These guys gave me a great deal and a beautiful truck! Very pleased with my experience in purchasing my 2021 Chevy trail boss from the salesman to the guys in the garage to the front desk. This truck is awesome! I told my salesman I live to hunt and fish and travel deep in the North Maine Woods and he hooked me up! After owning this truck for the first year I m so happy with it I can t put it into words. I love the heated steering wheel and seats, and also being able to start my truck from my phone! I work shift work so living here In Maine it s perfect. Will definitely be doing business again when it s time to upgrade my wifes rig! Thank you Emerson Chevy! 10/10!

I went to the service department 2 times now. They first did an oil change and tire rotation, the second they put on a new side mirror for me. Every time I have been getting excellent service. From purchasing my car to getting it fixed and maintenance on it no complaints.

Smooth and easy purchase! Josh was a great salesman, not pushy at all. Went in and told him what I was looking for in a certain payment range and he got me right where I needed to be and in a vehicle I wanted to be in. Will absolutely recommend him!!!!

A few issues occurred on this visit. Oil was left on top of engine after oil change. I had to clean it. I have photos of how it was left, sloppy. They wanted to charge $130.00 to charge the engine air filter. I ended up doing this myself in 10 minutes (after cleaning up the oil mess) with air filter from a local auto parts store for $40.00. The vehicle didn t pass inspection, which I was charged for, due to worn tires. The wear on the tires was on the inside edge of all four tires. The tires were purchased at Emerson in July 22. They were properly inflated and rotated by Emerson at each visit. When the tires were purchased a suspension component was replaced and the vehicle was aligned by Emerson. The tires have around 30,000 miles on them. When we asked about warranty on the tires, we were told there isn t one. We were handed a quote for replacement tires, the same make and model on the vehicle. The product description on the new tires advertise a 62,000 mile warranty. I contacted th service department Emerson 12/14 this morning regarding this issue. I described the situation to a service representative. He said the inspection is non refundable and that I would have to speak to the service manager, who wasn t in the building. I called later asking for the service manager, was told he wasn t in. I left a voicemail describing the issues I have and didn t receive a call back by close of business 12/14. I am at this point very hesitant of doing further business with the service department. This may impact future dealings with Emerson for replacement vehicles. I own three Chevrolet vehicles and drive a fourth company vehicle that is a Chevrolet.

After being brushed off by the service department for over a week, we paid to tow the truck from Emerson to a private shop and repairs were made within 24 hours. They originally charged us $330 but refunded $100 after I complained. We definitely will not be returning to purchase or service any more trucks.

Cory was amazing to work with. My wife and I visited Emerson Chevrolet in October and he helped us test drive both a Traverse and then a Blazer. Cory went through our options with both of our cars and was super helpful. He was not pushy with us AT ALL. Once we decided on a Blazer, we texted Cory about our options. Both of the Blazers we were looking at were "in transit" and not yet at Emerson. Our first choice was already picked by someone else, so we put our name on our second choice and was told it would be in in a few weeks. Cory was very communicative with us the entire process. On the date our Blazer was supposed to come in, Cory texted us to let us know that our first choice Blazer was actually available and had arrived at Emerson. We drove up that day and he helped us with the entire process of trading in my car, finances, insurance, etc. We left that same day with our first choice Blazer!! Cory and Emerson Chevrolet made our process of buying a car extremely easy.

Cory Camire went over and above to get my father into the right lease for him. He spent weeks dealing with me, going back and forth, never getting annoyed or frustrated at all. He stuck with us through the whole process making us feel completely comfortable, and never rushed. He is just the kindest man, and a true asset to Emerson Chevy.

When we started looking for a new car, we felt quite overwhelmed. It had been a number of years since purchasing a vehicle. The sales person, Jeff, went the extra mile finding us the right car. And, the dealership gave us a good price. The lady in business office helped us secure the financing, she was friendly, reassuring, making sure to get us the best loan rate possible. Everyone was awesome & we love our new car.

Emerson's gets my highest vote I have sent several of my friends to them and this is now the only place that I will buy a car from not only do they have my best interest at heart their sales guy Mark Barrett is phenomenal he even sent me a birthday card not a touch I would have expected from a car dealership it's the little things that matter not only to me but to them as well very grateful to have found them and look forward to many years of business with them

Getting ready to go to Florida. SO went to your establishment to get oil change and inspection. Your service manager said I needed tires. Gave me a price so I said go ahead and put them on. He said he would have to schedule another appointment I said ok he said he couldn't get me in till the end of October that is about 5 weeks from my scheduled appointment. I told him that I was leaving for Florida Oct 8th. And he said that he couldn't do it. So I left and went to another chevy dealership and they said that they could get me in in 3 days and the tires were almost 200.00 dollars cheaper. So I probably won't ever go back to your business. Thank you for your great service. It saved me money......

Cory made the vehicle selection process simple, and I felt like he knew me and what I wanted almost better than I knew myself. Initially went looking for a used vehicle but he made it clear to me that a new vehicle with incentives, rebates and my trade in actually made more sense, and found me a beautiful 2023 Silverado that I took home just a few hours later. Very good experience, and never felt pressured at all. Cory is a pleasure to work with.

I loved the convenience of just being able to send pictures and VIN# via text. Saves a lot of time in the customers end. I came back to your establishment because you gave my daughter such a great experience! It was like you all teamed up together to help her out and get her in the right vehicle. Fantastic service. I also appreciate how the salesman brings the customer in to the finance gals for the application process and they let you know as offers come in. I always despised car shopping because of all the behind the scenes dealing and low balling your trade in. You guys were right out front with offering me a fair amount for my trade. It was an all around great experience! Thank you! Would love an Emerson decal if you have one when my car comes back to be cleaned. Thank you so much! After researching many automobiles online, I wanted to see a couple of vehicles at this Dealership in person. The salesman was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time with us answering all our questions. After spending much time at Emerson Dealership, we were very happy with our decision to purchase our 2020 Buick Envision. They provided a reasonable offer on our used truck which sealed the deal. A fast conclusion with ready paperwork and we were able to drive away in our new car! Thank you for a painless transaction, Emerson!!!

Really appreciated that they got me in when I was experiencing air loss in one tire. It turned out I had driven over a screw. They repaired the tire and it has been fine. The service was polite, fast, and reasonably priced. Thanks guys!

Sales seemed great. The service department is a joke, they have wasted large amounts of my time with lack of communication and are consistently unavailable for weeks when I am experiencing issues with my 2018 CFPO Silverado which I purchased there. Most recently, I went in today with an engine knock that is very concerning and in my opinion sounds like it should not be operated. I was told that they cannot do anything at all for 3 weeks, bottom line. They then advised me to continue to drive the vehicle rather than suggest I bring it to a different Chevrolet service department which is more available. I wonder how Chevrolet would feel knowing I may blow up my warranteed engine based on their advice when they could have just sent me to another dealership. Don't waste your time, just go give your money to someone who will give you the time of day.

I recently took my Silverado to Emerson Chevrolet for service for the first time. They were great! The service was done right, the staff was customer focused and the cost was less than that of service at the very reputable Chevy dealer from another town where I purchased the truck. I m very satisfied and will use them again.
