High End replaced my sunroof glass and windshield today. I dropped it off at this morning and they had it ready by 5pm same day!! They did a really good job. They also cleaned my car and had it looking brand new

Picked up my car today after dropping it off 2days a ago, they were very nice, and they were able to give me a more affordable estimate with a warranty, I would refer these guys to anyone, and I would definitely be using them in the future for all my mechanical needs Thank yall!

Worst experience ever with automotive repair company. Brought my car for ball joint and alignment repair and it came out with more damage than I arrived with. A waste of $2000. Received a phone call from them one morning with confirmation that my car was repaired, road ready, and ready for pickup. When i arrived at the office they said the car was fine. Not even 10 minutes after I paid them, they said they had a problem. When they brought the car around, the car could barely accelerate and the engine was knocking and rattling. Mind you, they said the car was ok not even 10 minutes before I placed $2000 in their hands. Stay away from this place

I was assigned High End Towing and Recovery by my roadside assistance program, and every part of the process was quick and painless. Chris (I believe his name was) was excellent. He treated me with respect, like I was family. And even offered to give me a ride to my hotel after dropping my vehicle off at the dealership. High End did a great job getting me in for some small repairs on my truck. They even did a complimentary inspection with pictures and estimates. I wouldn't recommend them for anything, they're completely unprofessional and rude and incompetent, came to get either my exhaust cut n welded or have a new exhaust made from scratch, quoted me a MUCH smaller estimate and then without looking at my exhaust and having to call them back since they NEVER once called me back with an update, they never pulled my exhaust out to see if they could just that instead of $500 maybe that it wouldn't be worth it for $800-1100 dollars, I've never had business work so hard at not wanting to make money.Not only would I never recommend anyone going here I feel they should go out of business, terrible work etheric, crap customer service, doesn't return calls, just plain rudeness, never once did I feel the love of my Cajun people here, they need to get with the program or get out and as veteran I hate that I sacrificed to be treated like that, such bs, not once was I met with a smile or warmth, the treatment is "why are you here wasting my time if you're not gonna spend tons of money."DON'T COME HERE, you'll regret it!!!!!!!!!!!Service: Auto exhaust system replacement

Everybody I dealt with at High-End Automotive was professional. They did a fantastic job on my truck and saved me money doing it. Chase was very helpful and kept me up to date with everything. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

This crew is awesome. They re professional and friendly. They didn t ask me or fool me to do more work on my truck than I needed. They offered to change my motor if it needed to be but said they were going to find the problem and fix that first. The VVT solenoid was bad on my 2005 F-150 and they told me the price and fixed it fast. My truck runs and sounds good now. Price was reasonable too. No other shop could figure out the problem for me but these people weren t farting around with my truck! I highly recommend High End and I ll do more business with them in the future.

I don t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this review today. My daughter was broke down while shopping for the homecoming dance that night. It was 10 min to 2 and so far no other mechanic was answering. I saw all the good reviews and rating for High End, crosses my fingers, called, and Michelle answered the phone and was the hero of the day. By 3 my car car was already and taken to the shop, and my daughter was home. Their customer service is outstanding and their response time is great. I was always kept up to date and informed. I want to say an extra special thanks to Michelle and Jennifer for helping us in this situation. I definitely be recommending them to my family and friends.

Don t let the name fool you, they work on all types believe me. I drive a 2007 Ford Edge with 207,000 miles and I m greeted with a smile every time. One time they even called to tell me one of my issues was super easy fix. They brought me in the back and showed me how to do it myself for the next time. Saves me some money on the small stuff. That s a true company for the people of a local community. Thanks guys.

I was looking for someone to install an aftermarket exhaust on my 2015 370Z, I had no idea which brand would be the perfect fit for the Z. I contacted High End Auto in Youngsville, LA. I spoke to Jeremy and told him exactly, what sound I was looking for. He suggested a Borla exhaust.I have to tell you that I'm extremely happy with this exhaust. The tech did an excellent job installing, it looks amazing, and sounds even better ! One more thing, the customer service is AWESOME !!!!!!!!!Service: Exhaust

Over $100.00 an hour and just recently went up on hourly rate! No way too high, stop taking peoples head off. I know other mechanics top notch for much less.

I chose to have my 2012 Tundra and my 1014 Highlander repaired and painted here. They did a great job, had quick service, were friendly, and most importantly....they always returned my calls and answered any questions that I had. Would do business with them again if needed. Honestly....I hope I never need them again for bodywork. LOL!!

Great customer service, helped me through the whole process. I needed a new transmission for a mini, and they took care of me. Fixed it quick, kept me posted on it, and even detailed my vehicle for when I picked it back up! Would go to again if needed, and I would also recommend them!! Repairs were performed on my vehicle after an accident, and I received excellent service. My vehicle runs like a charm, and I love it. This is a one stop shop for everything pertaining to your auto needs. Professionalism at its best !!

Waited 2 months for them to do a compression test and leak test. Never got a return call with out calling back to remind them I needed an update status. Wasted my money. Another shop took on my project and already within 2 weeks have it halfway done. High End is High Stress.

Quoted 3 days of labor and over $700 to swap the clutch line because they said they needed to pull the transmission to get to it. I did it myself in about an hour. Transmission untouched. I wouldn't let these folks touch my car.

I have to admit this is a great place to bring your vehicle. Being new to the area I found the staff warm and inviting. They were knowledgeable with the needs of my vehicle and they explained those things in such a way that anyone could and would feel comfortable trusting their vehicle with them. Thanks again

Labor Day weekend and I had driven all the way from Austin to Lafayette as my 1994 Nissan pickup was desperately needed to help out with a big move, but Friday night a rough running engine had devolved to the dreaded check engine light. No way I could pull a 2,000 lb trailer without some engine work. After being turned away at three of the few local garages even open in Lafayette on a Saturday, High-End said they would take a look. Given the age of my truck diagnosis is no small feat, and yet the mechanics at High-End came up with a spot-on assessment of a problem with the #2 fuel injector. They replaced it and sure enough it ran smooth and strong so I was out of there by 2:00 and we got everything moved by the end of the day. The people at High-End were so kind and thoughtful in their interactions with me and I cannot say enough to recommend them to anyone in need of auto repair, large or small, high-end or low-end. My only regret is that now that I'm back in Austin it's a long drive if I ever need work on the old truck again.

Words and stars cant describe the nightmare I went through with this horrific place. I "drove" my Land Rover to them bc my check engine light came on, THATS IT! . $2000 and a month later I paid for towing to get it off their property. Now its pouring out fluids and over heating. Cant drive it at all. So I was on foot for over a month on and off and paid for them to destroy my vehicle. And the sad thing is I was left for weeks with no phone call, update nothing. They haven't even tried to make things better. Wow, So sad. So sad I'm contacting the BBB next.

Was in Lafayette visiting from Houston, while traveling had a coil go bad on me. They fixed problem same day ,as well has finding a cheap coil! Would recommend this place to ANYONE, great customer service!

I wanted to know were yall prices reasonable bc i went to one shop i think bobs auto on pinhook and they would let me bring my own parts like my hood and my bummper and my headlights also well they said the lights wouldve been okay to bring but the bumper and hood no bc they said that they have to get the parts for me but i told them i was trying to save as much as i can and getting my own parts was the main way i was going to save so do yall think that was right or no
