Unexpected flat tire on my brand new Kia Sportage. Ray's did an amazing job of quickly repairing the hole (I must have run over a nail) and had me back in action in 30 minutes. Thanks ever so much for the very affordable and quick repair!

Went here to get my tires mounted on my truck before getting on the road for a long trip to south Florida. I requested new sensors to be installed in my rims. I was the only customer there when I first arrived. It took them a while initially to get them on my truck but then my sensors were programmed incorrectly so it took more time for them to reset them. Then after I left my truck was vibrating pretty bad at hire speeds which I knew had to be an improper balancing job but didn't have time to get it remedied then. So after a 14� hr drive of vibrating I went to a tire shop in South Florida that confirmed my suspicion and rebalanced my tires correcting all four tires that were incorrectly balanced

I stopped by on my way to work in my jeep 4xe with a wobbling problem. I didn't have an appointment and was short on time but they saw to me immediately. The whole staff was very helpful and friendly. The mechanic knew right away what the problem was and had it fixed in a few minutes. This business has always been very helpful and has such knowledgable staff. I trust them with my vehicle any dayaway what the problem was and had me repaired and on my way within minutes.

I was having trouble locating the tires for my wife s vehicle and they happened to have them. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful. I listened to them interacting with other customers and they were very knowledgeable in multiple facets of vehicle maintenance and repair. They had my tires replaced in no time. I will definitely be a return customer.

Went here to see why my car wouldn t run correctly after having it fixed at another place. These people didn t lie to me or try to cheat me. They told me what was wrong and how much it would take to fix it. After I got the money and went back to let them do the work the car ran amazingly and they held their word!!! I ll always go back

Very friendly service. Very knowledgeable. Takes time to explain the situation at hand. Did a great job at a fair price with reasonable timing. Also backs their work to the fullest. We've used Ray's many times throughout the years and I can't say I've ever had one complaint nor do I know anyone that has! Oh and location is very easy to access and easy to find as well.

Terrible service! The lady at the desk is incredibly unprofessional. She's not rude just doesn't give you attention and is short. She also told me what I needed before doing what I asked. While she was right it angered me that she didn't get me to agree to the work being done before doing it. I found out she was doing while she was talking to another employee. I've had work done before and they were good about it but they did not call me when my vehicle was ready. Which is a problem that others have reported. Honest work and priced well but slow and customer service is poor.

All the fellas worked efficiently and got us back on the road with ease . We were from Wisconsin, traveling and those guys and lady got us right in to fix our brakes and rotors! Exceptional service!!!! Highly recommend!

Ray's is the best, most honest car shop I've ever used. They have worked on my aging car's issues for a couple years now, and they have fixed every one accurately each time. I know they will be thorough and not charge me for unnecessary work, which is a huge load off my mind as a woman. I love my old truck, and I know I can drive it as long as I want, as long as I have Ray's there when I need them.

The customer service and staff is outstanding. The place is clean and keot up. My son (a 1 yr old) and I waited to get my tire patch and they were great towards both of us and set us up as fast as they could. Highly recommend this business. The staff keeps ypu posted and does fabulous work.

I got all new tires and complete brake systems! My car is good to go and stop!! I would definitely recommend Ray's to everyone!

Save your money and go to Discount Tires in Monroe. I have NEVER been anywhere where I was charged $25 just to tell me they couldn't fix it when in fact it WAS fixable. I was told the nail had gone through the side wall and shredded the less than 6 month old brand new tire and it couldn't be repaired so I'd need a brand new one, that was exponentially more expensive than I paid at Discount Tires. I went back to Discount Tires, they fixed it, it in fact was NOT shredded at all and I was out only the repair fee NOT a new tire I did NOT need. DO NOT recommend at all.

While traveling I had a flat about 10 miles out. Called rays and they had a tire in stock. Went in and min after I showed up they had my car on the rack. Very comfortable environment with extremely nice staff. The man behind the desk showed me a issue with one of my other tired just as a concern not just to make a sale. Very easy experience for the situation they had me in and out in no time. I extremely suggest if your near Monroe Louisiana and need may tire or car maintenance go see these people. I live a hour away and my experience was so good I will drive to see rays for all my tire needs.

I had a new set of tires installed couple Saturdays ago and i am telling ya...these people are amazing! Saturday morning and customers every where needing their help and still managed to have my tires replaced, they checked my brakes and all before Lunch! Mr. Kevin took me to their display of tires and explained each tire and which terrain it was made to handle.Mr. Kevin made picking out tires easier than picking out MY shoes! lolEveryone at Ray's tire Pros from the nice young man that met me at the garage entrance, and took my keys and pulled my car up on the rack.To the most polite you Lady that i gladly gave my money too at the end.Everyone was so helpful and I was glad to give them my money because i knew if i needed anything or have any problems, Ray;s Tire Pros wouldstand behind their work! They are LOCALLY OWNED And OPERATED!That was just icing on my cake! My car drives so smooth and the new tires reduced the road noise also!! i love that!Now I can drive with confidence my brakes and tires are good to go !

My family has been using Ray's for years. My Mom's car had a big breakdown yesterday, had it towed to Ray's last night. They finished the big job in one day, unfortunately we weren't able to pick it up today. Highly recommended! Thanks Ray's Tire Pros!

Don't go to this place, went in to get my headlights replaced and they told me they would fix everything. Ended up paying over $80. I assumed they fixed everything and a month later after blinding people on the road with my new headlights they tell me they don't adjust them, just replace the bulbs. They didn't even tell me they didn't adjust them. Don't let them steal your money like they did me. Now I have to spend more money to get them adjusted. Terrible service and very disappointing.

Bought a set of m/t baja they got all 5 mounted balanced and out the door in a bit under an hour great friendly service and very helpful picking tires will recommend everyone check here first before buying anywhere else

I highly recommend this place. They help me find the leak with my tire and because it something they could not fix they didn't charge me for the work they did trying to find the leak which after 2 visit they did!! Great bunch!!

Took my truck to these guys for A/C problems. Only had to take truck back once, but they corrected the problem free of charge. Been blowing snow in my cab for about a week now. Great service.

I have been doing business with these great people for years and I have always been treated like family ! They have always done what they said they would! Fair prices excellent service! And they dont just sell tires! Great repair shop also!

Even though they were short handed and very busy with all the customers that had had to wait for the ice and snow to melt before they could get service, I was very happy and impressed with the quality of service and speed of service.

If you're tire is punctured within 2" or less of the edge of the tread, don't waste your time going here. They'll tell you it can't be fixed and sell you a tire. Gene's tire is a few blocks down the road, they will fix it.

Never been there, the service may be great. After speaking to whomever I will not go there. I figured telling the make and model of my vehicle would be enough information to recieve a quote. The older woman that I spoke with was Rude and hung up in my face.

I called to see if they had a certain size set of bfg all terrain or any other tire that size and the lady was very short with me and rude. That kind of behavior will cost a business owner a lot of money. It cost them my 1700 to 1800$!

Spent 3 hrs there getting oil change . Took tires off and watched 45 mins noone around my car which was wasted time.Incompetent
