Took our 2014 Silverado 1500 in for servicing here. Routine maintenance, did have a tire that was leaking air constantly and they wouldn t be able to patch it due to the tire condition (original tires, 8 years old and 58k miles). Ordered new tires and took it in the following week for installation. So far so good! Employees have been very nice and welcoming.**Update 2023**Take the truck in here for regular servicing. One tire had a nail in it and they said they couldn t patch it because it was in the sidewall. New tire was 260$. Went down the street to Sebastian Tire on 167 and they patched it for 25$. Have driven 3k miles since. Doesn t hurt to get a 2nd opinion if the wallets tight.

To whom it may concern, I was in Winfield on Business, when one of my employee's had a flat tire. It is the Holiday weekend for Labor Day and even though Mikes Service department was closed, he allowed one of his staff (Austin) to come out and assist me with fixing the flat tire for my employee. To me this shows true quality and excellence. Mike had nothing to gain here, just an honest caring business man taking care of a stranger. I can only imagine how great his customer service is for a customer buying a vehicle from him. Huge thanks to Mike and his employee Austin for assisting us. I would definitely considering buying a car and having my service done by Mike and his friendly staff!Service: General repairs & maintenance

We bought a 2012 Murano , during the test drive noticed a slight pull to the right. Asked them to check and see if it needed a alignment , was told they would check the tires. After signing papers , on the drive home we noticed a wobble in the rear end when hitting bumps. Come to find out rear shocks, struts, and control arm are bad. This was something they should of fixed before putting it on the lot to sell. They wont do anything bc it had no warranty and we didn't purchase one. However this is something they knew was wrong and should of fixed before selling to a family knowing it wasn't safe. Please if your consider buying from them have your own mechanic check it out first and if they won't let you go elsewhere.

Been to the service department plenty of times with my car. And all my experiences were nothing less than perfect. Very professional. Fits me in with my work schedule. Friendly. And I've never had to wait. They get the job done and get it done right

It s a crying shame that you have to take money out of your community and put it somewhere else. PK service department is the worst I ever seen. I brought a vehicle in for 100,000 service and a recall before my wife goes on a road trip so after 6 hrs an no call I call to find out all they have done was the recall which took about 30 minutes after I talked to someone for 30 minutes on what I needed done and was willing to pay for whatever service it needed but no 6hrs later I had to call them just so they could say sorry we didn t know what else you wanted done . They must not have a computer or pin an paper to write down what you want done so looks like I ll be bringing my truck to Walker wear they get stuff you ask for done. I do not recommend bringing anything to PK SMITH.

Typically P.K Smith receives all of my businesssales & service and up until now I've had no complaints. The folks up there are remarkable, they are very easy to speak with, deal with, & professional. After the post diagnosis they will explain to you what they found wrong, provide you with what options are available, the issues that must be addressed along with any others that can possibly wait for another time. As well as a cost to complete the work (so you're not supprised at the time to settle up). They are an all around pleasure to call my hometown dealer & service department. Today's only complaint is the last time I took (2015 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab 4x4 2500 HD LTZ) into the shop for a driver side ball joint inspection and or replacement. To sum it up, I ended up paying over $3200.00 for complete new front driving components, tie rods, upper & lower balljoint for both passenger & driver sides , not sure that it was all required since the truck only had 114,000 miles on it. Irregardles that's not the major issue. The major issue is that the truck is now out of allignment & is tremendously wearing my front 2 tires out very quickly. I would take it back but I am currently working 500 miles from PK's so that in not an option.��bJbUpdate. Returned home close to a month later told them about the alignment issues and they gladly had me bring it back, free of charge. They called a day later and said it was good to go. It took a 1/2 a mile to realize it was just as bad or possibly worse. They do not do allignments in house. They need to start because whomever they are taking them to...... doesn't do a very good job.

I had a transaction code from their website to pay/pick up a truck. Got there and they wouldn't honor their own Internet price. 12 hours later it hasn't changed online. False advertising. They cussed my wife and I when we presented the paperwork printed from their website with the confirmation. Strict laws on that in Louisiana. It's coming back to bite them soon though.

I think how a business treats it's community organizations is a reflection of the integrity within that business. How they treated HLHS is quite dispicaple and I would not go anywhere near this dealership.
