable and helped me decide on bringing my car in for other service that was quoted by a specialist mechanic elsewhere for almost twice as much! Took great care with my car and quoted me future service at a very competitive rate! Will be doing future business for sure!

I started going to Pep boys after a bad experience at VIP tire. They fixed their mistakes free of charge. I've been going to Pep boys in auburn ever since. Always nice, helpful, they never try to up sell unnecessary services, and it's always quick. They've got a lifetime customer.

I called in and made an appointment for an oil change for the following day, and was told all was good for 3:00pm. I went in for the service as scheduled, but was asked if I would mind waiting a couple hours since they were backed up. I asked why and was told that there were several last minute seasonal tire changes lined up. Being puzzled how that could be, since I had an appointment, I asked for clarification if appointments were overbooked. The first response was to blame me for booking online. I explained that I called to book and ended up schedule service elsewhere where scheduled appointments are honored.This is not the first time that I have had trouble getting service at Pep Boys. The previous time, I did go online to schedule only to find out that no one had time to do the service (although the online site showed availability). It seems that the online service is broke and is creating chaos and confusion with this company. I do not recommend going to Pep Boys for any work!

Had a flat tire and I made appointment to replace both front tires. They tried to force me to buy all 4.On the counter next to the register was a notebook that had a checklist for the employees. At the bottom of that checklist in bold letters it said "This store must make budget every single day!" This isn't a business that's thriving. This is a business that's trying to get as much of your money as it can. You will not find deals here.Pep boys is done.Hopefully they can find jobs where they don't need to read or write.Edit: instead of a generic reply why don't you tell me why the tires in the photos required replacing? You are thieves. Plain and simple.

Went to Pep Boys because I had a screw in my tire, I was able to get it fixed right away, Blake was very efficient and accommodating. He is such a asset to the company. Thank you!

This location is very helpful and there are employees whom are friendly and nice. They do stock a ton of parts and accessories for your vehicle, as well as all of the fluids that you need. Also if you want to wash your vehicle they have a great selection to make your ride sparkle and shine! The tire service does include rotations and they have the ability to perform alignments. They stock a good selection of tires and have buy 3 get 1 free tire deals often. If they do not have your size or brand in stock they will order the tires that you want. They also can order new wheels for your ride as well. They offer vehicle servicing and maintenance from simple oil changes to more extensive maintenance. They will make appointments with you to have your service done as well so that you can arrive with confidence that your vehicle will get worked on when expected. Wether it be a new alternator, new tires, an oil change, some routine maintenance or even just some rain-x for your windshield and some new wipers to improve your vision in wet conditions, this location will try to help you get on your way and driving safely with your friends and family.

Inspection made easy to book and to have. I liked that I was informed in detail what is still good and what would I should inticipate to take care of in a near furture. I appreciated that there was no push for "little extras" to do on the car like some other shops do. Thank you!

Horrible. 3 hours to preform state inspection. Did not preform other services that were requested. Did not notify when vehicle was ready for pickup. I had to go in and personally check up on my car. That's when they realized they didn't notify me. Employees did not recognize any issue and were not helpful at all.

Steve was fantastic!I needed help changing my hub caps, and he went out of his way to help me. He changed them very quickly and efficiently.He was friendly, and genuine.Honestly I would definitely recommend coming here if you need tire services! I m really pleased.5 stars from me :)

It was fine overall. Unfortunately, the location was down one tech which significantly increased wait times. And I will need to go back to have my steering wheel angle adjusted after the alignment.

I would honestly give this place 0 stars I went I'm to have 4 snow tires put on my 2015 Subaru Sti it is lowered but they tried to put it on there alignment rack anyways and stove my rocker panels up and even damaged a couple of my wheels I am not to happy about it and will be reaching out to corporate it's hard to see in pics but I didn't get pics of rockers yet

Very happy with my experience at this Pep Boys. Alex was very helpful explaining different things to me in laymen s terms regarding my battery replacement, and I thought they were very helpful, courteous, and efficient in taking care me and mycar. I would recommend this place, and people around town typically recommend this place for their good service, which is why I came today.

I had an appointment for 2 PM and my car was not looked at until after 3 PM. If they had told me ahead of time they were delayed by an hour I could ve left and come back. Also, the ladies room appear not to have been cleaned in sometime. That said they did perform the service correctly and once they got going was done in an hour.

Ordered online , ordered wrong ones by mistake. At store they advised me of this got me the new tires and then told me.tbet couldn't honor my online discount which I think is unfair

Pep Boys staffs listen's to your concerns and plans with you the service that you need. They give honest guidance about other maintenance issues, like whether it can wait awhile or should be completed as soon as possible. Thank you.

Had a pleasant experience getting new tires. I purchased two used no-name tires from Facebook marketplace only for everyone to tell me I had to have the same tires for my AWD Subaru. I setup my appointment and when I got there, even though the used tires I brought looked pretty good in my opinion, they said they couldn't put them on because the wear was slightly over their limit for matching four tires. So they offered me Goodyear tires instead, but for the same price as the no-name tires. I was very impressed by the newer gentleman's level of customer service even though a customer was upset about his wait time.

Went here for a tire rotation and oil change. Made an appointment a few days out arrived 15 minutes before my appointment I ended up waiting around for 2 over hours because they scheduled my appointment for during the only person who does oil changes lunch break. The oil guy decided to take an unannounced extra long lunch break when they finally took my car in it was with them for about 10 minutes. They clearly didnt rotate the tires as I have a slow leak in one and I still have the same slow leak on the same position. They had no problem charging me for it though. You are better off going anywheres else.
