It was good experience overall. Good service looking through extensive inventory of nice trucks. They fixed the little things that you get from a used vehicle. I would highly recommend this car/ truck lot.

I bought my second truck from Express Autos about two weeks ago. Abe and Trevor gave me the exceptional care and service I trust them to have. No haggling, no sales gimmicks. They gave me a fantastic trade-in value and overall a great deal on my new-to-me Silverado LTZ.The truck is as clean as can be thanks to their detailer, and I know the truck was just serviced and had a tube-up thanks to their ASE service shop.Highly recommend 10/10 and I don t even bother recommending another place to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.

Bought a truck from these people and the truck has nothing but issues. Leaking power steering, coolant, oil, and has a leaking exhaust. Just had to spend $3,800 on repairs for the truck I bought from them. And still finding issues after the repair. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!

I purchased the oldest work truck on their lot and this thing has been exceeding all expectations over the passed 2 months. All of the vehicles on their lot seemed to be in great condition, they have their own service department, really seems like they are running a good show @ ExpressAutos Zachary LA.

Brought my 2017 gmc 6.2l in with the dreaded lifter tap with a collapsed lifter. Abe was able to get me back in action within 3 days. Never had a bad thing to say about these folks. They will get you right.

I am so happy I purchased my vehicle from Express Autos. After searching for months and going through hours of applications and wasted time at other dealerships, Abe made the process so easy and quick. He even came in on Christmas Eve so I could drive off in my car that day. Any problems that have come up have been fixed with ease and quickness. I love driving my Ford Expedition Limited! I recommend Express Autos to anyone I know looking for a reliable, clean used vehicle. Thank you Abe and the mechanic Moe for making sure my truck is in great shape. Unlike other dealerships, your car is not sitting in the shop for a week, got my truck back in 2 days

I brought my son car shopping. He test drove it & loved it. It only took about an hour for them to have him financed being a 20 year old with no credit. He didn't even need a cosigner. My other son went and had the same great service. Will be purchasing from them again.

I Highly recommend Express Autos, I stopped by on my day off work to get a new (key fob) programmed, and the guy Abe took care of it in 10 minutes, not to mention, they always have Beautiful Cars/Trucks on the lot.

Do not trust the mechanic. I paid an extra $200 for the vehicle for them to fix a ball joint, after driving for a couple of weeks it shows the same exact symptoms as before. I'll have to fix that soon. He told me that there were no oil leaks, there are three. The car needed a spare tire and rim. They said that they could have a new spare on within a week. It's been almost a month (although they have a few legitimate excuses for this one).I don't know if Abraham is to blame or if it's just his mechanic, but either way: do not rely on them to make good on their promises. Get the vehicle inspected by a trusted mechanic (I recommend Sonny's) and then make your decision.Edit 5/2019: Just had the ball joint replaced by my mechanic. It was the same one that was replaced by the mechanic at Express Autos a year ago. He used the wrong part!

They offered fair trade on my trade in. The customer service was above and beyond. While I was waiting for a repair to be made they sat with me and talked to me about my family and theirs. Also due to a broken fuel drain plug they came to me, fixed it there, replaced the part, and they went and got another customer who was looking to buy a quality used truck. Name another dealership that does that!Furthermore they have a wide selection of quality used cars at great prices when compared to KBB.

I was looking for a GMC Sierra, and I found one posted by this dealership. I went to check it out and it was just as described and more. They also gave me an awesome trade in value on my f150. My granddaughter bought a used car from them and she has had nothing but trouble with it. Starter, tire sensor, dash lights, transmission slipping, bad wiper blades, needed an oil change etc.... This car was NOT serviced before it was sold. Before you purchase a car or truck from them take it to a reputable mechanic.

You know, honestly, the fault is mostly mine. I was in such a rush to get a vehicle I never checked on the one I bought. I overestimated the integrity of humans. I pulled out of the lot and drove 30 miles when my left cv joint went out. With no way to tow the car, it got impounded for 2 months. After that beat the hell out of my wallet, I finally got it out of impound only to find out that the transmission was so far gone that the car was about to be dead on the highway. Lesson, never buy from there.

Stay far away from this place! The guy i think his name was abe who was occupying us did not would not go out of his way to help me and my ole lady out. We were interested in a 2012 chevy silverado 1500 ltz 4x4 white in color. He tried selling it to us for $250 every 2 weeks then wanted $5500 down payment. They have slipped and bumped there head lol. Stay far far from this place! And a little while later abe called me unhappy and harassing me . Careful people if u speak about your bad experience on here u will get a call from them harassing you.
