They were busy busy when I arrived with my daughters flat tire. They had just opened and were getting work orders ready to start the day. They took the time to get me out of a bind because my daughter had to go to work. Excellent job. I'm sure they have bad days but today was not one

was recommended this place by family and quickly understood why. great communication and quick, high quality service! Aimee (manager) at the front desk is wonderful and their master technician, Shannon, made an alternator nightmare a distant memory.

I usually hate having to get my oil changed. It takes forever and it's boring. But thank God for Aime and Lacey!! They were cutting up and keeping me laughing the whole time my vehicle was being worked on. I ended up getting brakes while I was there too. The master mechanic they have is super awesome. Will definitely be back with all my other cars!

Lacey & Aime are like double trouble but in the best way! I came in without an appt and desperately needing a tire patch. Those two got my vehicle in and out the shop quick, fast, and in a hurry! Super professional and really make you feel like family. 10/10 rec

Was told tire was 137$ and total ended up being 247$ for the tire. 100$ in labor? Never again. I was also told to just come in and I didn t need an appointment. I was there for 2 1/2 hours waiting for a tire change. The associate in the front would not be quiet talking about politics and her work husband . Very unprofessional. My family used tire choice for a while now but we will all be taking our business elsewhere. Very disappointed and will never recommend again. Would give 0 stars if I could

My brakes went out on Sunday and I brought my jeep in Monday morning. They were shorthanded and she took it anyway she had it fixed by that evening. My brakes were grinding and I was afraid to drive it and Amy the lady who took it in actually change the brakes herself, she made sure I had a vehicle by the time they close that evening and my brakes are working fine. She offered various packages for me to be able to pay it and we settled on and everything is wonderful. Thank you.

I normally do not like writing bad reviews about other businesses because I run a business and I am very aware that customers can be absolutely unreasonable at times. But in this situation I feel it is very justified and more importanly I feel that this would be an opportunity to give a "Buyer BEWARE warning".For years we have been going here to get our oil changed, so being pleased with the way they had always handled that aspect of things (even though we have had a few minor problems in the past which were reticified), i decided to trust them to look at some minor mechanical issues on a car we had purchased for our daughter. (I realize we are all human and everyone makes mistakes, especially a business with employees that are trusted to do quality work). When we had originally spoke about the issue a few days before the girl at the front counter said, "oh yeah that's not going to be expensive at all to change". (this is after they diagnosed the vehicle that day). Therefore I trusted them and brought it back into them today. When they called me to tell me how much everything was going to cost, I hit the floor. Let me just say that the prices were EXTREMELY high and VERY Inflated. For example a part that is 17.00 (each) (40.00 on the high end) and takes about 10 mins to change. They wanted to charge 700 + dollars to change out two sensors which require a 10mm socket and two fingers. Look I am in business so I do understand that companies need to make money to operate, but I am not a fool and pretty well educated when it comes to vehicles. Besides I read people very well and there were several red flags one was when they gave me the price and said, "I have been doing this a long time and that's a very good price." Apparently they underestimated me and my working knowledge of vehicles. Also keep in mind I am very mechnically inclined and I could've dianosed and changed the part myself, however I wanted support a local business. I also was trying to save some of my time therefore I gave them an opportunity to fix the vehicle. Once I realized how much they were going to OVER CHARGING me, that's when i decided to fix the repair on my own. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I did confront about how easy that part is to change and the the cost of the part, the lady (apparently the owner) said "yes it's an easy part to change it only takes about a few mins to change" and chuckled. I thought it was quite rude of her to just "laugh" and not give any explanation about why she was wanting to charge me 700 + dollars to change a part that literally most can do.Howver I always try to be very polite and "fair" therefore I asked if I owed them anything for their time and diagnostics (which I was very willing to pay them for their time). At that point you can tell it was a welcome invitation to charge me what ever she felt like charging. You could instantly see her mind was working and she blurted out "115.00 for the diagnostics" then she immediately went to the computer to create a invoice/charge etc. There was no invoice laying there or anything when went to pick up my keys before she handed me my keys (Very shady behavior). You would think that they would have had an invoice ready to go before handing me the keys. Let me also say that it was the end of the day and I was the last customer, in fact all employees were hanging out at the front counter joking around, in other words they were NOT busy and getting ready to close for the day.Let me be clear though, I am not accusing them of taking advantage of me with the diag fee, because as I said I offered freely because I did not expect them to do that part for free. What I am concerned about is all the other people that they have taken advantage of who do not have knowledge of vehicles as I do. Scary to think about. I will not go back they have lost all of my business due to this unpleasant experience.

Avoid going here. I gave them 3 chances in 2 weeks to change my oil and each time they failed to call me before I had to just go get my vehicle and they also failed to even ever service my vehicle. Not to mention I tried bringing a different vehicle for an oil change, they knew it was a corvette, still let me drop it off, only to pick it up and them tell me it was too low to service. As if they weren't aware of what type of car it was ahead of time...

This was the worst service I have ever received. I called ahead and asked for an oil change and a new tire. They agreed to do both. They had my truck for 5.5 hours. They never called to tell me it was ready to pick up. I called at hour 5 and asked about it. They said they were finishing it up. They changed the oil but the truck still had the spare tire on. They acted like they didn t know about the new tire. I reminded them about the phone call at to schedule it and that we discussed everything that was supposed to be done. This isn t the first time I ve had issues with them. I will never use them again and highly recommend that no one else does either. If I could give them below a 1 star I would.

went there because I wanted fast and it's the closest shop to my house, but ended up wasted 1 hour just waiting! ! ! receptionist told me it's gonna take 50 mins for oil change and an inspection. I specificly told her I need to get back to work. I waited 40 mins. nothing started yet. went to the desk, the receiption girl finally asked a mechanic to start the inspection. waited 20 more mins, oil changed still hasn't started yet. went to the desk again, she told me it's gonna be another 30 min to wait, so I was like.. give me my key back. went to another place, got it done in 15 mins. needless to say I am never comimg back!

This place used to be awesome. This is no longer the case. I scheduled an appointment at 3:00pm for an oil change and tire rotation. Despite my appointment, it took them 1.5 hours to even pull my car into a bay, and another 55 minutes to complete the work. Utterly ridiculous, not recommended, and I certainly won t be back.

I brought my 2022 Tahoe in to have current tires/wheels removed and new tires installed on new 22 black gloss wheels. I was nervous that the wheels and/or lug nuts would be scratched but they executed the job flawlessly. They had someone quit on them so the tech s were definitely under pressure but were still extremely cordial and helpful to load old tires/wheels in back of cargo area. Another nice touch was the tech flipped the floor mat since the ground was wet to ensure the carpet wouldn t get stained and boxed up old lug nuts. It s the little things that are noticed for sure.

Horrible experience the manger Amie was great but the hands they have there are absolute garbage they scratch one of my rims,Mounted 2 of my tires backwards and also cut the bead on my rear tire causing it to have a egg -100 out of 10

On 5/26/23 I purchased 4 new tires, it was around 5 when tires the new tires were put on my car. As they brought my car around and I was looking at my receipt did not show a tire alinement. I ask about this and was told the alinement machine was down. I have always been told to be certain to get an alignment with new tires. Had they told me alignment machine was down I would have waited to get new tires. I expressed this to the people at Tire Choice and was told to return on Saturday which was the following morning, they took my car and said they aligned it. Drove the car maybe 100 yards and still the same problem.I returned 3 times, and each time was told to come back on Saturday. I have a family member who is a nursing home with Alzheimer's and visit him on Saturdays, this is a 3 hour drive from Youngsville so I need my car to be right. After the third time of being told no took my car to another Tire Choice in town and they were supposed to line it up. I was told would take it $1,500 to fix. I took my car to another company locally. They lined it up and gave me a computer printout showing just how bad my car was out of alinement. I passed by Tire Choice and spoke with Doug in Youngsville and once again he started talking about bring it back in on Saturday. I told Douge I was not interested in coming in on Saturday as I just had their competition line my car up and it seems fine 10 days after. Called home office and ask about my refund and they knew nothing of it. Disappointed as I was hunting a local place to take our vehicles to.

First thoughts: T-Boys staff are very professional. I did business with Mr Tony. He was the one who took care of me. The place seems tidy and operational. They gave me straight forward pricing on mounting four factory sized tires on my 2015 GMC Sierra. The tires were purchased by me from another party and the pricing was $130 plus taxes so it came out to $146 after it was all said and done.First complaint, the tires I had them put on had maybe 2k miles on them. They were new but still used, so naturally the inside of a tire gets super dirty and stained a very ugly brown color from road debris, never being washed, brake dust, etc. This is difficult to get off but it can be done. With that said I gave specific instructions for that [dirty] side of the tire to remain the inside of the tire on my truck as well. Mr Tony promised me he wrote that in the technician notes. They failed to do so. When I picked up the truck the ugly brown super stained side was facing out. I spent hours with a pressure washer, degreaser, and tire shine getting them to look decent.Second complaint, albeit small, THIS IS A TIRE SHOP yet they failed to air up my tires properly. A great PSI for most truck tires is 35. However, they put 37, 32, 34, and 35. Which is embarrassing for a tire shop. They should know first rule of tires is to properly inflate or else it results in the ride being off and uneven wear on the tires. Again I wouldn't be complaining and frankly can add air to my own tires... but when you spend $150 putting four tires on YOU AT LEAST WANT IT DONE RIGHT AND AIRED UP PROPERLY WHEN YOU PICK UP!Third and most critical complain...... THEY SCRATCHED MY WHEEL! This is a complete disappointment. I just don't know what else to say. It appears that they dropped a tool or something fell and caught the face of the wheel. Very upset. I called and spoke to Mr Tony, he was very apologetic about everything and said that's is not how they do business. He mentioned something about a wheel refinishing shop in Scott but honestly I do not have time to try and run back and forth to get this repaired. Its a lot of time and energy for something that should have been avoided. Just cutting my losses. Its unfortunate but I must say I won't be returning to T-Boys.I hope this review informs you of my experiences. However, before making a decision I encourage you to read other people experiences before making a decision to do business here. Thank you and I hope my review was helpful.

Needed to find out why truck A/C wasn't working, plus needed an oil change. Great service, fair price -- their tech went over and above. This is our new go-to shop for auto service needs. We have already recommended them to other people!!

2 Stars.... only because the guys that work there were nice enough. However, the work is a different story. The front end alignment, that I paid $214 bucks for, that took 3 days, and a trip back to try and get them to get it right, did absolutely nothing to remedy or even change my vehicles driving behavior. Has me wondering if they even did anything at all? Unhappy and don't have the time or the patience to deal with this organization..... just won't be back. Sad, because the location is super convenient for me.

I can t believe I haven t gone here sooner than today! One of the techs; Joseph went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe and reliable. I brought my car in for an alignment due to tires feeling shaky. He noticed my tires were off balance as well as my front rotors being a bit warped. He made my existing rotors basically brand new again and with that and the my tires now balanced plus the alignment; I feel like I m driving a brand new car!! Phenomenal prices and great service!! This is my new go-to spot from here on out!!!!

I called a couple of days ago to make an appointment bc another shop said they had an AC guy there. I've ALWAYS taken my vehicles to TBoys so I wanted to continue even though they changed the name. My appt was for 8:30. They didn't look at the AC until almost 12. They had to change the valve and add freon. Almost $200 charge. I get in the car to leave, it's blowing hot still. I go inside to let the guy know.. the guy walks out to tell the mechanic, and he yells "Give her her money back!" I was confused. I literally sat there waiting without ONE complaint. While I was there, I found out that I had a pretty bad oil leak. (I knew it was leaking oil, but I didn't know where it was coming from, or how bad it was.) When I asked why it wasn't blowing cold, or why it wasn't going to be fixed, he blamed the oil leak. The oil leak shouldn't have anything to do with why cold air isn't coming out of the vents. I had planned on getting a recommendation for a mechanic who could fix the oil leak, but after wasting most of my day in that shop I just wanted to leave. If they weren't able to work on my car bc of oil leak, or any other reason, they should have told me before I had to wait for 4-5 hrs. I had work at 3, so my day was wasted to sweat anyway. I'll never go there again. Everyone else only complained about their wait while I was there.... Hopefully they were able to get their vehicles fixed.

Very helpful, very friendly, best service. My buddy was in a bind and had to go offshore the next morning. Called Tire choice in youngsville just as they were closing. They told us to come on by. They stayed open an extra 30 minutes just to get my buddy back on the road and ready for crew change the next day. Absolutely, hands down, good people and excellent service. Thank you Tire Choice Youngsville.

UPDATE ON ORIGINAL REVIEW:After publishing this review, I was called by the store and received a cash reimbursement for expenses. I am satisfied and would not have posted a negative review for this business.Thank you Tire Choice.I purchased 4 rear wheel tires for my motorhome. Tires were installed with new (and incorrect valve stems). 60 miles out of town on our next trip, both left rear tires went flat. The cause was the valve stems had split open. Tire Choice had installed valve stems for low pressure wheels. We received help from a fine Louisiana farmer and had all the valve stems replaced at another Tire Choice store in Memphis. Upon returning to Youngsville we asked Tire Choice to reimburse us the $140.00 we spend for roadside assistance. They agreed, but after three trips back to the store they keep making excuses of not having any cash. Please do not shop at this store. If they make a mistake, they will not correct their work. It's not safe to drive on tires they may have installed incorrectly.
