I have to say a huge thank you to Ryan and Jon for the awesome experience we had. I am so happy with my new to me suv. My 2022 Kia Sportage has so many amazing features to it I'm not sure I'll want to trade it in...lol. If you are in the market for a vehicle you have to check these guy's out!!

Process of getting car was easy, but we received a warranty that we were told could be refunded at any time. A couple months after purchasing the car, we wanted to get a refund on the warranty. At least 4 months and several calls later we have not received our refund. We keep hearing that "they are just now working on it" or "someone will give you a call later today" with no one calling us back. Be very careful if purchasing a car here.

We returned to Zachary Autoplex just 8 shorts months after buying my "new" to me Ford Expedition. Ryan, Chris and everyone here went above and beyond our expectations on helping get my husband in his new truck!!!! We will definitely be back for any future vehicle purchases that we need to make!!! Today I bought a vehicle I had my eye on for a little over a month. The moment I walked through the doors of Zachary Autoplex I was immediately helped by Ryan and Donnie. They are an amazing team that will definitely make sure you get more bang for your buck. Ryan was very attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Donnie was knowledgeable, friendly, nice and helpful as well throughout the whole process. These gentlemen worked diligently and quickly to get me through the jittery process of buying and trading a vehicle. I m very pleased with the service rendered by this facility and will definitely be recommending this dealership to others. This was the easiest and quickest purchase of a car. Ryan had great selection on the lot, clean cars, great prices and great service. EXCELLENT customer service and VERY friendly environment. They make you feel comfortable so you don t worry and I love it! I asked God was for a new beginning, had my 2008 Chevy Impala for 12 years then transmission went out In Feb 2023 right before Mardi Gras. I didn t expect that to happen, but I know I need a new car soon. Zachary Auto Plex gave me the The new beginning I pray for that I couldn t get from any dealership in Baton Rouge. Made a comfortable down payment and drove off with my little Beauty. I ll have my new car one year come February 2024. I love them there. Mr Jon is very friendly and fun to be around. I am beyond grateful!

Since I was a little girl I've dreamt of owning a convertible. I was searching on CarGurus when I ran across a 2017 Chevy Camaro Convertible.This place was amazing thanks to Ryan who helped make my oldest dream come true! We cut up and joked & laughed in the office and he made me feel like I've known him my whole life. Thank you Ryan! you made my dream come true! I'll forever be grateful!

Today I got my brand new car in my own name at 19 years old!! Ryan and Jon made the experience very smooth, they went above and beyond to get me in the car I had MY eye on. Beyond blessed that both guys worked their magic and got me into my super cute Chevy Sonic!! Thank you again!! So to edit my review, I ve have my car for three months now and it s now been in the shop 5 times from major stuff being wrong with it. I ve had to get it towed 3 different times. I was nothing was wrong with this car. And I asked serval times if he was sure nothing would go wrong with this car. I asked for the car fax and was told oh nothing is on there but oil changes. I fully believe I was lied to to so they would make a sale. I m also a single mom who needed a dependable car seeing as that is my only transportation. So be careful when buying from these crooked lying people. Also, before you buy I d have a real mechanic take a look at any vehicle they are trying to sale and not use their guys at the pit stop.
