I buy all of my engine oils and parts at this store! I live 700 miles from here! I spend a lot of time in this town! Parts people are professional and courteous! This afternoon I purchased oil and I needed more items than I purchased, due to the girl's attitude working on Saturday Feb 24th I walked out! And I will not be back!

Always have what I need. Very knowledgeable. Hardly ever have to wait before someone is servicing me. I highly recommend them especially if having trouble locating something.

When I tell you the workers at this store are absolutely the finest in all of Louisiana!! I went in today looking for a fuse for my work truck because my cigarette lighter wouldn't work, and I was in dire need so i could charge my phone for a 3 hr drive down south. When they didn't have it, I burst into tears because I was so frustrated. Well, I walked back in to ask for help, and they went out their way to help me try to locate the correct fuse in order to fix the problem. After 15 minutes of no luck, the one guy decided to check the USB port and found it worked, and luckily, they sold the iPhone charger with USB. They truly saved me from the stress of driving home tonight for 3 hrs with no phone Thank you guys so much!!!!

Certain people at this location are amazing! Some, if the computer dont tell them....they argue with customer. Definitely be back, for certain people.

I have been using this particular location since 2015, and they have been absolutely fantastic. Everyone has always been super helpful and courteous, and they always make sure I understand everything if I have questions about something. They also offer a military discount, which I appreciate sincerely. The employees really do a great job at servicing customers and making us feel appreciated.

The employee did NOT even know the difference between a gallon and a quart of transmission fluid. And told me they only had small bottles for 30 some odd dollars each. Sorry but i dont want this guy counting my change back to me for sure. So then i call another location because i enjoy doing business with this company in the town in which i work. And the guy working here tells me yes sir i have plenty of gallons that you want for 11.99 per gallon. I ask him to hold two gallons and i would be there in just a minute to get it, only to find out that he also didnt know what he was talking about. They only had one igallon store brand in stock and only could price match other brands that they were sold out of.Where do they find these employees? And i have been told that a few were talked into leaving McDonald's and coming to work there with a raise. Driving me insane some days and my paycheck for sometime now into the bankruptcy area. Very rarely can get the parts i order correct the first time. Normally the third time. While my customer patiently waits and i have to explain why.

I've been there 2 times recently and at first there was this older black lady that had a attitude cause they charge extra 55 cent for onion omg that's ridiculous she wasn't taking my order a guy was but she began to be nice so it's was ok

Well two weeks ago I called to order some parts for my truck. Well needs less to say they never ordered my parts. So I had to wait another day to fix my truck. So then next day around 9am they where there. Then the following two week I need another part for the old truck and I called to order the part and they didn't ask me anything like is it a 1/2 ton or a 1 ton. So they oder the wrong part and I am paying more. So I will never come back to this store ever again

Had to borrow a screwdriver from these guys to replace a light bulb in my utility trailer. They had no problem with loaning me one. Great service with a smile

Service is awesome and they will go to the end of the earth to help you git back on the road or point you in the direction of what you need this is the only orielys in N.e.l.a. that truly wants to help the people are on point and know every in and out of a car and that I trust gitting the right parts from I have yet to have problems out of west monroe orielys with wrong parts or bad service this store needs 5 more stars

They used to help you solve your problems go out to your vehicle but they don't do that anymore and being a woman I was very disappointed
