I only wish I could give more than 5-Stars. By far this is the most courteous, friendliest and efficient business I have had to deal with in years. If only every business would be like this. My windshield was leaking 3 weeks after Cornerstone Glass replaced it. There was no rain during that time so there was no problem. On 3/5/2024 came the first heavy rains in a while. I found the leaks then. Bad ones. Also, the wipers didn't work. Danny took my call and was anxious for me to come in to get checked out. I couldn't make it then, but came by first thing the next morning. I was warned I might need to wait for a replacement windshield to come in. Less than 10 minutes later I was told the windshield taken out was fine and would be reused. No need to wait so long. For the wipers it was simply a nut that was missed being tightened. The problem was a bad seal after the windshield sagged down because tape used to hold it until it set came unstuck on my old paint. In total it only took about 90 minutes to complete the fix.Not only that but I discovered as I drove away that they had cleaned ALL other windows in the truck, even the back window. Service like that does not exist anywhere else.I highly recommend Cornerstone Glass in Zachary. You cannot go wrong.Bob T.

Absolutely the best winshiel guy ever!!! He wad fantastic, quick, curious and even helped fix my washer fluid sprayer. He is the best!! I recommend anyone going here!!! Fantastic!!!!!

Mr. Walter Wolf was super efficient and very friendly. It took him no time to the repair the broken window on our house in Clinton. He also gave us some tips for future maintenance. I highly recommend this company.

I have had several windshields replaced at Cornerstone Glass and have never had any problems. The staff has always been courteous and my car was always left clean with no dirty fingerprints on my steering wheel or dirty footprints on my floor (which is a pet peeve of mine).I have also had shower doors installed and windows replaced at my home by Cornerstone and have been very happy.

Hindsight is always 20/20. Looking back, I should have never used this establishment to replace the glass on my car. When the initial repair was made, before I even left the facility, something was wrong. The window squeaked horribly as it was rolled up. After they made some "adjustment", the window no longer squeaked, and I went home. When I arrived home. I noticed that my door was rattling. There was still glass in the door, and my panel at the top of the door wasn't "right". It was puckered. When I took my vehicle back, and explained what was going on, the person who helped me seemed annoyed, and then proceeded to tell me, after he had been working on the car for a good 45 minutes, that the part I had an issue with didn't have to come off to repair the glass. Why didn't you say that immediately when I arrived and pointed it out to you? If he has been working on cars since he was 14, as he said, he should have known this. He did successfully remove all of the glass, which he should have done initially, but my panel is still slightly warped. He had the gall to tell me to take it to the dealer. When he finished with my car I was simply handed my keys with no apology or assurance--perfect example of poor business practices. Lastly, I am not stupid. I have a master's degree and I'm quite informed. THEY mishandled my vehicle and caused this issue with my panel. It is ridiculous that it's so difficult to find a competent business to repair one's vehicle! If you value your vehicle, please STAY AWAY FROM Cornerstone Glass. It's not worth it!

Horrible at chip repair on windshields. I would NOT recommend going here for that. Go to the chip repair place on Airline Highway, past Hammond Aire Shopping Centre in front of the bowling alley. I went there after having a rock peck repaired by Cornerstone Glass and the employee asked who initially did the repair. I replied, "Cornerstone Glass in Zachary." He stated that they had done a horrible job (which I could clearly see). I told him that's was the reason I was bringing it to him. He even found that they didn't even seal the repair. He was so frustrated with the work Cornerstone had done, he did the repair at no charge to me. Although, he could only clean it up a bit, he sealed the repair.

I went in November and had a rock peck repaired. I saw NO change in the appearance of the rock peck. I repaired one a few years ago about like that one and though I could not make it disappear I could see a difference. Six months later the peck cracked in TWO directions. I do not believe they actually repaired it with a resin. When I returned on an APOINTMENT to have the windshield replaced I was told it would be a 2 hour wait for it to set up now I have had windshields replaced before and it takes about an hour. I strongly advise all that read this to go someplace else and get the work done right. Please not I have a zero deductible for glass so money was never an issue.

Didn t use this company because whomever answered the phone was extremely short, curt & wouldn t stop talking about what couldn t be done long enough to understand my questions. I m going with Baker Glass instead. (LT)
