I've been buying ram trucks for the last 30 years and never have I had a dealership stay past closing to help a customer get in the vehicle they wanted. Your sales staff, finance staff and your warranty staff went beyond what I've ever experienced. I'm not an easy sale. But your personal showed why everyone should purchase from your dealership. I was welcomed from the minute I got there and greeted with an amazing experience. The salesman was very informative and caring, so much so that when I left I knew I had to come right back and purchase my new vehicle. It was an absolute pleasure working with your staff. They all stayed 2 hours past closing just to help me be able to drive my new truck home that night. You just don't see that kind of customer service in today's world. I just can't say enough about your staff.. absolutely top of the line people. Thank you for such an amazing experience. Wish I could give them all a raise..

I've bought 2 Jeeps from Lee in Auburn, and I do all my services with them. The staff is kind and professional. Have all experiences been perfect? No Not exactly. But I worked in dealerships for 14 years so I understand that perfection doesn't exist. The best you can ask for are employees who care, which this place definitely has. Oh and the new updated showroom & service area is gorgeous! I'll certainly be using this dealership for the foreseeable future and I recommend them to anyone looking for a great sales and/or service experience.

The service is excellent, and very friendly, helpful people. They explain everything to you and will work with you no matter your needs. I know that when I bring my vehicle to them, they will take care of it and all that is needed. Thank you for all that you do! I recommend them highly!

Um so if I would have reviewed Lee a couple of days after I bought my car I would have given it a 5 but after 2 months I think I ll be going back to Rowes in the future. This is my second time going to Lee and neither time have I been impressed. I left after getting my Jeep excited about my new car. Not feeling like I got any kind of deal, actually feeling like I spent more money then I should for a year old car but I was in a tight situation and needed a car asap. My experience was decent but since leaving with the car have dealt with a dead battery and master switch I get it things happen. Lee took car of it but when I brought up that the first time the sun hit the Windshield I noticed that the drivers side was completely scratched up (buying and driving away was mostly cloudy or dark) it became a back and forth with scheduling, service and sales. Eventually it went in to see if it could be buffed out, which they said no and that I would need to contact sales again to see what they would do for me . Was blown away that sales and services are in the same building and I have to do the foot work for a damage that was on the car when I bought it. I gave up and will pay out of pocket to get it fixed else were this summer but needless to say this experience hasn t been great as I will almost always just rate decent and not say anything. The only reason I m giving a 3 star is because I enjoyed your service team as people and they quickly took care of my failing driver door electronics.

With the purchase of our 3rd vehicle from Lee Jeep in 3yrs, things went smooth until 5 days after the purchase I was called by the finance associate who asked me to stop by and re-sign a new sales contract that raised my monthly payment from what we agreed on. He admitted it was a miscommunication between Lee employees and I would have to pay for it. Be careful with buying from Lee. I doubt I ll be in their commercial with this story.

I brought my vehicle here for service per the recommendation of a mechanic I know. He said the issue required a technician at a dealership. Basically a Master mechanic. Boy was he right. I bought my vehicle from Lee, so it's the Dealership I took it to be repaired. They had the grueling task of diagnosing my beast. They tried a few things before finding out what the problem was. It wasn't a straight forward. It turned out to be a wiring issue. Ugh. That can be very time consuming and a major expense. Kudos to the Technician that found the problem and repaired it!! You're amazing! It took a while to get my vehicle back due to the complexity of the issue but they more than made up for that. They got me a rental so I would have transportation. They definitely made it right. Everyone here is professional and courteous. I mostly talked to Jordan in the front office. He's awesome! He has a calming demeanor which helps given the type of the business. Thank you Lee for getting my wheels back to me! It's running great now! I definitely recommend Lee for Sales and Service.

Alan Sias is a top notch salesman. From start to finish the experience was well executed. Even when we ran into my husbands credit files being frozen from the 2017 Equifax breach. He helped him with getting them unlocked despite the account information having long since been forgotten on our end. I would highly recommend car shoppers at Lee to see Alan for his assistance with the process. By the time we were finished it felt like we had known him for years. The next time we are in need of a new vehicle we will definitely be visiting with him at Lee

Was looking for a Wrangler for a while and got a call from the new Lee Jeep in Auburn Maine. I went in and after a good negotiation with Cam and Sean closed the deal. A couple of my friends also got good deals from them.! Great place to do business. Will go back again next time. Thanks guys !!!

Not the greatest experience. Was given a February 8th appointment. When I arrived I wasn t on the schedule even though I had your business card with the date and time written down. Then I get a text asking to confirm my appointment for February 9th. I requested an oil change, tire rotation, battery test, rear brake pad inspection, serpentine belt inspection. I got an oil change and tire rotation. I brought my vehicle to you figuring you work on Jeeps every day. Not sure what I will do next time I need an oil change.

I was so very impressed with the concern shown me by Bill, whom I found out later is one of the owners!! He went above and beyond customer service!!! And I was very impressed with John and John!! Tall John walked me to my vehicle after it was done!! My whole experience was amazing!!!

Came in for an oil change.Asked them to check tires and also asked about a surge I feel after stopping them going. They only did the oil change.Being petty, but usually when you get an oil change they top off fluids like windshield wiper and that didn't happen. They were fast though and nice.

I had fantastic service from both Lee Collision in Auburn and Lee Toyota in Topsham. The staff wassuper friendly and did everything possible to make my extended time without my car easier. Tim, Angel and Brendan fantastic paint job! Thanks for the care to detail. Misty in Topsham was right on top of giving me a loaner with a smile! Thank you Lee!

Had them evaluate my vehicle, learned it's going to cost $92??.00 to fix.I have a lifetime warranty which I was told I have to go to Bill Dodge to fix according to the warranty. Called Bill Dodge and they said they can release it to Lee to fix since I live in Auburn. I said great! I called Monday just before close so was told that they would have the gentleman call me Tuesday, called back Thursday because no one called and was told it would be passed onto the service manager and he or a member of his team would call me back. Today is Saturday night and still no call. If you don't want the business say so! I'll be happy to give my money somewhere else!

They have always been so nice through any problems I ve ever had. My vehicle had to be brought to Auburn for further investigation of my problem. Which they brought it there for me and provided a rental. My vehicles transmission needed an update and to be flashed, it was around the holidays so they were too short staffed to bring my vehicle back until Monday. They extended the time I had with the rental just to make sure I d have a vehicle to use. After they brought my vehicle back to my local Lee, I picked it up and it has been driving much better since. Every person I ve talked to has been super nice and accommodating.

Started using Lee Nissan in Auburn for service and have a great experience so far. The team is communicative, flexible, and very pleasant to work with. The only downside is there is no loaner program, but I ve been told there s a local shuttle service during Lee s hours. This is difficult with my particular work schedule, but the positive service experience is worth returning for.

I had a slow leak on my PF tire, and the service dept at Lee Nissan checked the tire, saw nothing that could have punctured it and said that the rims may be the issueThey changed the tire and also the other front tire so they'll be balanced; and they let me know that the tires were both pretty warn.I am totally satisfied with the service they provided.

Needed a sticker as well as oil change and tire rotation. Got me in quickly- next day. I waited and was out the door within an hour of checking in. Stagg was friendly and efficient no mess left in vehicle. Did great as always and will continue to bring vehicle to them.

Showed up for app for what I thought would be a $160 repair of an issue. I was having with my gas tank not accepting fuel... Told later that it would actually cost $1500.... because the entire fuel tank needed to be replaced.... later I was told the actually price would be $1,800 but they had a tank in stock after sitting for 3 hours I was told that they didn't actually have the right tank and that I would need to come back for the repair... when I complained about the price of the work that needed to be done I was told because it was a bulletin it wasn't covered under warranty I was told I was welcome to call Chrysler and complain and he actually gave me the phone number but wasn't willing to work with me on reducing costs so after wasting a day of work to make this appointment I was left with nothing done in 3 hours of sitting
