They lost my battery while charging it and refuse to do anything about it because their own trained staff didnt follow their own procedure.Edit* even after the owner response nothing was ever done.

Standing in line waiting for help while you can see and hear employees behind the counters but not at the counters talking about anything other than parts or helping people. It's more rare to get service than wait til you just walk out and leave

An awesome group of employees, Mr Bobby is an awesome Store Manager and really knows his store and parts, they dont call him Mr. AUTOZONE FOR nothing... 110% my place to shop for any automotive needs
