UPDATE: I posted this review the same night my son bought his car. I had originally given 5 stars but if I could give zero now I would. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. A few reasons why- They sold us an UNUSABLE warranty for $2,000 that was never turned in to the warranty company. It took MONTHS to get the plates. The car started having issues within a few days of buying it and now we have no warranty. We ve been calling every day for MONTHS and have gotten no where. No calls back, no resolutions. Really sad when you get scammed by a car dealership.My son was a first time buyer and this was a great buying experience for him. Jada did a great job and everyone we came in contact with was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly not pushy. I 100% recommend this dealership and would definitely come here for future purchases.

I received exceptional service from Miller Motors. I never seen a dealership that actually cares about the customer! They will make sure to give you what you really want, go out their way to make you happy. I love Miller Motors, make sure to go!

Worst dealership in Louisiana, NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY PERFORMED DAILY BY EACH PERSON EMPLOYED HERE. Bruce Miller along with his salespeople give out numerous temporary tags instead of giving your title paperwork for registration (illegal). As well as five day dealer tags (illegal). Ask you to pay monthly by cash app so they can pocket your payments (illegal). I had to complain to the Louisiana used motor vehicle commission officer. For each action listed above and illegal repossession (because of an argument). I financed my vehicle for 6 months. This was not a rent to own. Finance, salespeople and owners are not to be trusted. DO NOT FINANCE, DO NOT RENT TO OWN, DO NOT EVEN TEST DRIVE. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

I don t normally post reviews but this place was great. After shopping for a car for my daughter at 5 different dealerships including some of the bigger names in the area I found a few cars at miller motors I was interested in. I walked in and met with Brian who was great. I ended up buying a car and was no joke in and out in 45 mins. They did something which no one else would do and they came down significantly on the price without all of the back and forth. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

Please don t get a car from this place you will be very sorry I got approved for a truck here that didn t even work I had to bring it right back they did let me used a lender car to try to convince me to see if I like that one but that s not what s the crazy part of the story it s when I try the third car that I was looking at when I went to start the car it didn t start they had to get a jump even just to test drive. Oh this story gets worse I decided not to get anything I was like I m go somewhere else I just want my money back they gave me a check I put the check they gave me in my bank account the bank call me they account didn t have no money in there so it didn t clear . So I go to them and get the run around to get my money back the owner gave me 200 out his pants pocket because I couldn t used my account now mind you my money was all tie up because I want some where else and got a truck and had to transfer my car insurance so much because of them the check I wrote to Mercedes of New Orleans don t go through because the check was bad I had to explain to them i waiting on my money from them I even call the police and made a report now today the smart mouth owner going to tell me he doesn t know what s going on because I get in the mail a bill for the truck I didn t get of them that supposed to be canceled omg I called the lender and they told me they didn t even know I don t have that vehicle. Please don t get a call from them you will be sorry .

They can say what they want, but AP THE MAN! My light came on & he fixed it asap for me! Got my car back with NO issues and everything fixed. Car perfect! If you looking for a car HIT UP MR AP! Promise he ll have you riding !

Amazing salesmen that will go above and beyond to get you in the right car for your budget. Nice well maintained vehicles. Finance manager does amazing job to get you approved for a loan on the vehicle you want. Was impressed with my overall experience buying a car there

Fairly news business, has to learn to communicate with each other to better understand customer needs before the sale and after ,get appointment to correct issues with vehicle already presented before my .purchase. please with my purchase, Just hard to get feedback on issues pertaining to service and .etc. watch them they will rise as experienced grow , don't count them out , Gentleman AJ fixed my issues will buy Again .

This is the 3rd car I ve purchased from Dustin @millermotrswestbank and like always I got a smooth transaction and great service when the owner makes sure to come greet you when your doing a deal it makes you feel like your more than just a number Bruce and his team always do a excellent job.
