We bought a car from them 2 years ago. It was a 2012 Hyundai with 160,000 miles. They had serviced the car for the entire life of the car. The car now has 190,000 miles. They have done all of our services for the 2 years we have owned it and it runs like a brand new car. They are so fair priced and honest. Highly highly recommend!!!!

We brought in our 2008 VW Rabbit for both mechanical and cosmetic repair. The estimate for the cost of the work was very reasonable and attractive, especially compared to those we have received from other mechanics. The time estimate was a week, the work was done a day and a half early, for exactly how much was quoted. The car looks perfect and drives excellently. We are very pleased with Dealer Worx and will be returning there for all our needed work in the future. Thanks so much folks, for a job well done!

I have done business with Dealer Worx for many years. They have always been fair and professional. They stand behind their repairs and vehicles. I highly recommend this business. I purchased another vehicle within the last couple of months from Dealer Worx and I am very happy with Car. The buying experience was seamless and fair. Great Company and great people. I have bought another vehicle from Dealer Worx. I am very happy with the Car. And with the people there. Good and professional. I recently purchased another vehicle from Dealer Worx. Great purchase and a quality vehicle. The staff are as good as I'd expected with my long history dealing with this company. One if my kids had his car repaired last week and was treated very fairly. Don't hesitate to use this company. Awesome outfit.

I received my vehicle back from Dealer Worx for maintenance and I wish to commend Brian and his crew for excellent service. I would not bring my vehicle to anyone else. In the past 5 years I have purchased two vehicles from them. My daughter and a neighbor have purchased VW's as well and we are all very satisfied with our cars. Their vehicles are priced fair and you get a good value for your dollars. Their knowledge of auto repairs is excellent. They diagnose problems accurately and quickly repair them, promptly returning your vehicle on time as promised. I have often received complementary service for little things that others would not hesitate to charge for.I feel good communication is important. I maintain regular maintenance schedules and Dealer Worx helps me with that. If I have a concern with my car, I call them for advice and often they can help me immediately.This is a fantastic small business and I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

I have worked closely with the team at Dealer Worx for over a decade, and would go nowhere else. My wife and I have purchased 3 cars from them, all of which were fairly priced and lasted us for years. When one had an unanticipated new problem arise during the month after purchase, they took care of it completely. Their prices are fair, their work excellent, and their communication honest. They really know cars, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Complaint:Bought used car from Dealer Worx: big mistake.Prior to purchase, I had it inspected by VIP in Auburn. They found some things wrong and suggested that I not buy the car. When I brought it back to Dealer Worx the owner, Brian, told me that VIP did not know what they were talking about. He assured me they were wrong about the "oil leak" and rust issues, there were no leaks of any kind, and that he would not only fix the problems VIP found that he agreed existed but that if I found anything else wrong with the car after purchase that he would take care of it.His wife, who also works there, asked why I seemed so worried about buying a car from them. I told her that used car dealers have a bad reputation. She assured me there would be no problems. This was reiterated by her father-in-law who also works there. They assured me they were honest people and would take care of any issues.It was a warm day when I test drove the car. I turned on the AC and noticed the air coming out was a bit warm but assured myself it was only the warmth of the day causing the problem and rolled down my windows. This problem with AC/heater seemed to be manageable but was still not working properly.A month later I discovered there was no coolant in the reservoir. I immediately contacted Brian who assured me it was caused by the work he did and I just needed to add a quart and everything would be fine.1 month after that, I was out of coolant again. Called Brian and he said no problem, bring it in and we will take care of it. He found the problem and now claims it is a new leak in the system and will cost me $800 to repair. This is in spite of the fact he admits that the coolant leak in the Heater Core is causing the problems I experienced since day one with the heat/ac.I reminded him of his promise to me and he still refused to repair the car. I even offered to pay for the parts if he would fix the car. He told me he was "done with the conversation" and instructed me to come pick up my car.

The entire crew at Dealer Worx sells competent and professional sales and service of vehicles that they sell. You can hire these folks to repair your vehicle and know with confidence that the work will be dependable. The entire crew will support their work to your satisfaction. My recommendation to you is give Brian, Kristin, Nel, Josh, and Glen a call, you won't regret the call

Worst experience buying a used car in my life! The head gasket went in the car 3 months after buying it the wanted to charge me 2000 dollars to repair it. When I didn't agree to let them do the repairs they would not let me have my vehicle back until I paid for the labor cost for them to to the diagnosis on the vehicle. Very poor customer relations! I will never give them any more business and hope this will help others from being scammed by them!

I've yet to have or hear about a bad experience over at Dealerworx. The guys over there are great and know what they are talking about. Any time myself or a family member have had an issue they get us right in and fix the issue at an awesome price. Hands down best auto shop in Lewiston Auburn.

I drive a 2.8L 30 valve V6 by Volkswagen, in a 2000 B5 Audi. It's the ATQ Engine found in the late 90's early 00's A4 Quattro and Passat Quattro. It has over 129.5k on it at this point. When I brought it to these folks about 2000Mi ago, she needed a oil change. Being from out of state and driving an A4 (people just see Audi and think MONEY) I was expecting to pay fairly high dollar for middling service at best. I called at around 8:50AM (they open at 9) and the kind gentlemen answered and I made a same day appointment for 10 o'clock, which surprised me. The service was short, perhaps 25 minutes, and the price was more than honest. I typically use Mobile 1 Synthetic for the oil, however they use Rotella by Shell. I was skeptical about the switch, but since they are both full synthetic oils of equivalent weights, I doubt there's harm in switching them. 2500Mi later, I would have to say that I like the Rotella better than the Mobile as it seems to be playing far nicer with the seals and gaskets in the engine; with the Mobile 1, I would occasionally smell oil dripping onto hot components of the vehicle, now they all appear to seal significantly better (you know, for a 19 - 20 y/o car).However, that's not why these folks get 5 stars! The tipping point for me is details... and I noticed something nice when I hopped back in my drivers seat. The mechanic actually took a moment to reset my clock to the proper time, which is not an intuitive process imho! This to me really indicates an attention to detail that you really don't see at a lot of other shops, especially for an oil change. Things like this tell me that the mechanic has a sharp eye for how the vehicle should behave and is familiar with its design. It also shows me that they're are willing go a "little extra" to please their clients/customers and a "little extra" can go a really long way.In short, I found these guys to be knowledgeable, prompt, honest and fairly priced. 10/10 Will Recommend.

My family and myself have been using Brian / DealerWorx for all of our family's maintenance needs for well over 5 years now and have never been let down. The small friendly crew gets every job done the right was the first time and with that said cars are mechanical and they do break. The few issues that have arose have been dealt with the someday they were notified and resolved as a priority. Now it is were we make our purchases as well.From my Audi to my mother & brothers Volkswagen's and even my fathers Lexus, DealerWorx is were we will always go and were I direct any friends regardless of make or model.Thanks again Brain for the help on my mothers New Jetta!!! Everything she every wanted.N. Nadeau
