Will not buy here again. Will not buy a Nissan again. We have had ongoing issues with water leaking in through the back hatch of our Rogue after Nissan Auburn fixed it after our backup camera stopped working. They have attempted to repair the issue while it s in warranty. It s still leaking and we are now out of warranty. Haven t heard back from them. We will contacting Nissan directly and inform them of our experience. We purchased this car brand new from this dealership.

Our sales associate Dave Lovering was great, he found us a car we loved and worked with us to get a great price. Although we had a very unusual situation where it ended up getting stolen from the dealership over night, Dave kept his composure (under a very stressful situation for all of the employees) and eased our minds by finding another vehicle we love even more.Sarah also helped us through the process and she is just wonderful. Her demeanor is very warm and personable and she made the purchasing process very easy for us.

I swore i would never buy from lee again after dealing with topsham Nissan but i kinda shopped around and they had the suv i wanted so i brought in a deal that was already a good one from another dealer and i figured id give them a shot at beating it and winning me back as a customer. I had Paul as my salesman who was really nice even after throwing a already good deal at him and saying beat this lol he and his finance guy worked for a little bit but they made it happen for the payment i wanted. i would of left 5 stars but its only been a few days if there services are just as good ill adjust it .

Lee Nissan in Auburn, Me is the best. They make you feel great. Salesman Mark Bossie was great! Asked what we was looking for. Never discouraged us from what we told him we was looking for. Had us try out a couple of models. The finance person made you feel right a home. It was an all around great experience.

The salesman, Dave, was really nice and professional. He made the car buying experience much less painful. So did the other staff. I recommend Lee Nissan for anyone interested in a new car without pain.

I went in on a whim to get some help. The service employee was very helpful, offering to help get me squared away with my car, and even when it looked like it was going to take more than the 5-10 minutes it should have taken he was quick to get my car in with a mechanic and even addressed a recall item that he found.

Friendly, Fast, Efficient. Dropped my car off for service and it was ready well before I thought it would be. The courtesy van driver was also very friendly and arrived for my ride to and from Lee in a very timely manner.

Completely inaccurate assessment of my car. I had the brakes changed 7,500 before my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and they said they were all bad and needed to be replaced as well as trying to scam me out of $515.75 for a new oil pan because they said it was leaking, which I inspected and it wasn't. My 2019 Murano only has 42,300 miles on it. They are professional liars and prey on the ignorant. Absolutely shameful crew, I'll never return.

I did my research, so I knew what i wanted. I walked in and met the sales managers who directed me to a sales agent. The process was explained each step along the way and I left the same day with my car. The day I went was a snow storm day and I called ahead and the team had some options cleaned off and ready for me to test drive.

We had a pleasant experience looking for a good used Highlander hybrid SUV. Both models in stock were clean and well maintained. Gage the salesman and Scott, sales manager, we're friendly and welcoming. All our questions were patiently answered and they allowed us plenty of time for test driving. The shop quickly cleaned a stain on a seat of the model we chose. The finance manager was friendly and relaxed, gave us good advice on the financing. We got a fair deal with a positive experience. The salesman I worked with was great, but unfortunately their offer for my vehicle was $1,500 less than I had received anywhere else. That doesn t seem like a huge number, but when it comes to payments it will certainly make a difference.

This was the worst auto experience ever. I have leased or purchased over fifty vehicles and this was the worst experience ever. Process took almost five hours, no test ride,,no explanation of anything, no thankyou and on top of it all the vehicle itself sucks, loud, hot, uncomfortable, just not good, wish I could bring it back, last Nissan and last LEE for me.

I ll start by saying the sales process for trading in my car for a used truck seemed at first to go smooth. Would give it Five stars at the start Now after countless issues and repairs needing to be done because parts were not checked over I m at the point of 1 star. They sold a used truck with pads that didn t pass a sticker (but stickers it), and a caliper that was sticking so badly that made it almost undriveable at times. There was also hidden damage that was down past the primer which mysteriously started rusting again months later (I ll give them the benefit of a doubt that they didn t remove the rust prior to me buying the car). All I saw was wearing on the part that looked still at the paint but it soon started to rust. This undisclosed damage I ve had to jump through hoops and mangers that left the company not long after to try and fix it with no resolution in sight at the point that I m going to just fix it myself.If you buy a used car here bring it somewhere first and don t sign the paperwork until after it s fixed. My mistake and I won t let it happen again, because I ll be bringing my business elsewhere.Also the extra service plan they sell you when buying a car isn t as good as it seems when they only do half the services they are supposed to do but probably charge full value. Plus you gotta pull teeth to get someone from their scheduling department to even answer the phone to schedule just an oil change. Went almost a week being told I d get a call back because they were on the phone with another guest.

On vacation and my 10 year old car broke down on the highway and I had it towed to the dealership. Dealt with Ross and Shane - two individuals who could not have been more kind and helpful to get the car fixed and back on the road. Thank you guys for helping me when I really needed it.
