My brother put his car in here during an emergency, kept his car for a whole year then call out the blue to tell him he has to pick it up or he has to pay for storage, rush him to get over here, don t even have the car ready. They were told two hours in advance we were coming, don t rush people if your not even ready to begin with.Update: car is messing up again it hasn t even been a whole day yet so your reply I could care less about

I bought a Gravely mower from this dealer. It keeps going dead and flooding. Took it back twice. They said that I was over filling it with gas. Not the problem! Tried mowing with it after returning from dealer. Still quitting and flooding out. Very disappointed with this dealer!

I have been trying to get a AC ordered for my daughters Car for over 6 months. Every time I talk to Terry he s gonna order it a few weeks later he s gonna order a few week later he s gonna order I think y all get the point needless to say it s still not ordered and my daughter goes to school in two weeks. Poor Service.

Terry and company and I have been doing business for years now and I don't plan o� that changing. Donna and Huey are the heartbeat of the place. Donna pushes the paper and Huey is the head mechanic pushing the repairs through. I trust these people with all my vehicles when it comes to frontend alignments, I have found through the years that no one is going to do a better job than Huey! He is the best alignment man I know of anywhere close to here! Visit Terry's Winnsboro Auto/Napa for all your vehicle issues, lawn mower sales and repair, and anything else you can think of concerning automotive or small engines! What amazing service we got. My husband had called a few days ahead to ask about an item they dont keep in stock. They gathered all the info and answered all his questions. They had everything available when he arrived and explained it all again so he could know exactly what he was buying. As soon as we pulled up we got an enthusiastic greeting from the staff. We had brought along our toddler son and they offered us a juice box for him while we waited although they did have vending machines available. They seem to be following all covid guidelines so we were comfortable there. I cant speak about the repair services yet, but we will update this review if we do.

Great place to do business. Very knowledgeable of products, and the owner takes time to spend with you concerning your equipment questions. Worth the drive from that Gravely guy in West Monroe for sure.

Super friendly yes. Can't review the work quality since I've been waiting on my truck for literally 15 days half a month an cant even get call backs on if my truck is ready or even if the works been started. Most likely not goin back. An probably goin to get my truck tomorrow if not started on to go else where.

Just traded my Gravely ZTX 52 in on a ZTXL 60. Terry and Shelia were great to work out the trade. No help from Gravely but that is a different story. Thanks to Terry and Shelia for making this happen

Passing through from outta town with our camper and we had a blow out . We called Winnsboro Auto and everyone was very helpful and friendly . Fast service and smiling faces . Our tire changer was very friendly and efficient . Highly reccomended. Thank you for all your help !!

My daughter brought her car here and it took a couple months to get an answer on what was wrong and then wanted to charge 3000 dollars on an repair another shop said it shouldn't cost over 1700 to do don't bring a vehicle here they try to take advantage of young ladies that need their car fixed.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic
