(Way over priced) I bought a Napa oil filter #7792 $59.00 it was defective so I bought a Cat filter instead at peterbilt $43.00 won t be buying from Napa anymore unless I absolutely have too

Napa always has the parts you need or they will get them for you. I do miss the Napa Jobber they used to give out back in the day, however times have changed. lolParts here are going to cost you more than other competitors brick and mortar stores but the quality and the parts person helping you usually makes up for it. On the other hand if you have time to forecast what you need and order the parts online your going to save yourself about 50% from what Napa is going to going to charge you for the same part. Napa has made a profit center from sourcing a part ( just like you can nowadays ) from a supplier or supply house, and marking it up 100% then selling it to you at what that call a bargain. Now if your a preferred customer or have a dealer or shop account they will give you small price breaks so you can again mark that part up another 100% and gouge the customer that dared not know how to find the part themselves and lacked the know how to install it properly without the aid of a mechanic that may or may not actually be diagnosing and repairing your vehicles issue properly, or just guessing and replacing parts one at a time until they finally fix the problem all the while at your expense ( that s what makes up the difference between parts changers and actual mechanics).With all that being said . Napa is basically just another parts store that is selling the same stuff as every other parts store but more Bougee, with an added expense. They used to be somewhat innovative and spent time and money doing R&D ( research and development) of commonly failed parts, develop workarounds and then bring them to market as a proprietary item but as of late that has fizzled much like the Napa Jobber had. If you have to time and patience to stroke a few keys and look at a screen ( just like the parts person behind the counter is doing while your talking to him or her) then you too can find the same part for quite a bit less. Yes, you would have to be somewhat knowledgeable of the parts and repair game to know who s who and what s what as far as quality and longevity for parts but anyone with a mechanical aptitude of a couple years can out perform and come in much lower on the bottom line of your profit and loss spreadsheet at the end of the day when all is said and done. I give Napa 4 stars for their know how and there stores availability of parts , The free delivery of parts to shops that install their parts.They could have earned five stars if Napa gave back in the form of customer appreciation or showed more support for the community like hosting car washes for local school sport teams or civic organizations or collected toys for tots or really anything that shows they wanted to be a part of the community that provided for them. ( other than the few N95 masks they donated during the pandemic /// I personally donated almost 1000 N95 masks myself to local health care workers in my community during the pandemic and I don t own a multi million dollar company/// and a very large amount of sterile gloves which I was impressed with //// correct me if I m wrong and they already do more than that, please)

I ordered a blinker lens for my wife's car. I received it pretty quick. I then ordered same part for the other side. The part was more expensive. I was not told of the higher price when I ordered it. Team associates Lisa and assistant manager Jeff said tough luck, absolutely not willing to work something out. You would think since they had me ride here from Turner twice, they would work something out. It's o.k I will get the part somewhere else even if it is more expensive...... so long Napa !!!

Quality parts and a knowledgeable staff equals getting the right part the first time. They always treat you right and are helpful in making sure you have everything you need for the job at hand. Great management team and parts specialists. The number of stores in the Coastal network means they can usually get you just about anything and quickly at that.

This place is usually the most expensive and the quality does not justify it. They underwent a complete staff change a few years ago and the service, quality, and knowledgeability has defiantly decreased, which was my only reason for setting foot in the overpriced establishment. I work on my own vehicles and the couple of times I went in; when I explained what I needed the guy had to get a manager to help after he struggled with the computer while a line grew behind me. Like I said above the only reason I dealt with there higher than everyone else's prices, was because of the helpful staff but that's not even a thing anymore. I rarely come here now....its unfortunate they got greedy and hired less than knowledgeable people for a low price.

I highly recommemd always the best parts eberyone there is highly knowledgable. I went in today to purchase wiper blades for my 2014 silverado lt i wasnt quite sure how they went on the guy that sold me them was more than willimg to come putside im the middle of qinter and put them on my truck. Thank you all again i highly recommend

See Glen in the Paint Dept. for all your color matching paint for your project...He knows what he's doing...He did a great job matching the interior paint color on my 2008 Ford Explorer and the exterior color of my 1984 Corvette...He goes out of his way to make it right to make his customers happy...

Went today, got what I needed, trucks fixed and I got asked if I'm a triple AAA member, which I am and got 20% off. Normally TripleAAA, gives 10% but this month there's a promotional going on, yahoo!
