We are super happy with Brad. He had my car in and out within a day when another garage failed to diagnose it. It s sort of nerve racking to bring your car somewhere new and to have to trust someone you don t know, but he made it much easier. Unusual issue with the battery. Would have been easy to overcharge for, but he was very fair with us. Good price too :) couldn t be more appreciative.Update. See anything wrong with these pictures of my car? Well that s the point. I had a replaced drivers side fender and a bashed up front bumper. I went in and asked if they do body work and he said they did SOME. Couldn t believe the price when he quoted me so I seized the opportunity. Very reasonable. Came out looking amazing. I m so thankful.

I called Brad at the end of a long list of shops I was getting quotes from for an alternator. Brads shop was the cheapest shop available by far. I'd told him I'd give him a call back. I choose to go with him and called hoping to schedule the closest available appointment. As everyone knows that's not always soon and when you're out of a car it can be a real problem. Brad informed me he was booking out a couple of weeks and asked if the car was driveable. I told him it was and, he said if I wanted to drop it off he could possibly get it done in a few days. I brought my car in on a Wednesday evening and expressed how badly I needed it as soon as possible. He told me it would be done by Monday hopefully sooner. I received a call less than 24 hours after dropping off that it was fixed and I could pick it up. Not only did Brad fix the problem I came in for, but he also noticed I was low on oil and filled it up before I ran into any issues. 100% will come back for more service and recommend this shop to everyone.

Was not an actual customer but my mother attempted to get her car checked before a storm. Brad purposely left the car on the road to be towed and the tow company even confirmed it had not been moved for the scheduled appointment. Legit he put the tow charges in the bill 3 weeks after the scheduled about which never happened this place is shady and will attempt to pull a fast one.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Brad is an excellent mechanic with great customer service skills. They get the job that needs to be done finished without finding any extra things that need to be worked on, unless they're actually looking for them. His team is just an extension of those qualities. Prices are great too!

I appreciate Brad's honesty. So many shops could take a lesson in integrity from him. From the very first repair he did on my car, I've been impressed with his work ethic and the pride he takes in his work. He has never made me feel line he thinks I'm just a dumb girl. He's never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. He's actually pointed out things I've needed that other shops have missed (like my brakes!). He lets me know if things can be put off until payday or until I can save up for it, instead of rushing me into a situation I can't afford and then trying to sell me a credit card to pay for it. He's genuine and does excellent work, even when he's working alone. I recommend him to everyone I talk to that needs work done on their vehicles.

Just learned the owner of this business was involved in a hit and run where they left the survivor on the side of the road screaming out until help arrived. They also tried to hide their damaged vehicle at this shop. Maybe consider going elsewhere for your auto repair needs, clearly the person operating this shop shouldn t be around cars.

Super nice and show the parts prior to ordering to explain cost and labor hours. Extremely fair. There isnt much of a wait area, but there is usually someone available to speak to and there's usually a lil doggo to say hi to. Defs takes a while to get an appointment and they often run a bit late (but that's because theyre busy, and it's obvious to why they're so busy...)

I've been taking all my Infiniti vehicles I've owned to Brads. Doesn't matter if you own Nissan, Honda, Toyota, Infiniti, BMW & Audi. These guys know what they're doing! They work hard, they are fair and most importantly they are a family shop! Humble, Respectful & Honest! There is no other Mechenic shop in Lewiston/Auburn I would go to but Brads!Thank You Brad & Your Team for always taking care of my auto mechanical needs!

Great people here took my truck apart found out it was way more involved called me instantly then when they put back together as was. They only charged me for one hour when they had more into it

Brad is a kind man. He will tell you EXACTLY what is needed for inspection. And NOT tell you that you need something else done ,just to "make a buck"like other mechanics I've been to.
