Had an awesome time picking up a 5x10 dump trailer! Excellent customer service and very personable! They worked with us to find exactly what we needed! And even helped out with a hitch when I didn t have the right one! Highly recommend!

Jason, over at big Tex in Auburn, was fantastic to deal with. It took me a little longer than expected to obtain financing, but Jason was patient with me. He was in constant communication, And we were able to close the deal hassle free. He ll be getting more of my business for sure!

Update 09/15/2023Both the store, and district management reached out to me yesterday. Inquiring about the issue I had. They were both very apologetic with my experience I encountered. I was very impressed with the both of them in the fact that they are diligently working hard for the best customer experience. Great job and expect me to do business with you in the near future. 1 star to 4 stars for the positive reach out.Poor customer service from a technician

I have been driving past this Big Tex store for years and never stopped. Then I did and had a great experience at this Big Tex store. They had the trailer I was looking for, made the sale process fun, and I was off. It was that easy. Jason and his staff know their trailers, we re very friendly and gave me straight up answers and advice. I ll be stopping in more often from now on. Thanks everyone for a great experience!

Called ask for a part for my trailer they say they have plenty of them drive almost 2 hrs arrive and guess what ah we don t have that part. Well the point of calling is to check before you get there.

We had a camper trailer with bearing issues. After inspecting the issues, Jason recommended that both axels be replaced. He quickly got them on order and got it done before our upcoming camping trip. Kevin explained all about the new axels and installed the new tires/rims. Jessica was very helpful with communication through the whole process. While picking up the camper, Kevin helped a motorist that had run out of gas across the road from the shop! I highly recommend Big Tex! Great people and service!

Spoke with Jason the store manager over the phone on Monday about looking/purchasing a trailer. I went in a few days later looked at the trailer and spoke with Jason again. He was very helpful and friendly in and out within 20 minutes. There was another gentleman i wish I remembered his name, he was very knowledgeable and friendly, he knew his stuff and was very helpful.Over-allStaff was friendly.My Experience was 10 out of 10I will definitely be purchasing my next trailer from this location.Thank you again.

I purchased a 6x12 Stealth enclosed trailer. Jason, the general manager, was very helpful with providing information over the phone and made the process very easy. When I arrived, all the necessary paperwork was ready as was the trailer, which Jason gave me a tour of before we finished with the paperwork. Everything was exactly as he said it would be and he gave me info on accessories as well. Kevin, the shop tech helped me hook the trailer up and adjusted the chains as they were too long. He was also very helpful with providing information about the trailer as well as possible accessories that might be helpful for what I am using the trailer for. It was a great experience and I would purchase from them in the future.

I recently purchased a 14 PH heavy duty trailer from the Auburn Maine Big Tex location and the purchase went flawlessly. We had the trailer in hand in about 2 weeks from the purchase agreement and it was in fully working order, ready to go to work. Thanks to Jason Ellis!

Great experience. Jason was fantastic to deal with and way less pressure and much more laid back buying experience than I have had with a high volume dealer that I have purchased four trailers from in the last eight years or so. This will be my go to place for trailer purchases in the future for sure. I would highly recommend doing business with Jason and crew!

We had a great experience at Big Tex, and bought an enclosed cargo trailer at a great price! Lindsay was very responsive from our first inquiry, providing pictures and specs. We selected a trailer. When we arrived at Big Tex (Auburn) the next day, the trailer was out and ready for pick up and the paperwork was organized for completion. The trailer tech went through the set up with us. He was patient and thorough, making sure we were completely comfortable before we left the lot. Lindsay also discounted needed accessories (tow hitch lock, chocks, etc) as we completed the purchase. Thanks Big Tex!

Fantastic, positive experience with Big Tex in Auburn Me! Jayson, the manager, was very knowledgeable and explained the hitch installation process . Big Tex is easy to get to, clean, place to sit and handicap accessible. Kevin, the mechanic, did great job of wiring my Nissan Murano and easy to use. I know when I buy my next trailer too, I will see Jayson at Big Text. Thanks guys

After buying a trailer with some issues I would not have I contacted Manager Jason Ellis at the dealer Big Tex Trailers in Auburn where I purchased the trailer from and explained the situation. He immediately expressed concern and insuring to making this purchase Right. He ended up replacing the trailer with one that he had personally gone over and through to make sure there were no defects then personally delivered the new trailer to my House and swapped me for the bad one. This is SERVICE and Integrity and he operates a great Dealership. I highly recommend Jason Ellis and his Team at Big Tex Trailers in Auburn MaineSincerely, Bruce S. Pierce

Purchased a utility trailer and had a great experience. Dana and the new General Manager were great to deal with. They explained everything to me and really help me with my buying decision. Quality Trailers for a quality price. They were ultra helpful. I am very happy I stopped in to Big Tex. Great job!

Sorry it took so long to write this review. I called a trailer company Big Tex Trailer World Auburn ME. It started with a young lady in customer service.Excellent customer service with a 5 star rating. Sales person Jason Ellis - 5 stars for him and the best part? The price and quality. Spectacular service! This is the second trailer I purchase from this dealership and both times the sales manager went out of there way to provide excellent service. Most recently, I found the sales manager, Jason, to be courteous, fair and most importantly, he did what he said he would do, even in the difficulty of disrupted supply chains. I strongly recommend this dealership to folks who want a quality trailer at a fair price and who also want quality sales and service experience.
