I LOVE this place! The workers are always SO FRIENDLY, and they always get my car in and out of the shop as quickly as possible. (It might help that I zoom in after school each time!) Once, I had my son and his two friends in the car (all 5th graders). I could not for the life of me figure out where the middle strap and latch for the seat belt were. After I pulled in, I was greeted by a man who was friendly and super helpful. The best part, though, was that he entertained the boys with silly dad joke after silly dad joke, cracking them up the entire time he worked to find that seatbelt system so the boys would be safe. I ALWAYS have a wonderful experience here. (And I m super picky when it comes to customer service!) On my most recent visit, Rachel was another great Chabill s employee I encountered!! She told me exactly when my parts arrived and how long it would take before I should be back on the road. (Rachel knew I was antsy about keeping an appointment on the upper north side of Lafayette, and she did everything in her power to ensure that I was out of the door as soon as humanly possible. Shout out to Ben, too, for changing my brakes in a hurry!!) I highly recommend this Chabill s location for ALL of your automotive needs!

I want to thank the staff. I recently had a screw in my tire and I also had somewhere to be showing up close to their closing time.The hole ended up being to big for a sufficient patch however they could have easily said they didn t have the time and pushed me out to the next day to look at it.They didn t only try to fix the tire but they tried to help me meet my deadline in which was unexpected and not my expectations for them to do.I hope my review is helpful to the business and thanks again!

In Lafayette visiting grandchildren! Just happened to notice a half dollar size chunk of tread missing on tire. Weird. Folks at Chabill s quoted price on phone. They were fast, friendly and professional. Thanks for earning this 5* Review!

These Guy's are great!! Brought Me home an picked Me back up when car was done.Had bad tire an wheel bearing replaced. Car drives great!! Will definitely use again in the future..

I had my tires rotated with Chabills Tire in Youngsville and once again they did not disappoint! This location is always very courteous and prompt with the service they perform on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this Chabills Tire location to anyone needing new tires as they follow up with excellent service including free rotations and free flat tire repair. I called to inquire about a tire repair, and received outstanding service from Trevor and Jason from the initial phone call to the time that I walked out of the establishment. Needed to have a leak in one of my tires fixed. They got right on it and I was out of there in about 30 to 40 minutes. Great service and everyone was very nice.

Amazing service!!! These guys went beyond there scope of work and service! Tire blew at McDonalds, in 102 degree heat the mgr followed I. personal truck with air tank to fill tire, followed back to store to fix issue!Definitely 5 star service knowledge and care for others.Service: TiresService: Tires

Kevin with Chabill s took very good care of my request. Had the mechanics fix my flat tire and mounted it back on my car as I requested . Then stored my temporary tire in its place in the rear storage. Super professional and kind. I love doing business with Chabill s!! Kevin gave me excellent service.
