Tiana was so helpful and so sweet when we traded our Venza lease and got into our new 2024 rav4 hybrid! She helped us get to our payment we wanted and made everything so easy. One of the best car buying experiences we ve ever had!

Had a great experience with Luke Sterling....very personable, no pressure, and very knowledgeable about the cars. After I purchased the RAV4, he sat in the car with me for over 30 minutes, showing me how to set up my phone with the car computer and explaining all the bells and whistles. I would recommend him to someone headed to Emerson to buy a Toyota. Also had a great experience with Mary, going over all the paperwork involved with buying a car. She definitely makes it easier to navigate the paperwork involved and she is very personable and professional. Not the first Toyota we have bought at Emerson and probably won't be the last one either. Thank you.

I travel for work and have had oil changes done all over the country - this was, hands down, the best experience I ve had. I called and got an appointment within a week of calling, was in and out quickly, and no one tried to sell me unnecessary additional services. Price was great and I was on my way. You won t be disappointed here.

Josh P worked hard to find us the perfect Grand Highlander! Searching through inventory at Emerson and throughout Toyota locations, his efforts were much appreciated. He kept us well-informed throughout shipping, and was very customer-oriented. Caroline did great going over the financial aspects and answering any questions we had. The dealership itself is family friendly, with an area set up to help keep kids entertained. Overall a greay experience!

I had a great experience buying at Emerson. I went on my own, without my husband, I was treated with kindness and respect. No pressure sales! I was never treated like a "stupid woman" the way some other car dealers did. I absolutely love my 4-runner! Thank you for such a great car buying experience. I highly recommend Emerson over any Toyota dealer in Southern Maine. It DOES matter WHERE you buy!

I recently (end of January) purchases a brand new Toyota 4Runner at Emmeraon Toyota. Our sales rep was Josh P. Who was fabulous. He was not high pressure, or pushy. He was honest with what he new about the car and what he had to ask about. On top of this we didn't get there til after work (around 5) and didn't get out the door until almost 8 and Josh(and finance and the used car guys) all stayed until then. Emerson was helpful and accommodating where other semi-local Toyota dealerships were not. I love this vehicle and Emerson.

Emerson Toyota staff were 100% welcoming and friendly. From the moment I looked online, reached out to them about a vehicle, and showed up to check it in person, they were flexible and incredible. This my first time buying a vehicle and I will never go else where. They made me feel like family and didn't push anything on me. My sales person (Joshua) and check in multiple times to ensure I have no questions and had me leaving there in 100% confidence in my decision. I am officially and forever a Toyota member.

This was my first experience with Toyota and it was great! Joshua was knowledgeable, friendly and didn t pressure me to purchase. He got the best deal for me along with the best trade in option. I am very happy with my RAV4 and would recommend Emerson to anyone! Mary in finance also got great numbers for me and their whole team is awesome! Highly recommend!

Mike at Emerson was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me, he made buying a new car extremely enjoyable and seamless and I was in and out of there in a couple of hours.. it was a great experience. I love my new car and when I decide to upgrade I will definitely go back to Emerson and ask for Mike.

Emerson is not in my immediate area, but I decided to stop by and check them out. And I'm very glad I did. I checked out the local dealers as well, but went right back to Emerson. They were far more interested in meeting my needs, less in just pushing their inventory on me. Three thumbs up!

Tammy is exceptional at listening to her customer and goes above and beyond to make your dream come true. Mary is a real gem, and makes the financing portion comfortable and honest. The entire crew is always friendly and welcoming, I look forward to future business with the Emerson Team.

Your salesman's were excellent. Your service department I had a bad experience with coming out the gate. Because they scratched my truck and then let the front door pockets get filled with water. But they buffed up the scratches and they installed rain guards for me. So I give you guys four stars. Your salesman's went above and beyond to help me and I thank you for that.

From start to finish, (other than the length of time to get our new GHL, which had nothing to do with the dealership), it was a pleasure dealing with Dan G at Emerson. He is always on top of things, has the answers or gets the answers. The rest of the staff is also friendly, pleasant and very helpful

I have purchased Toyotas for over 20 years from three dealerships, including Emerson. Emerson is by far more knowledgable about the various vehicles, prompt when an appointment is made for service, and no salesman pressure when looking for a new vehicle that would meet my needs. I would highly recommend this Toyota dealership if looking for a vehicle.

Having located a car in their lot over the internet, we contacted them and drove down the next morning. They could not have been more accommodating and did all that was needed so we could drive away that day with the car and avoid a 250 mile round trip to pick it up. The atmosphere was consistently relaxed and positive. We actually enjoyed the entire transaction. I would definitely give this agency a five star rating

I saw Emerson Toyota s internet special for a RAV4 xle. I spoke to John and tried it out. John was easy to work with and no pressure. Nick allowed what I was looking for in a trade. I negotiated a little and happy with the outcome. Mary, finance department, was very pleasant and took her time explaining everything. I chose to pick up the RAV4 the next morning. The car was already and parked in front waiting for me. John came right out. He was exceptional in explaining everything about the car and CarPlay. He s very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with Emerson and happy to be at their dealership.

Such an easy process! I bought a used Jeep and it was so clean when I drove off, it looked brand new! I got a really good offer for my trade in and Tiana made this process so easy! I purchased a new Grand Highlander from Tiana Stevens in December of 2023. It was the easiest new car purchase I ve made. Tiana was excellent to work with and she was able to get me what I needed for my trade. She made the process painless and quick and I really appreciate how transparent Emerson was with pricing and didn t sneak in any hidden fees or markups. Overall great experience and I highly recommend Tiana at Emerson Toyota.

She took the time to show me everything on my new Rav4 that I didn' t know how to connect. She called me the next week to see how things were going! So nice to hear from her. When you want to feel like you re at home, choose Emerson Toyota. They seem to still do business the old fashioned way and actually care about your interests. It s a nice feeling in today s world where no one seems to care. I only buy my trucks there.Check them out!

I visited my local Toyota dealer and inquired about a new Tacoma. They were offering $2000 off of MSRP. When valuing my trade this dealer used instant cash offer . Well that number is not even close to trade-in value . Sometime before that I had inquired about a Tacoma online at Emerson (though they were about 2 hours from my home) and Nick Q contacted me to see if I was still interested. I told him of my recent dealership experience and he assured me that Emerson offers true trade value. He also said he would check with the GM to see if they could honor the $2000 discount. Needless to say they did and paid KBB trade value. I bought the truck the day I went to see them. Nick Q, Nick E, Tammy, Caroline, Bruce and Mary were all an absolute joy to deal with. I would highly recommend Emerson Toyota for your car purchase. Personal thank you to all of you at Emerson Toyota!
