Everyone There is welcoming and supportive. Got the car I wanted in 3 days , Helped me a lot with getting my first vehicle & the car is very clean &Good. Definitely recommend for anyone .

Back in the 90's I use to do my own car audio & I always had problems. Auto City of Maine did a full system in my 3rd Gen Ram & it sounds amazing & works perfectly. I haven't had any overheating amps or pop fuses like back in the day. Do yourself a favor & get it done by the professionals you won't regret it.

I was looking for my first car so my mother in law and i searched about 15 different car lots and out of every car lot this was the ONLY car lot that had good prices and low mileage on cars.This place also was very welcoming from the start. Shawn helped us tremendously. Shawn also went the extra mile to find documentation via hyundai that the car had been serviced with the new anti theft chip and emailed me the documents. We went in the next day to buy the car and Shawn already had all the paper work ready to go it took about 5 minutes. Overall, this lot had amazing prices, outstanding customer service, and communication. Also, not once did i feel as though this car lot wanted me to just buy the car and leave. I was constantly updated and any question i had was immediately answered. I would definitely recommend this place for any person who s looking to buy a car.

I had posted on social media looking for a reputable dealership and Shawn personally reached out to help us. Where Lee Auto was clinical and opportunistic (and WAY over KBB values), Shawn was personable and positive. He helped us find a perfect car within our budget without the smoke and mirrors- and at a 3% lower rate than Lee. Would recommend, would return.

I ordered a new window for my truck cap. It did take a few.weeks for the window to come on. ARE not Auto City was the delay. When the window came in, they were very accommodating to my schedule for the installation. I live about 45 minutes away. Once I go there, the window was installed and I was on my in less than an hour. Nothing to complain about at all. They were courteous and professional. I highly recommend Auto City for any truck accessories.

Can't say enough about the incredible customer service I received from Jim when it came to my custom ordered truck cap. Jim was extremely responsive and helpful through the entire process. When I ran into a few issues from the factory Jim was all over it and got it sorted out with no questions asked. In today's day and age great customer service is hard to come by and I'm happy to call out Jim's commitment publicly. If you're in the market for a new truck cap please give this business a look.

Jim was very patient and helpful as I picked out my ARE truck cap, and his team did a splendid and professional job installing the cap and a remote starter on my new Toyota Tundra. I would visit them again without hesitation.

This is where i chose to have my ignition interlock device installed and the staff was friendly and professional throughout all steps of the process and i would recommend them to anyone who needs the device installed or any other services they offer.

Very bad experience with remote starter service. They are not standing on the price what they said on the day we booked the appointment.They are just changing the price after we are done the service with them.
