Good experience . For the most part.They have excellent customer service, made the process easy and checked in with me now and again.Repairs look good, but they unfortunately didn t repair all of the damage, one of my headlight mounts is still broken, and I understand it s an expensive part but it s still unfortunate to see damage still on the car.I ll make sure to update the review if they ever reach out and fix it.UPDATE: as soon as they saw my review they reached out to get the headlight replaced, Sam was super helpful and was right on the ball. I d recommend this place to anyone, good people who do good work.

Great overall experience from start to finish. They had my vehicle done sooner than expected and the communication throughout the process was excellent. They make certain that you are completely satisfied with the work and if not, will make it right.

First time I was very happy which was about three years ago. This time same car but haven't gotten it bk yet but cannot imagine that there will b any problems this second time either... Will let ya know should have it bk by this coming Monday..

From the first day i called to inquire about needing my vehical fixted the customer service has been excellent. I was listened to and had everyone question answered very honestly. To add i was very pleased with how prompt they were able to get my vehical in to be fixted. I Was able to pick up rental car from the shop for convenience. Upon pick up, my vehicle was nicely cleaned up. It had been washed, vaccumed and wiped down in the inside which had been needed. I was not exspecting that to be done, what a pleasent surprise! It looked like a brand new vehical bringing it home! Thank you!

My experience with Coleman s was great.While it took a few weeks to get my car into the shop, once it arrived service was very quick. Several major parts were replaced in only 1 week.The work looks beautiful and the paint matches perfectly. I have gotten my car fixed here twice! Amazing service every time I needed to deal with my car needing repairs due to someone else hitting my car. Just got my Crosstrek back, these folks are great!! Unfortunately I was very stressed and impatient when I talked to them because these situations are obviously stressful because of the unknown when dealing with time frames and insurance companies, but they were super understanding and very professional. Marissa Abbott kept me in the loop and answered all of my questions. They did fix my car in very reasonable amount of time and it looks great!!I would definitely recommend this company!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting

The service and staff was AMAZING! Staff was very kind and professional. Car came back better and cleaner than I left it. Brought the car in for repairs after someone dinged my door and they cleaned up the inside as well. The process was easy and seamless. I would and will 100% recommend Coleman's Collision. They are very patient my car was there for over a year. They had no choices they had to tow it to demolition site. Sad for me as I lived my Hemi it had new tires and other items I guess I could of parted out. But things happen for a reason. I trust them and Highly recommend them

Andrew was absolutely wonderful. I had just moved into the area, and my phone wasn't working well, in Buckfield, through AT&T. I just had a bunch of obstacles, as it was an unplanned move and I'm going through a breakup after 14 years. I was able to communicate through email, and he made everything so convenient for me. I suffer from severe anxiety, so really needed someone to take the reigns to get my Blazer fixed. Not only did they do a great job on the body work, but they cleaned my car meticulously, inside and out. It smells great and looks, almost great. I still need to get a little more body work done, as soon as I can afford to. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle there. The young staff is very professional and down to earth, answering all of my questions and were very polite! They all seem happy, when I come in, so I think it must be well managed business!

Clarify the long face of the lady in the office should have warned me, that Friday 8:30 is too early to bother her. So she told me that they give estimates Monday through Wendsday and the times. You have to come during that time! Would be nice if that information would be on their web site.

After being in an accident (not my fault), I needed help through the repair process. Coleman's was very helpful, answered all my questions and explained everything they were doing. While waiting for my car to be finished, they kept me up to date through text and phone calls. Took longer to fix then we thought but that was due to back order of parts, not Colemans fault. I have two stories from getting work done here. First was a car I had that was in an accident, seemingly minor damage, but after bringing it here they tacked on part after part of things that, upon further inspection, didn't need to be replaced. The high repair cost lead to my insurance deeming the car I loved very much totalled.Second was a hit and run while my car was parked. They replaced everything and were relatively quick about it, however, my sway bar link broke due to being rusted and the accident finally breaking it. I get that they didn't fix it because insurance didn't cover it, but they didn't even mention it to me and I only found out because there was suddenly a very loud clunking when I went over bumps during the drive home after I picked it up. It was very obviously visibly broken, and for them to not even notify me about a broken important safety component is extremely negligent and dangerous in my opinion. A two minute test drive if they did one would have also revealed this. Will never go here again if I can avoid it.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Not pleased at all, although the staff was courteous and polite. After visiting this body shop twice; now each time something being not put on right, missing parts, overspray, fresh scratches, and dings, or damaged parts. First I had to bring my car in for a new windshield and fender, that went smoothly besides the fender not being put on properly, so I took it back. That got realigned and that mess was taken care of. 1 month down the road i took it back for more repairs on the front end and driver window, come to find out when I received my car back there was 2 gouges taken out of my brand new windshield, and parts missing. So of course like anyone else I took it back, just to be told nothing can be done about the windshield breakage. Nothing says quality collision repair about this shop, make sure you do your research before you trust someone else s word.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

they were very good to me when my vehicle needed repair and kept me updated with all that i needed to know about what work needed to be done so we were both on the same page, they were amazing. My car was sent to Coleman s after I was in an accident. I dealt with Marissa. She was professional and polite and helpful with all my questions. She also went out of her way to get me a cheaper price on my rental. I had no idea she was doing that and she called me after contacting another rental. My car was deemed a total loss so I cannot comment on their work but their customer service is top notch.

Coleman's Collision is top notch. They handled my whole claim after I called my insurance company. The estimate was timely.We scheduled to repair for a week that I was able to borrow one of their loaners. Other times Enterprise had a car rental available.When I picked up my car they read through repair list and summary.Great workmanship. Easy company to deal with. The repairs are now guaranteed for the life of me having my car.Thank you.

They did a phenomenal job on a some read bumper damage and even replaced a tail light bulb for me which wasn't apart of the estimate. They didn't need to interior detail either, yet it was a pleasant surprise to find my interior fully clean. Excellent service.

Endorsing Coleman's Collision superior professionalism is easy to do, especially during these Covid 19 times! Marissa is a consummate professional, she was very prompt and accurate on our quote from inception and delivered all that was promised on the quote and length of time for repair! I was amazed that she even picked up my vehicle at my home and delivered it back at completion, to avoid personal contact in these pandemic times! I am very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to my family and friend's.

My experience at Colemans was wonderful! The quality of work was excellent and they did it all in a timely manner. Everybody I interacted with was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Although the job turned out well it was painful.It was just for a new bumper and to fix the tailgate. I feel this job should have only taken less than a week. They had the truck for almost three weeks total. We had to go pick it up(undone) after almost two weeks because we had prepaid camping trip planned and needed the truck. Back and forth to Auburn too many times =$$Ordered or received wrong bumper twice.Personably enough but should be more organized...

Its unfortunate that I had to give 2 out of 5 stars because the color match was phenomenal (what I was most worried about), the service was great and everyone at the shop was very professional. What ruined it for me is the lack of care from the paint guy. I had scratches the entire length of my Jeep in the clearcoat (from the sloppy polishing job) on both sides of my car when only one side was hit. The trim that was replaced is already fading and I've had the car back for about 2 weeks. The passenger side door was completely covered in overspray. Thankfully, I was able to remove this with a clay bar. I have to compound and polish the scratches to get them out which I should not have to do. There are also areas on my hood where contamenents were not cleaned off in the prepping stage causing the paint to stick poorly. Now I have these dots on my car that can't be corrected and are more likely to be compromised leading to rust. I can correct 90% of this but its way more work than should be necessary when you pay a professional to do it for you.

I dealt with George who was very professional. I m not mechanically inclined, but everything looked pretty good. I drove my car from Auburn, ME back to Boston, and there were no issues. I definitely would recommend them if asked.

I had to bring my vehicle back twice to have work redone. The first time I picked it up I was in a rush and didn t notice until the next day things like paint not being polished, trim not being snapped in tightly or with clips broken etc. The second time they promised it on Tuesday, then called Tuesday night to let me know they noticed something they wanted to fix could I pick up on Wednesday - I was totally fine with that as I would rather pick up completely done. When I went to pick up Wednesday - there was a different piece (the piece of plastic that runs along the whole bottom of the passenger side) that was now not snapped in and they couldn t. If you re going to be late, make sure it s 100% before saying it s ready. They really need someone to do a VERY thorough QC check before telling a customer it s ready, especially when it s the second time and they ve already called to say it s going to be late because of a QC check. They finally got it right after the third time - as expected they did take care of their mistakes and were nice, but it was a lot of frustration and wasted time for a body shop with such high reviews and that people praise about a lot as being the best.
