Gotta give this location a 5 stars, from the woman who got the part exchanged due to manufacture warranty to the guys who gave some solid advice about fuel saving and making it about the customer. If I had a better memory I could name them those 4. One of the big reasons to shop and get quality from them.

Don't waste your time with these locations. I called the auburn location for a set of brake pads. Auburn location said they had them on stock. When I got there 30 minutes later they said they did not have them in stock but the Lewiston location on Lisbon street had them so I went over to Lewiston to get the brake pads. I got to Lewiston and I also needed a brake sensor wire. The Lewiston location on Lisbon street said they didn't have it in stock but the other orielly's location on sabattus street had the brake sensor wire in stock. So I go up to the sabattus street location and they could not find the brake sensor wire in their store. I was told by the assistant manager at the sabattus street location that they have 2 in stock but cannot find them then he suggested that I go to their Portland location to get the brake sensor wire. Why would I drive all the way out to Portland from Lewiston to get this part if your inventory is not correct.

Friendly and willing to help. I've been purchasing from their many locations for the past 4 years or so. I find it nice that there's choices for economy parts and top grade. All with no hassle warranties.

Went in for an inspection sticker and was very pleased with the service. I had an appointment for 3pm and there was no wait time. The waiting area and the shop were also very clean. I will be taking my vehicles here for now on.

My husband and I swear by these excellent people. They re great at what they do and they are compassionate. They care about their customers and going the extra mile. They re genuine, hard working folks and I highly recommend them to everyone.
